Great location, across the street from the bus station where the ferry bus picks you up. Only about 10 minutes from airport as well. Staff was very helpful, especially when we were having issues late at night with the laundry. Good room to spread out - we had 2 bedrooms & 2 baths plus living & kitchen.

The dryers in the unit take way too long. Our clothes were in for over 90 minutes & they were still VERY wet! We finally had to use the units on the ground floor. Thankfully they worked much better & were also free (but irritating that you have to go downstairs plus all the baskets are broken).

Good location close to central markets. Studio apartment was clean and comfortable with good kitchenette. Nice cafe next door. Easy walk to main shopping precinct and public transport options. This is my second stay at this hotel and would happily stay again.

Studio apartment was fine for one person might not have been as comfortable with 2 people. It would depend on how apartment needed to be used and for how long. Had to step into the shower alcove to open and close the bathroom door. Whilst I would happily book a studio again, if I was booking for 2 people for more than a couple of days I would possibly choose a one bedroom apartment. That is probably just a personal thing.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the check-in and overall experience smooth. The location is excellent—just a short and easy walk to the CBD, making it convenient for both business and sightseeing. Overall, a solid choice for anyone looking for comfort and accessibility.

One downside was the water pressure in the shower, which was quite low. This made showering less enjoyable and took longer than expected. Hopefully, this is something the hotel can improve in the future.

Super neat apartment- spacious, comfortable, has everything you need! Location is very convenient for everything.

Staff is not very warm - they have done what they needed to do for us but the whole experience made us feel not welcomed. The checkin process was quite standard and cold. When I mentioned to the staff that we haven’t been provided with a quilt for the sofa bed we paid extra for, he just looked at me with a confused face and said you were not supposed to have a quilt for sofa bed, just a blanket. Then I realised there is a blanket in the wardrobe. It is resolved but the communication made me feel quite uncomfortable.

Our second stay (before & after Kangaroo Island). First time we had 2 bedrooms & 2 baths. This time was 2 bedrooms & only 1 bath (I booked the same room twice, so no idea why the difference). Good location near restaurants & not far from the airport. Staff friendly & helpful.

Again, terrible dryer so had to use units on ground floor. This time the washer also leaked.

Staff are really helpful as they would try their best to fix the problem of aircon which was not functioned well to cool the whole apartment. Actually it seems like a fully furnished unit that you could cook at there and do some clothes washing. The location is great for foodies as it's near Central Market which opens Tuesday to Saturday and has different kind of restaurants around there. Convenient for taking tram and bus. It is also nearly opposite to Central Bus Terminal for traveling coaches.

It's almost surrounded the buildings that you can't see some good view from the balcony. Also you can often hear the noise from airplanes.

The location and the cleanliness

The beds weren't comfortable, 2 single beds were joined as 1 big sized bed for us as a couple and didn't like that. Lastly, when we asked for some Housekeeping items, they said we had to come downstairs ourselves. The first reason was apparently because the staff weren't there gor another 30 minutes and the second time...they had no reason when it was during the day. That was disappointing . There weren't any complimentary water bottles either.

The balcony with the view was great, we enjoyed it very much. Also, how the room was split with the bedroom and big glass wall. Travelling with a small child, we could always have him play by himself and somehow have an eye on him. The bathroom was perfect. Also, that we get amenities to wash the dishes was very appreciated.

The only little thing we didn't like was: We asked for a late checkout, which was granted. We were contacted twice (once by the housekeeping, once by the front desk) after the regular checkout time and prior to our late checkout time, when we leave the room.

Quiet and clean modern rooms

That the car parking is across 3 lanes of busy road. Once you leave the carpark, you also have to return to the Quest to return the carpark card. To drive to the carpark or back to the Quest, you have to drive several blocks and go through several sets of lights. This is the most aggravating parking location and process of any Quest I have ever stayed in. There is only 1 car park spot in the drop-off zone, which was continually being used, leaving nowhere to park upon arrival or departure. Mini bar items are down in reception and very pricey

Lovely staff. Room was ready when I arrived early which was a bonus. Was upgraded to a larger room which was nice. Centrally located to good eating and drinking and close to where I had to go to work. Nice to have the snack bar in the lobby with a good selection for a quick healthy breakfast.

While I enjoyed the extra room with the upgrade, it was an accessible room with an open shower. Great for wheelchairs and walkers but without a shower screen or curtain the whole bathroom became a wet room. Not so much fun for me.
