Loved that is was so spacious. The beds were great size and I loved the find a details like adding thank you products 🙏🏽😊

Loved everything

The location was amazing for a family as there is a fantastic playground just across the road and the free tram down King William Street is only a 5-10 minute stroll along the lovely parklands. Also they had a great value breakfast option ($20 pre-booked) and dinner specials for those times when it's too hard to take young kids out at night. Plus a Fasta Pasta a couple of minutes walk away for a quick and easy lunch! Staff were lovely and will definitely stay here again.

The balcony isn't set up to sit out on, and not ideal for young children but that didn't bother us in the winter weather and the playground across the road will more than make up for that in the warmer months when we return!

Location, balconies, views, quiet, comfortable

It looks like vacuuming has not been done under the bed for a long time. I dropped something and had to look under the bed - there was loads of dust, a used tissue and an empty plastic bottle. On previous stays I noticed that some items or areas had not been cleaned at all for some time, eg. Telephone, plastic tray for cups etc. The bathrooms have always been clean.

Comfortable bed. Staff were fantastic. Food was great.

Parking access- walking through the rain and puddles to the back was the only thing.
