Very good communication with reception staff, who were very helpful. Access to a laundry and parking on premises. The location was good for us. It was quite warm during our stay so the air con was very good.

Because we stayed for longer than a couple of days it would have been nice to have a small couch or small table and chairs to sit at in our room. There may have been rooms that catered for this but the one I booked didn't. The room was only just big enough for the bed and luggage around the edge of the room. We were happy with the room but somewhere to sit and relax in our room, other than on the bed, would have added an extra 'layer' of comfort to our 6 night stay. That is something that I will consider in future bookings.

The location was great in North Adelaide. 200 metres to O'Connell Street where there were plenty of cafes, shops and stores. You could also connect with local buses into the city. The room was spacious, had a smart tv, nice kitchenette and a big bathroom. The bed was very comfortable with a great selection of pillows. I was there to have daily visits to a nearby hospital which was only a 10-15 minute walk. As such I could leave my car at the apartment and not have to worry about parking fees. There was also a room with an ice machine and a vending machine that had meals if you get caught short one evening. Melanie the Manager was very accommodating and helped me when I had to stay additional nights.

In the advertising, it wasn't clear if there were laundry facilities on site. But there was so that made it even better.

It is an excellent accommodation for exploring Adelaide. The location is close to the city centre and there is a free city bus stop nearby. The bus runs a circular route through the entire city centre and should be used to get a first impression of the city. The flats are very well maintained and clean. All necessary toiletries are available in the bathroom. The fridge is well suited for cooling drinks. There is a sink, but it is not possible to cook as there is no cooker. A well-stocked minibar (for a fee) provides small treats. The bed is very comfortable. The room can be darkened very well with the blinds. Checking in and out is well organised and very easy. The staff is very attentive and helpful. We were given good tips for restaurants. We visited one of them and were very satisfied. There is plenty of parking either in the courtyard or directly in front of the accommodation on the street.

The airport is not far away, which is why an aeroplane sometimes passes over the accommodation. It is not unpleasantly loud in the apartment. It didn't bother us. In addition, there are no flights during the night. But people who are very sensitive to noise should be aware of this so that they are not disappointed.

This was the cleanest room We have enters for a Long time. The facilities on the premises are excellent. The washing machine, extra towels If needed are available. The ironing and ironing board in the room was very handy . The ice machine came In handy and also the venting machine would have been great if needed . We travel a lot and we were very impressed with your set up . Check in you so kindy allowed an early check in . Parking was tight however it was available. Access to walk to everything is a bonus as well . Great team work .

The room was exceptionally comfortable, with the double spa being divine.Great distance from the hustle and bustle of the city, great spots to unwind in North Adelaide.

The lights on the split system and control panel. I prefer a blacked out room to sleep so I struggled to fall asleep, I normally travel with eye masks for such events but did not have one on hand. If you are wanting a sleep in the hotel is on the flight path and the planes started coming over early, so double glazing may be required to reduce noise a fraction.

The location is great, it is a 20 minute walk to the AEC (which is where I wanted to go). The rooms are a good size and has everything you could need for the night. The place was very quiet even with loud music playing on the main street nearby. The price was great. The staff member I talked to was lovely. Very easy options for checking in and out late/early. This is the only hotel I have been to with printed instructions for the AC which was very helpful. Great WiFi (any complaints you see from other reviews have probably never used WiFi while traveling[use a VPN if you can't connect])

The shower door in my room didn't fully close. It was still usable and the staff member told me that it was getting fixed (we all know how long repairmen can take) I asked whether I could check in late and kept getting auto responses but when I called the lady told me it was all good and instructions did come on the day of arrival.

I was thoroughly impressed by this accommodation. It was perfect for the city and the Hindley entertainment centre. The room was spotless, large bathroom and excellent facilities for self made brekkie etc. I was a little concerned about being so close to the airport, but I was not in the slightest bothered by any noise. It would also be an excellent stay for the night before travel as it is near the airport. On the whole, really comfortable with excellent facilities. Staff really welcoming.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and while not a large room had everything we needed. We were fortunate to get a car park on the property. The vending machines are also good and in hindsight we would have enjoyed that food rather than eaten at a local restaurant as that food was quite hideous. Next time we will access the food from the vending machines.

If we were staying for more than one night I would book the larger rooms. But overall there was nothing we didn't like.

Big comfortable bed. Very clean. Excellent split system airconditioner. Walkable to services on O’Connell Street. Plenty of food options in this suburb.

Very small bathroom. Excellent shower but had to keep pressure low because water came out under cubicle door. Would have preferrred seats rather than under bench stools for seating in room. Be prepared this accomodation is right under flight path, not an issue for us, but may be for others. Very limited on site parking & very tight parking each side of driveway. Street parking available but did have some time restrictions & local resident permit parking zones

My room was impeccably clean, definitely five star hotel standard plus. No frills here, but 10/10 comfortable bed and choice of pillows, great access to the city (a walk or very short bus ride) and great value for money. A/C also worked a treat with separate units for each room - something you don’t get in a large hotel! Ten out of ten.

Nothing
