Location for us was great. Supermarket and bottle shop very close plus nice places to eat. Easy to get everywhere and free bus stops almost outside. Apartment was lovely and big and washing machine and dryer excellent.

Unfortunately due to the lift being out of order we were on the first floor and had absolutely no view. The chap on reception was really helpful and did his best but the higher apartments had not been serviced as the cleaning crew were under a lot of time pressure due to using the stairs. Unforeseeable but we still had an excellent stay and enjoyed Adelaide very much.

Apartment was great, very well located to free bus into the city. Great facilities.

Unfortunately we were on the 1st floor and above the carpark, made it very noisy with the roller door opening and closing all hours of the night. Also as the balcony door faces the lit up carpark made the room very bright at night. Sadly we had neighbours who came in at 3am and stood chatting outside our door. Not the hosts fault of course but still annoying and disruptive. The lift was just outside our door also so could hear that every time it was used.

Loved the space and size of the apartment, the bedroom was a generous size with plenty of room for my suitcases. The drawers in the wardrobe were very helpful as I was there for a week, it meant not having to fish around in my suitcases. Having a dishwasher, washing machine, and a dryer was great. Enjoyed the nespresso machine, starter pack of tea, coffee and milk as well. Location to nearby shops was a bonus.

Doors being left to slam shut whenever people left or entered the neighbouring apartments, it was so loud! The parking - very limited if you're parking on the road. Be aware there is a parking fee on the horizontal parks. An egg slice/fish slice would be a helpful addition

All good, we arrived after office had closed, we were emailed on how to gain access and the key box worked well. Had some dealings with the staff who were friendly and helpful. Facility's were good. the bed did make me appreciate my own at home. Parking was good but did cost $25 per night. The trolly to get our luggage to the apartment was very much appreciated.

Both the entrance and the room were a bit tired for what appears to be a fairly new building, walls to entrance were damaged and needed a paint. Walls in our apartment had been damaged, repaired but not painted. I am a painter by trade so these things stood out to me.

This was our second stay in the Hume Service Apartment and they knew we had 3months old baby. Hume serviced apartment is really baby-friendly and accommodating! They ask us regarding things we may need for them to accommodate us! Great for a family to stay. There are lots of accessible restaurants and grocery / convenient stores around. Also great arcade near by for family to enjoy! Staff were understanding of our needs like cots and more quiet , privacy for family to rest and have early night time sleep.

Everything was great!

The balcony! Was nice to sit out there each morning and have brekky. The view from the balcony was amazing. Grant was also a pleasure to deal with. The surrounding area was nice a quiet. Bus stop not far away. Got used to the bus routes in the end.

Kitchen floor was a bit sticky. Had noisy people above that made noise from morning to midnight. A fan or something in the second bedroom would be good as it was hot in there and the window cannot be opened. My fault for not reporting it until checkout, but the aircon in the living area didn’t seem to be working as normal so relied on the aircon from the other bedroom to cool down the place.

Excellent location, friendly reception & the man in the office (whose name I have forgotten) couldn't have been more helpful. I even managed to get a car spot not long before we left for Adelaide after having forgotten to request one at the time of booking, months prior.

When it's cooler, fresh air is better than having the aircon going, thus a screen door on the courtyard would have been very handy. It probably doesn't matter that much on the higher floors but we were on the ground floor fending off a couple of stubborn flies & the odd mozzie.

Comfortable in a great location.

A new wall-mounted smart TV had been installed. Major improvement. But we were really annoyed to find you could only do Free to Air TV 😳😡🤬 We never watch that rubbish. After a long day of competition we just wanted to relax with something decent on streaming but only had the equivalent of an obsolete TV. Couldn’t Chrome cast Mirror or anything. Apparently it will be 2 more weeks before installation is complete. Seriously!?!?! Hardly any decent items to cook with. One saucepan and frypan that couldn’t fit together on the two hot plate cooktop.

This is a great accommodation if you want to explore Adelaide while self-catering. The apartment was clean, the furniture and bed were comfortable, and the location offers great access to the rest of the central city via free buses! There are good restaurants and cafes nearby, and given the proximity to a main thoroughfare, the place was nice and quiet. This is obviously very well-managed, and the staff were a pleasure to deal with.

This is a self-catering apartment, and I planned to cook for myself and I did so. I found the supply of cooking equipment to be poorer than I expected. There was only one pot, and one frying pan, which for me was not enough. There were no coat hangers in the wardrobe, however these were found for me by the staff when I asked for them.
