Great location - very close to centre of city. Rooms clean and spacious.

The room is not super modern, but has everything you need, and is clean and spacious. I did see some comments about a 'curry smell'. This is correct for the reception area (as is next door to a Japanese restaurant), but rooms are all ok. If arriving after hours, process worked fine to get keys and enter. If arriving after 5pm, let them know so can arrange keys.

Clean, fresh and being able to open the small balcony doors was nice. Good value.

The reception area stinks - there is a restaurant which seems to be part of the reception area and although this was never open when we were there, the smell of old cooked food (like boiling fish sauce!) is very very strong and quite off putting. I feel sorry for the reception staff smelling that all day. It was extremely unpleasant.

The apartment was spacious and well furnished, with kitchen and laundry facilities. The location was an easy walk to the city centre, riverside and botanic gardens, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Out top-floor apartment was quiet and had views across the city. The reception staff were helpful, and access was easy.

The atmosphere of the corridors and apartment was a little soul-less. There were only translucent blinds, not curtains on the windows. The towels provided were incomplete when we arrived but more were provided the following day following our request. The apartment was serviced despite leaving the do-not disturb sign out.

Apartment was spacious with a small balcony. The location is excellent with a short walk to Rundle Mall, and to the Botanical Gardens. Many great eateries are nearby as well. Bed was very comfortable.

The apartment is dated, the kitchenette is very small. No fan in the bathroom and a little old. There was mould around the drain in the shower. We weren't told prior to checking in that we should have requested a car park, even though we understood it couldn't be guaranteed. Upon arrival there were no car parks so we had to park down the road, as mentioned on the booking form, however if you don't move your car early in the morning you will get slugged almost one extra day. So while you think you will only pay $36 you end up paying nearly twice that if you don't get up super early to move it.

Within easy walking distance of all amenities. Could choose to eat in the apartment or go out to restaurants which were close by. Exceptionally quiet, hardly saw anyone. The reception staff were really kind and allowed us access to the apartment much earlier than usual, which helped 2 very tired travellers..

The apartment was really cold. The lounge had an A/C which we used to heat the room, but the bedroom and bathroom were freezing cold. The windows didn't shut or lock properly, hence a draft. We went across wet dusting to clear the apartment.

Location is right middle of city. Mins walk from Rundle Mall and Pubs.

Oh..Parking not enough space to drive in. Difficulty to get in and out. Food smells all in the elevator and hallway. Which was pretty annoying.

I liked the fact there were basic kitchen facilities and crockery etc. plus a wide bench for sorting your meal etc. The location was a short walk from the airport bus stop and several flat blocks walk to the free connector buses. There were many cafes and convenience stores in the surrounding blocks, though not immediately close by.

Bathroom had no shelving for clothing, toiletries ( accessible bathroom maybe?) no power point on right side of bed for my CPAP (minor point really as there was a power point on the left side !)

I had the main bedroom with ensuite and it was excellent. The 2 single beds had adults in them and the mattresses were probably more for kids but overall I was really impressed and will stay again. Really close to Rundle Street for restaurants and an easy walk to Rundle Mall. We had hired a car and were able to park on site which was great. The weather was cold and the heating in the main lounge area wasn't great but the bedrooms seemed to warm up well. I will be back.

Location was great and rooms were spacious.

Booking.com said I could add on a stretcher bed to the room but that was not an option at the apartments. I have a 2 year old and would have preferred a stretcher bed or porta cot. If I had known the apartments didn't have this option I would have brought one. The glassware were all dirty in the cupboard and needed cleaning before use. The clerk recommended we park at a carpark facility near by as their car park is quite small. The card we were given said invalid ticket so we went back to swap it and again it said invalid ticket. A bit time consuming. The clerk then said to get a card issued but use theirs to exit. Unfortunately that didn't work and we had to pay to exit.
