The place is good value for money. The hotel has got as central location as possible, on the mall with proximity of the public transport hub. It seems to be run by a skeleton crew, but the team was very friendly and helpful. The heating was efficient. I enjoyed my stay there.

If there were any shortcomings (e.g. no microwave oven in the room) they were well offset by the central location and an affordable price.

Great location! Can't fault it at all. Close to trams, trains, Museum, Art Gallery, Old Parliament house, and 10 min walk to the river. I had a room on 5th floor, with doors opening onto a narrow balcony facing Rundle Mall that had fantastic views up and down the mall and to the hills in the distance. As a first time visitor to Adelaide, this was a bonus! Great communication from the reception team, regarding after hours check-in. That whole process went smoothly. Michelle at reception was very friendly and helpful - it's nice to be greeted with a genuine smile :-) Comfortable bed and pillows. Spare blanket in the wardrobe if needed. Aircon worked well to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. Good water pressure in shower and plenty of hot water.

The lounge furnishings were fairly dated and not all that comfortable to sit on. I'm an explorer from sunrise to sunset type of person, and tend to spend the evening in my hotel room relaxing and planning for the next day, so I do like a nice lounge to sit & relax on. A microwave in the hotel room would have been a great addition, and unfortunately the bar fridge was barely cool, not cold.

Location is bang in the middle of Rundle Mall. Easy walking distance to main attractions as well as dining precincts. Plenty of parking and deal between hotel and Wilson on North Terrace. Hotel has lift for accessibility and public areas were clean and tidy. Reception was helpful.

Dined once in “The Loft” on L1. Reviews warned service was poor and true to form it wasn’t attentive service. Bar order and pay. Food was quite good though on the pricey end. Room cleanup started out ok first couple nights, then became less professional. Water bottles not replaced, cups not washed out, service later in the afternoon. The other challenge is the hotel has no lobby or waiting area to speak of after hours.

Great hotel, right in the middle of the city.easy walking distance to everything we needed.

Unfortunately there was a function in the hotel on the day we arrived,so couldn't use the restaurant. It was closed on the Sunday and Monday,so had no opportunity to use the 25% discount they offered at any time. They had told us about some work occurring on the building, but was not expecting it to start at 7am.especially as we had a young child with us. So the compensation of 25% off using their restaurant was worthless as mentioned above. Also the basement bar supposed to be open to hotel guests ,I think but closed at 6pm.

Great location right in the central plaza and off the street, with plenty of options for overnight parking. We couldn't hear any traffic noise from our room. We arrived later than planned, but reception provided easy instructions for entry with lock-box access for room keys available directly on our floor, so getting into our room at night was painless. Plenty of options for meals throughout the plaza, along with the in-house restaurant on the first floor.

The TV was only connected via Wifi at the time of our visit, and the signal wasn't strong enough to connect to online services like YouTube or Netflix. The bed was also pretty firm - not uncomfortable, just not to our preference. Overall however, these were minor details and didn't impact our stay in any meaningful way.

Location is fantastic for anyone with business in the CBD area or just for a city visit. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. I loved that the rooms stick out from a central corridor, so you have cross ventilation from windows on either side. I don't know if all rooms are like this, but it was nice and quiet, though the views weren't spectacular because of this. If you want great city views, go elsewhere. There was both a bath and a shower, and room service was on request rather than daily which suited me just fine. Complimentary water and milk as well as a couple of bowls and spoons in addition to the usual tea cups and teaspoons were all good. Room and bathroom were a good size. It's just up the road from Coles and Woolworths, so easy to get food or visit one of the many eateries within a stone's throw.

The bed was too soft for me, but many will like that. I just happen to like a very hard bed. I also found the key system slightly difficult to operate and even key replacement wasn't great but was an improvement. Just took a few tries to get the door to work.

Great location, in the heart of Adelaide. Rundle Mall is right out the front and the tram was at the end of the Mall. The reception staff were great and very helpful. The beds were very comfortable and big. The parking for the hotel is with Wilsons parking and there is an agreement on overnight stays that are paid at a discount with the hotel.

One of our cars was higher than the car park and we found it hard to contact Wilsons to find a more suitable parking location nearby. The reception assisted us with a nearby location as she understood the issue.

We liked how it was central to everything and so easy to get around and everything we needed was there in the mall. Was pleasantly surprised how the room was sound proof and how big the room and bathroom was, the bed was super cosy which really does help when on holidays.

There was nothing I didn't like I wish I knew that woollies and coles close at 5pm on a Sunday and public holidays as by the time we came back from outings I couldn't go to do shopping and also the restaurant at hotel wasn't open so we didn't have the pleasure of seeing it. I should have researched all this, so not a hate.

We loved so many things.. before arrival- arrangements were made for parking.... very close by (<5minute walk) and $25 for 24 hours. Absolute bargain for parking in the CBD. The receptionist Dani was so friendly, smiley and helpful. A great asset to the business I'm sure... and then we get to the room. WOW 😁 We walked into a well lit room that was really snuggly warm... very welcoming. Well appointed and very clean. There was some noise coming from the buskers in Rundle Mall which stopped at 5.30... not hugely loud at all, almost backgroun .. but off key 🤣🤣 Security of the room was good, bathroom really nice. Double block out curtains which muffled any noise and made the room so dark .. perfect for sleeping. Overall an incredible experience. We will stay there again. Perfect to walk most places in the CBD.

The only thing I didn't like was not being able to stay longer.. 😊
