very close to casino and mall , lots of eateries and fast food nearby

friday and saturday night very noisy with music, but all shuts off about midnight or 1am. can be a few homeless wandering around like zombies also, even though it is touristy and nice around there.

The location was fantastic. Walking distance to the mall and riverbank. The room was very spacious.

Could only get channel 9 on the TV. The street outside was very loud, especially Friday and Saturday nights. No plates or cutlery for meals.

When I got there in early evening my room was not cleaned stained sheets and left over take away. I went to the reception intercom as no staff on duty made my feeling known. Went out came back an hour later. Got another room that was ok bed big n comfy good shower WiFi and air on. So was pleased

The manager and staff were fantastic . All had a caring and can-do approach and nothing was too much trouble at any time of day. As a stranger to Adelaide they were all very thoughtful and caring of me ensuring I enjoyed a wonderful time. When I extended my stay that was a seamless process. If I return to Adelaide I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. Close to great shops, restaurants and bus routes- I couldn't have wanted for more.

I thought it was only a "room"; but it was more: - I was pleased with the "mini-fridge // microwave" combo; as well: - the full lounge.

There was no "soft" lighting, ie/eg: - no lamps (bedside or otherwise).:

I have stayed in this hotel many times now because they got new management and Dave has really cleaned it up. Awesome hotel, with exceptional staff. Very convenient to anything you will need. The location could not be better.

Location. Large, Clean, hot water.

No cupboards. Aircon blowing directly into your bed. Aircon dispels the bad smell. Not sure if the Freezer is working? The corridor has a bad smell - it needs ventilation. Noisy street in the evenings.

A great place. It's not modern but value for money. I would happily stay over and over again. I'm looking for a clean bed and separate bathroom. They cater to all sizes of travellers. If you want perfection this is not the place for you. If you want a safe place, cheaper than others. This is it.

I don’t understand the low rating for this hotel because I had an exceptional stay. It does not deserve its low rating in my opinion and you shouldn’t always trust other reviews. I’m a level 3 genius booking.com member and of all the 3 star hotels I have stayed in this one falls into my top 10. The location is perfect in central CBD opposite Adelaide train station. Can’t ask for a better location, the room was very big and contained all the necessities including a kitchenette fully equipped, an ironing board and iron. Staff were extremely friendly, always greeted me with a smile and light conversation. If you want an affordable room in Adelaide CBD then stay here. Don’t expect luxury but definitely expect comfort

Facilities were a little outdated but they were more than enough for a comfortable above average stay!
