Absolutely loved it! The apartment is new, clean, and bright with a balcony extending throughout the living room and bedroom. The sofa is comfy, and the desk provided a great workspace. The kitchen is fully equipped, and I enjoyed cooking there. Nearby, there’s an IGA, a cake shop, and several restaurants and cafes. While the apartment isn’t right in the city center, it’s conveniently within walking distance to everywhere. I attended a conference at the convention center, which was less than a 15-minute walk away.

The bed was too soft for me, but that’s just my personal preference. The bathroom light switch seems also controls the ventilation, which creates a loud noise when turned on. Apart from these minor issues, it’s a perfect stay, and I would definitely stay there again.

Living area was spacious. Kitchen well equipped. Location was good, not too far on foot to Rundle Mall etc Great on-site parking reserved in advance $20 per night.

Apartment on arrival was stuffy smelling. But it was clean. Balcony but no outdoor chairs. Instructions for self checkin lacked a couple of points. That car park could not be accessed without a remote and where to park in the interim. The access code given to get into the building to get keys was incorrect. So had to wait for someone with a fob to let us into the building to get the keys to enter the carpark. Bit stressful for a couple of seniors😬

The location is great - about 5 blocks from Rundell Mall, about 1 1/2blocks from the Central Market and Chinatown. A number of restaurants around and one next door, but this one is only opened from 7am - 3pm. Taxi only $12.00 into the centre of town. Full oven and cooktop, microwave etc., but no cooking equipment for oven. Purchased foil trays as we shopped in the central market. Big balcony. Supplied dish washing items, dishwasher tablets, clothes washing supplies and bathroom supplies. All good.

Pillows need replacing - clean but old and thin. Bed a little too soft for us. No clothes dryer but there was an airer/dryer.

Staff was very friendly and extremely kind, helped my dumbass out when I locked myself (I grabbed the wrong key) out of the room and I woke up late the next morning leaving myself little time to leave at 10, but cleaning staff were understanding. Room was amazing, great view, and super comfy bed.

Couch wasn't the comfiest and the door handle/lock was dodgy, yes I locked the key in the room but if the door handle was fine we wouldn't have to wait half an hour stressing about if we were getting back into our room or not. I think it was floor 12 room 10, it was at the very end with a balcony. The man who helped us was lovely though, great guy and he did amazing helping us.

The lack of information re access especially from garage to apartment, the minimal utensils, lack of information re nearby restaurants or food outlets, no maps, no information re what’s on -apart from a 2020 Adelaide Festival guide!- lack of information re how to use appliances, the weird wind noise some nights…

We were happy with the room, the location & the city. The transport links were much more extensive than we'd first thought, so we were able to explore many of the west coastal towns & suburbs, using the trams, buses, trains & O Bahn - only the one metro card! Very good value! The local market was excellent for fresh, competitively priced food etc - which helped our self catering experiences be more interesting, I must thank Esther & particularly Lilly, who were most helpful before & during our stay. We especially enjoyed our guided coach tour to Mount Lofty & the Adelaide Hills, with their relatively hidden gem, the fascinating germanic town of Hahndorf! We will be back!

It is centrally located in Adelaide CBD, just walking distance to top sites. The apartment is big, and the view is nice! It is well furnished with kitchen utensils, washing machine, tv, aircon, wifi, etc. There's also an available parking, which is a plus for me!

The code to the building is incorrect; good thing, the personnel is nice enough to meet me in the lobby instead. The exhaust fan in the toilet/ shower is very noisy! You can't turn it off as it automatically turns on whenever you turn on the light. Parking has separate fee but we still opted to pay for it. The path from parking to the building is a bit of a maze, but you'll get used to it once you find the right path.

Wonderful location, clean and quiet

The quote given for the main entrance wasn't working. Had to wait for some tenants to pass through the entrance and we just sneaked into to get the key from letter box. It took a while. The apartment was somehow hot even in the cool day. The air-conditioning was noisy and struggling.

Location is nice. Park and shops are in walking distance. Spacious. Good water pressure. Good wifi. AC works well. There is everything what you need for long stay.

Huge minus: outside door key buttons are not working for a long time. Please be aware of it because no one will let you in. That is not a good way to threat your quests. Another minus: fan in the bathroom is making loud noise. You can't turn it off because it is connected with the light. Iron should be cleaned from these burn spots.

The apartment was comfortable enough and had a lot of extra supplies like glad wrap and pantry items which was great. Close to Adelaide Central Markets, an IGA and a coffee shop.

The outside intercom access was not working on arrival which was where I needed to punch in a code to gain access to the mailboxes inside the foyer where the apartment keys were. Luckily, I was able to follow someone in. The cushions on the couch kept sliding out. The bed was a double bed and the position of the bed made it difficult to access the cupboards. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was very noisy and came on automatically when you turned on the light. Also, roadworks were taking place right outside the building which made access difficult, and it was quite noisy.
