Comfortable spacious room, great shower and in room comforts like washing machine and dishwasher. Convenient parking accessible from inside lifts made unpacking and repacking car easy for a 4 day stay.

Shower was great but felt bad for the cleaners as it soaked the bathroom every time!

Very clean, comfortable bed. Kitchen had everything you would normally have at home. Bathroom was very spacious. Washing machine, dryer and dishwasher and great view from the 12th floor. Undercover parking was available. Very quiet. Definitely stay again.

I didn't like that I got a room right next to the giant crane and cement wall..I booked that accommodation 1 year ago and asked for 17th floor and facing north Terrace but wasn't expecting to be woken up at 7am with workers or staring at a brick wall.booking so far in advance i feel there should be an automatic better room available.I also didn't have a phone in my room which is inconvenient when wanting to order breakfast.was also disappointed the spa wasn't working and feel there should be some compensation for this EG free parking or something as when booking you look at all facilities that's available at the hotel/apartments..so disappointing when getting there and something isn't working...

We stayed one night at the Oaks Hotel Adelaide and were genuinely blown away. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, but what truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. Every team member we interacted with was warm, professional, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Although it was a short stay, everything exceeded our expectations. The service, comfort, and attention to detail were outstanding. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend the Oaks Hotel to anyone visiting Adelaide. A perfect 5-star experience!
