Rooftop bar, cafe downstairs, impeccable service - cannot fault the staff. They went out of their way for us at every level. Coffee incredible. Valet service was great . Large comfy beds, open window screen wall to see view of the entire city . Large shower head and spacious inside shower

Bathroom really needs to be properly walled off instead of glass, you can hear every thing happening inside of that bathroom and it’s quite uncomfortable if you’re not married to the person you’re staying with lol Parking is an issue - If you are happy to pay $45 a day to have your car stored and brought to you then you’ll be fine,but if this is an extra cost you can’t afford - then do not stay at this property

We had a King room and we liked the spacious room and bathroom. The table with two chairs and the sofa were much appreciated. The decoration was tasteful. Comfortable beds too. and enough space for two big suitcases and some other small bags we brought along. The hotel is in a small street, with a nice coffee place almost next door and a very good Italian restaurant opposite the hotel.

The shower is spacious but the shower curtain was too short so the bathroom floor became wet. This is very easy to solve.

The place was very nice , clean and comfortable. Very well located and easy to walk to nearby places like the markets.

Menu was very limited at the restaurant for lunch but what we did order was very nice. Same for breakfast, very limited selection. I thought the room came with robe and slippers but I may have misunderstood that. We also were charged for peanuts out of mini bar that we never ate. The shower drain also doesn't drain quick enough and fills up the shower bottom very quickly. The TV we couldn't find any streaming apps on the TV itself it was all to be through our phones and chromecast but it wouldn't work. Very minor critics, overall hotel Indigo was a good place for an overnight stay and most of the staff we interacted with were polite and helpful

The location was great - right near the Adelaide markets and a little bit away from the traffic of the northern part of the CBD. The hotel is new and everything's in good condition and works. The view was great from the 10th floor looking north towards the main part of the CBD. The little cafe/restaurant downstairs was cute, and the rooftop bar was a fun place to grab a drink.

The rooftop bar does appear to have attracted a few rowdy types. It just means the bar can feel a little less sophisticated than, for example, the Sky City rooftop bar. And you might end up sharing the lift with people that have had one too many. Also, the pool wasn't heated. That's probably clear on the website, but I missed it. I would have loved a swim, but in early July it was freezing!

Location location . Perfect for central market and theatre. Newish Good views of city Good restaurant - good food and coffee Has a nice vibe, decor is nice Bed was verrry comfortable- so good really. Staff were all super pleasant and very accomodating.

Ahhh, well. Its a nice cool place. But lighting in bathroom is terrible for doing makeup. Housekeeping lacked a bit of care. Our fridge was locked on arrival and had to wait several hours for it to be unlocked. Only one coffee pod, mark on the chaise lounge and things like the phone needed a wipe. All of this was rectified though so it was all fine- these things can get overlooked.

We booked an accessible room. Hats off to Indigo, as this was the first accessible room we've stayed in over the last 5 years, that truly was accessible. Doors into room plus into bathroom wide, spaces for parking wheelchair to charge, for sitting under a bench etc. Also refreshing to have a room with 3 sets of glasses, robes and extra towels - these touches really do make a difference. Aircon also very responsive to changing preferences.

Internet was poor. Oftentimes i couldn't get a connection at all. This is not uncommon in hotels these days. If there is a spot in the room where internet is optimised, it would be handy to know. Definitely wasn't very good when lying in the beds.

An absolutely beautiful hotel in the heart of Adelaide. Close to the central markets, a myriad of restaurants and everything you need. The staff were lovely, the rooftop bar was beautiful and the room was so comfortable and aesthetic that I didn't hardly want to leave. Staff were prompt when delivering room service, laundry or amenities and daily clean was immaculate. Highly recommend!

The pipes in my room made a lot of noise and I could often hear water in the pipes from the apartment above.

Great location right next to markets and great restaurants. Rooms were modern, clean and tidy. All amenities you’d need. Great to have a restaurant and rooftop bar, too.

Pool was smaller than appears in photos and was not heated. Difficult to see kids in pool due to pillars between the daybeds (only 5 of these) and the pool. Parking was a challenge as there is no onsite parking and 1hr parking around the hotel. Hotel is cashless but will charge additional 3% surcharge when using card…this doesn’t sit well with me!

Great funky accommodation. Rooms were really nice, spacious and great views. All the facilities were great. The pool is quite small but if you can nab a bed it's a nice place to relax. Close to the markets and not too far into town. Close to great restaurants.

The staff on arrival were a bit rude when we were trying to find our booking. Because I booked through booking.com, it came through all of our individual names but the staff kept telling us there wasn't a booking. Once we had it resolved it was fine but they didn't really apologise and weren't very friendly.

I loved the bathroom the best. The layout and the huge shower and bath and basin with make-up mirror and the amenities to use was fantastic. I loved how unique it is. Everything about the indigo suite with balcony and bath was awesome and the fact the bedroom is separate with a door to close off from the main part was great as well. I loved it and I can't wait to be back. Thank you for a lovely stay and being a laid back place to relax and unwind. The decor is amazing and I've already told about 10 people to come stay here since leaving this morning and will continue to brag about Hotel Indigo. Best in Adelaide folks, don't stay anywhere else 😀 P.s thank you for the lovely welcome note and baked sweet plate, it was lovely and made me feel welcome.

It wasn't a dislike so much just that the WiFi cut out alot and the TV's need chromecast which is fine but much easier to just sign into the app on the TV itself or built in box instead of using your phone or tablet to cast due to disconnections but it's not really an issue just wanted to watch a movie at night but we managed anyway and understand you can't just go upgrading all the TV's lol and I'm sure as time goes on these things will appear and WiFi will improve. It's mainly worth mentioning because it could have just been one of those days where the speed is a bit slow but you can check if anyone else mentioned it.
