Spacious, well appointed, well priced.

Such a small thing, but the dish cloth looked like a paper towel. We couldn’t find a dust pan or vacuum cleaner.

Comfortable well equipped apartment - liked the option to open windows and use the balcony and prepare our own food. Great option of pool, spa and sauna. (Although we were too busy to make use of these facilities). Good location- we were able to walk to Rundle Mall and the Central Markets and get a tram to the Adelaide Entertainment Centre (after a short walk). The car park whilst a bit pricey was great- easy access and kept the car off the streets.

We stayed in the Altitude building - and some of the fittings were a bit tired. The air conditioner was quite restricted in its functions and not having a soft close toilet was a bit frustrating at times. Even so we had a great stay in a clean comfortable and well located apartment.

Great location, our room was very quite despite only being on the second floor, and the room stayed dark in the morning until we lifted the blinds, which is generally unheard of in a hotel room! 😅 The apartment was a great size and the balcony was very spacious to. Excellent value for money and will definitely stay again next time we are in the CBD 😊

The staff member who checked us in didn't really seem to know what she was doing... she didn't clearly explain how to get to our apartment lift from the carpark (as there are two buildings and two lifts) and she gave us someone else's welcome letter with their name and apartment no on it. And despite having organised late checkout and putting a "do not disturb" sign on the door, housekeeping still knocked in the morning to come clean our room.

The room was large and had plenty of space. The bed was a nice king size and super comfortable including the pillows. The bathroom also very spacious. Being an apartment it had all the amenities needed, even a balcony. Staff were helpful, friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again for a short stay.

During our stay one of the elevators was broken, but the other one didn't take too long at least. The shower took some time to get the hot water going, especially late at night so we just had to turn it on much earlier. The apartments are not serviced which was completely fine, so if you needed anything extra, you just ask the reception and they will happily provide. The location wasn't the best as food, supermarkets, coffee etc were a minimum 5-10min walking distance. But overall, still a really good affordable hotel.

On checking in, I was greeted by two lovely ladies who made me feel welcome, we had had a long trip into town, I was very tired and it was later than I’d hoped we would arrive. The girls greeted me with smiles and friendly service and didn’t muck around, making getting up to our room quick and painless. The apartment was a great size for 4 adults, the bathroom was a good size and clean, the bedrooms were comfortable. The beds were sooo comfy, I joked about wanting to take mine home as I slept really well. It’s in a quiet area of town, within walking distance to most places. The pool is awesome and my favourite part of our visit.

The only thing that was wrong, and honestly not a big deal, was the toilet seat. It seemed to not fit the toilet properly and was a bit loose. But honestly, not the worst thing to happen.

Lots to love about this Property, very easy to check in and check out, super friendly and helpful staff. The place is a little dated but i wasn't looking for anything fancy, the aircon was perfect, the size of the place was quite big as was the shower. Had everything i needed and was a comfortable stay. Location is great too, IGA around the corner aswell as cafes and overall a great stay. Would stay again!

I would say it was a little dated but it didnt really bother me. And if im really looking for something, ahh i did want to wash a dish i used but couldnt find any dishwashing liquid and didnt want to buy a whole one for just one use but I mean thats it!

The accommodation was great. I only just found out that there was a pool and spa (after staying at this accommodation over 10 times previously). My request to have a high floor was accommodated and the view was nice.

I found that the large sliding glass door did not block a lot of the external light, so my room was quite bright during the night. The beds were quite hard, and the air conditioning did not enter the main room, so I was quite warm overnight. It was windy and raining during my stay, and I could not keep the balcony "sliding windows" open as they kept partially closing the wind. I was also hoping to move the balcony dining set out of the rain so that I could sit there and enjoy the weather, but they are extremely heavy and wobbly.

The convenience of being local to the city. Plenty of buses and trams nearby. Great having a washer and dryer. Aircon. Comfortable bed. This was a long stay and everything was suitable for our needs. Swimming pool was used regularly. Would use again!

Kitchen was sparsely equipped. No long glasses. No glass casserole dish for using in oven or microwave. A strainer would have been useful as well. Had to ask for a baking tray and ice tray but ended up purchasing the ice tray.

The view was amazing. Room was comfortable and met our needs. The carpark under one building then going up a lift to another building totally spun me out!! Messed with my sense of direction 🤣😂

Coming from out of town and not a regular city goer getting to know where things were was a little confronting, especially with young children. The pool room glass around the spa was fairly grimy inhibiting the view.

Really great experience for the price point. Staff are delightful, very helpful and welcoming. Room was beautiful with a bed that was the perfect way to end some busy days in Adelaide. Location is great with the markets and Rundle Street Mall in walking distance. Can't recommend highly enough.

A slightly later checkout time would have been great but I did observe that late checkout could be arranged for a small fee.
