Loved it! Location, modern apartment, fantastic view and friendly helpful staff. Liked it so much we extended our stay. Loved the option of no maid service and availability of free clean products. Didn't use the pool and gym as much as we should! Being able to to cast mobile apps to screen. Had a very quiet and comfortable stay.

My only concern was I was sure I heard a dog barking briefly in the apartment next door when we arrived. Then I noticed there was a no pet policy. However many days later I saw a man leaving the lift with two dogs. I would be happier knowing I wasn't going to get disturbed with pet noise and dander if I returned to Adelaide.

Loved the apartment layout, the spa bath, the comfortable beds and the location. It was spacious, clean and had what we needed for our stay. The staff were friendly at the front desk too. Location was great and everything was super close.

1. The dryer in our room didn’t dry our clothes after 4 hours and multiple attempts (and we tried all the settings). 2. The lobby also smells of cheap perfume (almost like Lynx), while the neighbours Oaks had no smell at all. 3. The car park price of $40 was a little steep per a night, I would have liked to see this around $20. 4. The wifi kept dropping out in our suite too, both on the tv and our laptop, but no amount of resetting would fix it. 5. Lastly it was really hard to get to the parking level 1 or 2 from L14, as there was no button to call the lift directly that went to parking floors, so you had a 1/3 chance of getting the right lift, or had to go to the lobby, switch lifts, and go back up to level 2 - which was bizarre.

The space of our one bedroom, and its layout, were excellent. There is currently construction going on next door, and view will change, as well as there is noise during the day. The small coffee shop “next door”, is great for breakfast, or even evening if you want something simple. Open till 8 pm, in February.

In the evening on the weekends, there is a lot of noise from close bars and even distant bars or events. Kitchen was minimally stocked, but was ok for us.

Very convenient location - easy walk to all kinds of restaurants and nightlife. Vey easy check in/out, the aircon worked, and my room was nice and quiet. Really is a whole apartment, not just a room. There's a kitchen, dining table, living area with a couch and coffee table, etc.

It's not a bad place, it just feels a bit run-down. There are cracks in the tiles in the bathroom, the card reader in the lift takes 3+ seconds to work each time, the extractor vent over the shower is caked in dust, the air-con is a bit noisy. Nothing major, and nothing that gets in the way of a pleasant stay (room was otherwise very clean).

Awesome facility, quiet although we were overlooking the construction site next door which could have been unpleasant were they working at the time. Some noise from Hindley Street Saturday night, although the double glazing is excellent and it could not be heard when the door was closed. Car parking was excellent this time as I paid extra to reserve on-site parking (did have issues a number of years ago with using the public car park next door which had no available Oaks parks several times during our stay). Pool area was excellent, very clean and crystal clear water.

The washing machine and tv were hard to use - the washing machine had quite complicated instructions and the 30 minute cycle was still going after an hour because I don't think it was programmed correctly. The addition of a laundry drying rack for the bathroom or balcony would be beneficial as we had wet bathers and towels to get dry. The tv was a little strange - two tv's and two remotes but the bedroom tv would not work independently of the lounge room one.

Great staff who were friendly and helpful. When stuff didn't work, like our toaster, they replaced it. When stuff like a frying pan were needed, they provided it. Nice hot showers with ok pressure. Lots of towels and amenities are provided. The pool and gym were clean and very nice. Though be aware the gym water cooler has not cups so be sure to take a water bottle with you.

Being apartments, they are also used for long-term stays. This meant the carpet had quite a few big stains on it, like a big red wine stain. It would be nice to provide salt and pepper to aid in cooking and maybe a drop of cooking oil, though I know this isn't always practical.

Location was fantastic especially with what our trip was for, Gather Round, so walking distance to Adelaide Oval and the Casino. Our apartment was a perfect size, so very roomy. The king size bed was extremly comfy.

I wish there was another long mirror, the one in our room was on the wardrobe door and the distance between the bed and the mirror to close too try and get a full body view of my outfit. The spa on level 3 bubble jets weren't working. The cards to access and elevator gave us a headache on the first few days as it took many many goes for the green light to come on.

The hotel room was spacious and quiet. Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful when calling reception. Pool was quiet and relaxing and the hotel surprising had literally everything - gym, spa, pool and sauna. Great location - right in the cbd, close to everything. The hotel welcomes guests to order in using Uber eats or similar and are very friendly when you go down to pickup the order. I was 100% stay again!!

Car park entry/exit is quite narrow which made getting in and out in a car I wasn’t use to (rental car) quite difficult. Elevator can be a little hard to navigate as they have 3 lifts but only one goes down to car park so when pressing button another might come but it can’t take you where you need to go. Construction is happening next door and where tradies park is making the little driveway out of car park to road uncomfortably tight.

Property location was perfect for our needs. The apartment was very clean and heater was on and perfect temperature. Loved the comfortable bed and pillows. The accommodation provided our 3 rooms together, so this was amazing. We had the North Terrence apartments. The staff were very helpful and professional. Would definitely recommend this accommodation and rate it 10/10. Thank you Horizons Suites ❤️

As this apartment was no house keeping during the stay, that was fine but it would have been nice to have enough coffee pods and milk on hand to both nights.

Great location, close to trams and Adelaide Railway. Bed was comfortable, towels and bed linen were high quality. Furniture was adequate. Big smart TV. Balcony overlooking North Terrace. Fully equipped kitchen. Staff helpful when supplying extra tea, etc, and ordering a cab for us.

Shower over bath had a glass screen too small to be effective so water sprayed on floor. We had a spa bath that we didn't use so the bath had very high sides making it difficult to get into and out of.
