The central location, close to the tram and bus; handy to the train station; one block from Rundle Mall. Coles and Woolies in Rundle Mall, so you can buy fresh food at reasonable prices for breakfast etc. The price was excellent for a 2-bedroom apartment in town. We were on the 7th floor so no street noise to speak of. The staff are friendly and helpful; housekeeping was excellent and supplies replenished daily. Neat modern kitchen, comfy beds.

The bathroom ceiling could use a refresh and we couldn't seem to get Channel 7 on tv, but these are minor issues compared to all the advantages of staying there. Hope to visit again in the future.

The location excellent, right in the heart of the city, central to everything and was only a 10min walk to our event location. Although on the corner of a busy intersection it was very quiet, being on the 7th floor there was no unwanted noise getting up to the room. Apartment was a fantastic size, bedroom and seperate lounge with seperate kitchen area. Bathroom was huge and a shower and bath and still very spacious. Had a really nice welcome snack pack too.

The offsite parking was unavailable, couple of alternative suggested, one was also not available and little knowledge could be provided about the others. Dr

The location was excellent, so close to everything. The bed was unbelievably comfortable and the quality of the bed linen was first class. I loved that the room was soundproof as I am a light sleeper. I took the great advice of a previous reviewer and requested a room at the back of the building and away from the lift and away from the main street late at night. The kitchenette was ideal and very clean.

Just a suggestion that a medium-sized lamp on the desk would give the ‘lounge/kitchen area’ a nice cosy atmosphere. In my opinion, the area had a cold depressing feel about it.

Great location. Walking distance from most city attractions and to the river with bus/tram stops outside to everywhere else. We did not have a car so no idea about parking. Very well appointed, very spacious flat, coffee (pod) machine. Comfy bed. Early checking in and late check out was accommodated for us.

Our flat, number 401 had an apparantly simple heating/cooling system which we could not seem to set to heat the flat. It was June and chilly. We should have alerted reception, and they would have sorted it out, I am sure. My partner found that the busy road outside was "noisy" but I didn't notice it until he drew my attention to it.

Great location just a tumble away from the Rundle Place shops and many great restaurants. Comfortable (soft) beds. Fairly spacious. Not too cold. Has all the basic amenities. Price was decent.

No on-site parking. Dropping off bags was a headache trying to get to the side lane and then one person had to stay with the car because it was no stopping anywhere and you’d be obstructing other cars and driveways. Small loading zone was full. I had a corner room on L2 and there was A LOT of street noise on Saturday night from traffic to music playing at 4am in the morning. There were big gaps in the curtain and gaps in the double bi-fold door so it didn’t feel very private and didn’t help to block to sound from outside/ living room Shampoo provides doesn’t lather up and smells like floor cleaner.

Friendly greeting at reception. The offer to mind our luggage before our stay and after our stay. House cleaning offered every day. Kitchen had all the things we needed to make breakfast every day. Bed was very comfortable. The location of the apartment was close to Memorial Drive, so convenient for our trips to the tennis.

People slamming their room doors early in the morning. I know this is not the fault of Quality Apartments but maybe some slow-closing door mechanism for each front door might be nice. There really was not anything we did not like.

The room was spacious, clean and the kitchenette reasonably equipped, with the basics - and washing machines are available on some floors for no extra charge. The location is central, with a tram stop outside the front door, and supermarkets and Central Market within easy walking distance. The room we had was on the sixth floor, and was easily accessible via the lifts, We didn't have a car, so can't comment on the parking facilities. Being right in the heart of the CBD had advantages, but also some downsides, with noisy traffic, very busy at times footpaths and local identities wandering around which may be confronting for some travellers, although we never had a problem. The front desk is staffed for the majority the day. We were able to store our luggage for a few hours after checkout, which was handy. A bus stop for the airport is located very close by, and takes about 20 minutes to get to the airport for a local fare.

The airconditioning was a little noisy.

Booking the hotel was a breeze through the Booking.com app. The hotel was very easy to find, and conveniently located in the CBD. Everything was within walking distance, or easily accessible via public transport. The staff were great, and hotel was very clean and spacious. The hotel room was perfect for our family needs. Very comfortable stay. I have recommended the hotel to friends and family should they ever visit Adelaide!

I have nothing to complain about - everything exceeded my expectations. Thank you to the staff at Quality Apartments Adelaide Central for making our stay enjoyable and comfortable.

Apart from the friendly and helpful staff, it couldn't have been more central to all that I wanted to see. I was able to walk everywhere and even my day trip coach tour to Barossa Valley was door-to-door. I loved that I felt safe as a solo female in the area. My one bed apartment was clean, quiet and had an equipped kitchenette, saving on restaurant meals and just a short walk to the wonderful Adelaide Central Market.

Location is perfect, very central of the city. Just next to Rundle street, Central Market, and in the heart of city. Facility is sufficient and maitain in good quality - I love the kitchen, small but have everything you need to cook during your short stay there. I stay there 4 nights and love to come back again next time. Staff is friendly, caring and attentive to guess.
