The room set up. Great location. Great Parking. Very friendly Staff. and to have the Cafe open till 8:30 pm. (Well run facility) Could not have more helpful and friendly Staff. Will definitely stay again.

Just a few small things. (trival) There was not dish cloth or Paper Towel in the kitchen. I couldn't find a Dustpan and Brush. Make sure you bring things like Glad wrap, Alfoil etc. there is a great Kitchen but no complimentary xtras. Please note that it wasn't part of the deal. Just saying if you want to cook then bring everthing you will need other than Cooking utensils. We will be prepared next time. 😊 (Not far from Shops 😊)

7-8 minute walk to Victoria Square where you can get the tram to Rundle Mall - very convenient. Staff was very accommodating and breakfast was superb! Highly recommended.

There is nothing we didn’t like about the property.

Convenient location- this end of town is slightly abandoned, but it's not far to walk to be in the thick of it. Building facilities were good. Local pubs were good - shout out to the Cumby. Pleasant enough view if only on 3 floor. I'd stay here again. It's just not as fancy as it looks in the photos.

The floorboards, which were quite damaged, had not been cleaned, possibly in a while - we were trying to work out why our feet were black! A few things were broken/ not working. We rearranged the furniture to suit us. No cooking basics. Some salt and pepper would have been handy. And more than one dishwasher tablet for a week long stay would have been good. Just seemed a bit stingey for a $3000 stay.

Great location in the heart of Adelaide CBD - only a 15m drive from the airport. The concierge were very detailed in all the information you needed to access your room and provided really friendly service. There are loads of amenities available that you should definately use (pool, sauna, steam room, gym). The bed was really comfortable. Street parking available for day to day travel but also a parking lot is also available for $28/per day

we stayed for two nights but only three coffee pods provided - I would recommend providing one more pod for customer visits or base if off of the length of stay/persons per visit.

Staff really really friendly and helpful. Apartment very nice and set out well. Great facilities- gym, library, simulation golf, cinema, pool. Did I mention the staff were lovely. Nice soft & fluffy pillows. Good size fridge and lots of crockery and cutlery.

The Air-conditioning didn't work very well in the bedrooms. Bottom sheet only just fit the bed so kept coming untucked. When we used the pool, other users were dive bombing and I was (accidentally) kicked in an arthritic foot which I was very unamused about. That was more a parent control issue though. Smokers stinking out the lift access from the carpark. Yuk!

Great location, great room set up, staff was great and breakfast was amazing!

The air conditioning wasn’t working at its best, I think due to the air filtration being blocked but staff took care of it as soon as we told them. All staff except for one female was exceptional. My husband thought she didn’t like him for some reason but luckily he didn’t always have to deal with her, everyone else was amazing. I would recommend more dishwashing detergent be left in the room!!

We had 7 days in Adelaide as part of our Road Trip and it was a fantastic place to stay and explore the city and surrounds. Sunset from our balcony was unbelievable. Barossa winery tour was great and tram to Glenelg and a special lunch was the best. Adelaide is a vibrant city with great cafe's bars and restaurants. Central Markets a must visit.

Rundle mall was disappointing given all the hype and buskers so lowed and sung in another countries language which was weird and annoying

Nice size apartment with a well stocked kitchen, great washing facilities which we took full advantage of. Location is good just a short walk away from all the main areas. The bedroom was large and the bed very comfortable. Great tv with lots of choices and a very good selection of movies.

In common with a lot of apartments that we have used the balcony area gets overlooked and my wife had to scrub down the balcony as it was very dirty, perhaps this could be looked at as a matter of course.

The room was really nice for the price, it had a full kitchen lounge ensuite. The facilities were super user friendly and extensive including a gym (weights and cardio), pool, sauna and golf simulator at no extra cost. We also utilised the room service which was fast and honestly cheaper than the average pub or restaurant (out of what we tried we loved the caesar salad and sweet potato chips). We were about 1-2km away from all of south adelaide city and only ubered once to a location northside otherwise walked.

I liked the staff very nice and sweet. Couldn't get food at night so gave us free pie and pasty for me and my kids. Hotel was really nice, breakfast was good didn't charge me extra for sides Loved how had stuff to do for kids. Love the view as well being up high and the library was great!

Not being able to do golf with kids as they were younger and cinema I couldn't work it how to put it on etc. no hot water for a while but the guy was nice and compensated me and the smell of smoke in hallway was horrible
