The apartment had every thing you would want for a comfortable stay. It was clean and provide all essential needs. Bed was very comfortable. Location brilliant and buses at your doorstep.

Didn't like the fact that due to no reception at the facility you have to do an extra 3km return trip to pick up key. Although the premises had its own private enclosed parking you need to pay an extra $15.00 a day. This was not known until I collected the key and an unknown extra cost for a pensioner having to come from the country for medical reasons. Due to older TV (not smart) certain channels were not compatible to watch. Hot water was not the most reliable

the king-size bed was very comfortable. It was reasonably quiet overnight.

The TV is out of date. We could only get a very small selection of channels...only sound from channel 7. We couldn't watch the footy. I advised the desk on checkout who advised that they were well aware and maintenance were currently workingbthrough a replacement program ...they apologised for the inconvenience. I'm sorry this isn't good enough...declare this at the time of booking. We wouldn't have stayed here if we had of known. The staff person who rang the day before had the opportunity to have advised us too...but no this open disclosure didn't occur.

We had a comfortable and spacious unit giving onto the back. The room and kitchenette were reasonably well equipped (although we can never stomach the instant coffee most establishments, like this one, offer). Washing machine and dryer were a bonus. The area is pleasant to walk around. Plenty of restaurant and coffee options nearby, as well as a Foodland grocery store. On-street parking was available (beware of the restrictions in front of the school or you will pay a hefty fine)

Being under the airport flightpath was not great, but we got used to it. Dull kitchen knives.

The cleaner gave us fresh towels when we asked for them, and also cleaned our dirty bathroom floor, even though it wasn’t a Thursday. Very handy to the places we were visiting. Plenty of eating places nearby as well as a very good supermarket. North Adelaide is a lovely environment

We were promised secure parking from day 1 which did not happen. We were in T107 and people constantly banged the door into the property There are no chests of drawers so one has to live out of a suitcase

The apartment was clean, modern and comfortable. I liked the little kitchen as I could cook simple meals instead of buying take out. The kitchen included a stove top, kettle, utensils, fridge and toaster. The only thing missing was a microwave. The room also included a washing machine and dryer which was handy. The apartment is close to shops, cafes, restaurants, bus stops and there’s a nice park for kids close by. The bed was big and comfortable.

There wasn’t a lift. We stayed 4 nights and there wasn’t a cleaning service during our stay however that didn’t bother us.

Place was really clean good locked up car parking great to be able to watch tv in bed through doors then when up early able to watch in lounge with doors closed so wife can sleep in

The bad part is you have to get keys from a completely different location to the accomodation.there is no onsite reception or staff at premises.this was a hassle for us as a 6 hr drive and could not park at premises had to pay for parking for an hour before keys given then drive to room

Room was excellent and its extremely spacious well set up. well-equipped little kitchen area although we didn't need it this trip, but good to know. very close to our favorite restaurants. parking excellent. it was a bit of an adventure having to visit another place to get keys etc but now we've done it once will be easier. Lovely bathroom, bed very roomy and comfortable.

didn't realise we'd have to climb 2 flights stairs to get to room. we booked quite a bit in advance and I rang for some information, so i just wish it had been mentioned. Husband has a back disability so was a bit awkward especially with luggage, but we managed. Just didn't go out and about except for tea like we might have done. However, we probably should have asked and next time we will request ground floor accommodation as we now know to do so.

The bed was super comfy, I slept better than I have for awhile. The location was great and has enticed us to want to stay again. The secure parking a big tick for us.

We arrived early and they were very accommodating in switching our rooms so we could go in straight away but in doing so they put us in a room that wasn't set up for the third person. Only bedding and towels for 2. It wasn't a huge deal we coped but when you pay for the third person you want the facilities to go with that.

The apartment was spacious and well set out. All items like washing up liquid, tea towel, laundry powder etc were obvious. Washing machine and dryer easy to use and worked well. Bed large and comfortable. Restaurants, food shops and fuel were just round the corner. Old Adelaide was much in evidence - a pleasure.

It is pedantic to point out that a bedside light had a faulty bulb. There were only soup bowls for breakfast cereal which was a minor problem.

clean, great location, staff usually super friendly, very good value for money . used to come once or twice a month and considered this the best reasonably priced accommodation in the city.

last time they increased the bond amount x3 and did not tell me- they also charged the bond first so led to an awkward situation where i had to stay elsewhere because the refunded bond took days to come back to me . the girl who oversaw this transaction was quite dismissive also
