Very good location and good facilities. Even the gym for a small training session was ok.

Eggs run out so quick, especially on Sunday. The rest was just pastry options (no good if you are looking for some protein.

Stayed here with my mother for a few days to attend a convention and we were very happy with our room, though there was some initial confusion as we thought we had booked a guaranteed twin-bed room, only to find out it was merely a 'request'. Regardless, another room with twin beds was available and the problem was quickly resolved. Our room included a kettle and fridge. Breakfast was included with our room and had a great variety of options (cereal, fruit, yoghurt, hot breakfast etc). We were a few floors up so we didn't have any issues with noise. Air conditioning and heating was available. Staff were able to store our luggage for us before check-in. Location is fantastic as you are near two tram stops and the main shopping district, as well as several fast food places. Would definitely stay here again!

The only strange part was the bathroom design, which included semi-see through glass; if you have the light off in the main part of the bedroom you get a good outline of the profile of the person showering, so privacy isn't fantastic if you're sharing a room with non-family members.

Lovely hotel and good buffet breakfast good choice and well laid out

I liked the room, its size, and its cleanliness. However, the furniture, especially the couch, was of very low quality, very small in size to sit two people to enjoy TV. Breakfast for taking only for one day is average. However, for 3 to four days, it is very monotonous. There are ample opportunities for diverse breakfast items within this value. The location of the hotel is really excellent, nearer to the railway, tram, and buses, and many sightseeing spots.

I didn't like the furniture in the room, except for the bed. I felt discomfort sitting in the couch/sofa with a relaxing mood to enjoy TV, even, it was also not comfort to sit two person in the same couch/sofa.

The facilities were clean and fresh and modern and in a great location. As a solo female traveller the extra safe locks on the doors were appreciated. Breakfast was always good (a little more variety in the cooked/hot options would be nice when staying for long stays, but really, that’s only if I was really picky. The food was tasty and a nice way to start the day and the staff were always polite.

I left a “greener stay” hanger on my door every night, in order to collect 500 bonus points a night for not having my room made up but it kept getting ignored so I wasn’t sure if I was earning points or not. I had to speak to them 4 times before they assured me I would receive the bonus points and that they weren’t sure why housekeeping was disregarding the door hanger.

Clean room but smaller

I was told breakfast hours were 6am to 10am at check in but at 9.28 l came down it was getting wrapped up. Tha lady waitresses wrapping up was co-operative and allowed me to grab breakfast. It was bit rushed. Another Asian waitress with glasses, taller with masculine voice was bit rude in refusing to allow me to have even juice saying the trolley has been taken away as it closed at 9.30 and it was only 9.31am. so l had to be firm and mentioned her about the other lady. Then the other waitresses (of Aboriginal heritage) was very nice and brought glass of juice for my breakfast.

Breakfast area and lobby were extensive, so never felt as though I couldn't find seating. Breakfast was pleantiful with a what I would call a standard array of options. Staff were friendly, check-in & out were easy. Functionally the room served its purpose well.

Room felt slightly dated/tired (minor). No mini bar. Breakfast - variet of fruits, berries, and cereals could be extended slightly. Coffee machines were okay, but could be improved. The bed was quiet soft, prefer a harder matress.

The friendly staff upon checking in definitely made my experience great from the start. I like that you get benefits if you sign up as a member to IHG, we got upgraded for the room and that was awesome. I loved the room, I'd stay there again!

Breakfast was good but busy. I'm just confused, there's a sign that says "free breakfast" but when I booked the room, I payed extra to get the breakfast included (via booking.com). Is the sign misleading or can anyone enjoy the breakfast without paying extra for the room to have it included? Regardless of this, I loved my stay and the breakfast was yummy. Lots of options.
