The service staff appeared overwhelmed and struggled to manage the full capacity of the venue. They did not assist us in locating a table, leaving us to wander around uncertain whether tables were occupied or simply waiting to be cleared. Eventually, we found a table at the far end, but there was no cutlery provided. When I approached a staff member at the counter for assistance, she directed me to another staff member across the room. Despite my attempts to get their attention by raising my hand, they seemed oblivious to my presence. When I asked another staff member at the counter for help, she instructed me to inform the staff on the floor. Overall, the staff seemed flustered and unable to provide adequate service.

The room was wonderful. A great place to stay for my birthday weekend and spend some time together, exploring Adelaide. Large bathroom with a bath. Room was large and spacious. Airconditioning was excellent. Bed was very comfortable! I would suggest the pillow service as ours weren't great. The pool is lovely as is the sauna, with a small gym accessible also. Chromecast dropped out a bit, but we didn't really use it much as we were out exploring most of the time.

The foyer smelt awful, we established it may be due to the mens toilet opposite the entrance to the hotel? Unsure how to tackle this, it smelt like 💩 We only interacted with the desk service when checking in and there is a stark contrast between the friendliness when we book through Peppers vs booking.com. Interesting. Cleaning/ room service staff were lovely, always said hello and smiled which we appreciated. They did try to deliver a quilt to our room one morning (which we did not order) despite our "do not disturb" hanging on the door. You have to order more coffee pods...we found this odd, that they don't replenish them each day.

The breakfast was good but definitely needed more healthy options. Eg: I wouldve liked to see tomatoes, mushrooms, avocados, spinach available to accompany my eggs. There was none at all of that.

I had to keep confirming by ringing to make sure my son had a bed in the room. This was not clear in the booking confirmation sent by email. But everything was ok and the rollaway was indeed comfortable and not just a fold up but a solid base large bed which allowed a good sleep for a adult size teenager so thankyou. I did pay extra but the bed was large and met standard.

We love this Hotel! Staff that welcomed us at checking were so friendly and informative. Our room was a little weird... open plan, the bathroom in the same room as the bedroom. Personally we would prefer a separate room for a bathroom. The facilities are fantastic, pool etc. Buffet breakfast was good although not a huge selection and the restaurant had limited space. Staff were all very friendly 10/10 for customer service and very accommodating to all our needs. Location is excellent, very central to the city for entertainment and shopping. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for having us.

We stayed twice recently one stay was in a classic room and the other a deluxe room - both were huge. Beds were large and comfortable. The bathroom was luxurious with a marble bath in the classic and a spa in the deluxe. One large TV in the classic room and two TV's (one 85cm) in the deluxe room. The ability to connect to the TV via hotel wifi and hotel Chromecast was excellent. Room service food from the restaurant was delicious and the location was amazing (less than 5 min walk to the central market and 10 minutes to Rundle Mall).

Plenty of pillows however unfortunately they had no substance - fat to flat! The new release movies were not really new releases and expensive. Thankfully I could just rent them myself in my own apps and Chromecast them to the TV. Hotel mini bar fridges are just way too small for longer than a 2 day stay for us.

The staff were very accommodating and professional. They made us feel pampered and welcome. The room was very comfortable and well set up as well as the rest of the amenities. Their card system made us feel safe and secure and having the valet option was the cherry on top for my pregnant wife. Complimentary pillow options allowed us to customise our bedding and set ourselves up as comfortable as possible which was fantastic.

The only negatives we had were the noise from construction happening next door and out on the street, but was not unbearable or completely ruin our weekend. I found the mattress too firm, however that's purely a personal opinion as I'm used to a softer mattress (my wife loved it though). And finally the level of chlorine in the spa was intense. While I'm sure it's once again just me not being used to it, it felt really strong.

loved the room and the central location, not knowing Adelaide very well we found it was a good spot to explore from on foot. Valet service was highly valued as well.

Breakfast was a little disappointing, despite their best efforts to keep food warm the bacon on Saturday morning was cold at 10am. I'm not sure if cooked greens were available but it would have been nice to have the option of some cooked spinach/kale or even asian greens to go alongside the egg, tomato and bacon. The frozen berries were still partially frozen on Sunday morning, would have been nice to have them warmed through with the pancakes.

The location was great. It was very clean. Very comfortable for my family of 3. We had our one year old with us. They organised a porta cot and high chair for us. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The bathroom was lovely.

Room service was average at best. We paid $89.00 for two mains and an entree. However the mains were the size of an entree. We also ordered shoe string fries which were quite cool by the time they were delivered. We didn’t complain - we were too hungry so just ate them. The pool was quite cool - thinking we could have a relaxing night swim - being a heated indoor pool. However it wasn’t the best to be honest. Also our room had a spa bath - however the spa bath could really only fit myself - My poor 6.4 hubby couldnt fit in together. Which was a bit upsetting because that was the reason we wanted a spa room.

Hotel itself was very nice, modern. Concierge very helpful and we appreciated the velet service (at cost). Location is good, lots of options to choose from for food and shopping. We are fans of the Pepper's brand since our first experience in Tasmania and keen to try all states.

The restaurant downstairs felt more like a fine dining experience which we weren't expecting nor looking for as we prefer value for money spent over artsy presentation of particular food placements on a plate in a decorative manner. For the prices spent, we would expect to have left feeling satisfied but still had an appetite afterwards. Was left at the counter waiting to pay for close to 10 mins as the staff member had disappeared out the back for a break or something with no one taking over duties in absence.
