Rooftop bar, cafe downstairs, impeccable service - cannot fault the staff. They went out of their way for us at every level. Coffee incredible. Valet service was great . Large comfy beds, open window screen wall to see view of the entire city . Large shower head and spacious inside shower

Bathroom really needs to be properly walled off instead of glass, you can hear every thing happening inside of that bathroom and it’s quite uncomfortable if you’re not married to the person you’re staying with lol Parking is an issue - If you are happy to pay $45 a day to have your car stored and brought to you then you’ll be fine, but if this is an extra cost you can’t afford - then do not stay at this property

We had a King room and we liked the spacious room and bathroom. The table with two chairs and the sofa were much appreciated. The decoration was tasteful. Comfortable beds too. and enough space for two big suitcases and some other small bags we brought along. The hotel is in a small street, with a nice coffee place almost next door and a very good Italian restaurant opposite the hotel.

The shower is spacious but the shower curtain was too short so the bathroom floor became wet. This is very easy to solve.

Great location right next to markets and great restaurants. Rooms were modern, clean and tidy. All amenities you’d need. Great to have a restaurant and rooftop bar, too.

Pool was smaller than appears in photos and was not heated. Difficult to see kids in pool due to pillars between the daybeds (only 5 of these) and the pool. Parking was a challenge as there is no onsite parking and 1hr parking around the hotel. Hotel is cashless but will charge additional 3% surcharge when using card…this doesn’t sit well with me!

I loved the bathroom the best. The layout and the huge shower and bath and basin with make-up mirror and the amenities to use was fantastic. I loved how unique it is. Everything about the indigo suite with balcony and bath was awesome and the fact the bedroom is separate with a door to close off from the main part was great as well. I loved it and I can't wait to be back. Thank you for a lovely stay and being a laid back place to relax and unwind. The decor is amazing and I've already told about 10 people to come stay here since leaving this morning and will continue to brag about Hotel Indigo. Best in Adelaide folks, don't stay anywhere else 😀 P.s thank you for the lovely welcome note and baked sweet plate, it was lovely and made me feel welcome.

It wasn't a dislike so much just that the WiFi cut out alot and the TV's need chromecast which is fine but much easier to just sign into the app on the TV itself or built in box instead of using your phone or tablet to cast due to disconnections but it's not really an issue just wanted to watch a movie at night but we managed anyway and understand you can't just go upgrading all the TV's lol and I'm sure as time goes on these things will appear and WiFi will improve. It's mainly worth mentioning because it could have just been one of those days where the speed is a bit slow but you can check if anyone else mentioned it.

Breakfast was beyond what I expected. Buffet including cereals, juice, fruit, yoghurt, pastries plus cooked meal choice of something from a la carte menu. Everything delicious. Room with an amazing view on the 15th floor did not disappoint, view towards the beach and the hills. Comfortable bed, small welcome cake and surprise welcome message on the television. Great rooftop bar. All staff very friendly and efficient. Excellent location.

Maybe the parking but we appreciate is difficult in the city. There was an offer of parking though, including overnight, in car park near the market with hotel rates which we took advantage of.

The staff were lovely and accommodating. They spoilt us to a iced chocolate on arrival as we were celebrating my daughter graduating year 6. They even let my son go behind the desk and be the receptionist handing over the key card - so cute ! He loved it and still talks about it.

I understand it's a higher-end hotel with gorgeous gourmet food. But possibly a room service food option that is a little more middle ground (not cheap, but not french-fancy). I think if people want to have the fancy food they would dine downstairs in person. If you're eating in your room... Food that is great, but not 5 star, would be good.

Emily of the Reception staff was friendly, efficient and accommodating when at check-in when we had to check in and head out again very quickly. We certainly appreciated that. All the staff were friendly and engaged, more so than is usually the case in large hotels. The room was comfortable, well furnished and equipped with terrific views. The breakfast menu offered imaginative different choices and our selections were freshly cooked and very tasty. Our room plus breakfast rate was very reasonable given the high quality and location.

The fridge was overstocked leaving absolutely no room for any personal items such as a water bottle or even small food purchase from the nearby markets. The bathroom was underlit.

Nice "Boutique" hotel in downtown Adelaide near the central market and Chinatown. Lobby is a bit frenetic since it also accommodates a bar and restaurant in basically the same space as the front desk. Room was a "mini suite", with two open adjoining rooms and a spacious balcony overlooking the city. Bathroom was small but contained all the conveniences we required. Water pressure in shower was great. Front desk staff was mixed . One crew was friendly and helpful, (could also understand them), other crew was not so friendly and accent of one staff member was so strong, I could not understand them We tried calling front desk several times to obtain a reservation for the rooftop bar, and no one answered the phone. When I questioned them about it, I was curtly told they were too busy with other calls, etc. Understaffed if you ask me.

No parking on premises. When I arrived in late afternoon after a long drive, there were cones in the dropoff area in front of hotel, I moved them since it is a busy, crowded, narrow street. I was told a bus was coming in, hence the cones. I was then told discounted parking was available, a five minute walk away. Rate only allowed for one time in and out per day. Valet parking was also available for $50 AUD per day, also one in and out per day. This was not good. Also, room did not have much storage , actually drawers for clothing. "Racks" were provided, but not convenient. Value for money was not exceptional considering high price and lack of parking.

I liked the location as it was close to the Markets and not too far to the Casino and Rundle Mall I preferred it to the busy area but still accessable when needed. Loved the Roof top bar, great staff, good atmosphere. Good selection of drinks

The Parking is not great. While I know the Hotel can not control that, having a parking place option closer would be better $49 for 24 hours Valet is very high. Perhaps for a day that is ok, but 4 days = $200 and if you come and go frequently it costs even more. We were lucky and the staff explained it very well so we were able to navigate how to park. I think if you have guests that stay longer than a night or two, this would generally mean they are going to places that are further away than an uber ride and a set parking rate may help.

Location was great, staff were friendly and the room was clean and nicely done.

Car parking is listed under facilities but this is not entirely reflective of the situation. The parking was in a public car park 5 minutes walk from the hotel and at the time of our stay cost $30 per entry with a maximum of 24 hours. Had we known this was the case we wouldn’t have booked this hotel. This should be clearly mentioned in the facilities. It is unfortunate that this has now given us a negative opinion of the hotel.
