The location is excellent for accessing all the main features of Adelaide CBD. The entire ambience of the hotel is attractive; our room was very attractive with artistic features in the room fittings and furniture - refreshingly different to the majority of dull minimalistic rooms that are typical of almost all hotels these days. The bathroom was sumtpuous and spacious. There is a very high standard of maintenance throughout the hotel. We enjoyed a quality breakfast within our room rate.

Efforts have been taken to minimise product wastage such as with product pumps in the bathroom. Recently we have seen other hotels manage to eliminate plastic bags from rubbish bins. That will be a welcome change here!

great location close to Ebenezer place. walking distance to Festival venue. Large and spacious room .. good natural light. Fabulous big bathroom with small bath as well as a shower.

unable to open windows at night due to Much noise from street.Therefore had to try and sleep with air conditioner on.. Pillows could be lower profile.. too high a pillow can give one a wry neck in the morning. Electric kettle had to be boiled placed sitting on the floor as no power socket near a bench! Insufficient charging wall sockets for modern life… ie phones and laptops.

The room was spacious and well appointed and the location excellent.

The breakfast was disappointing with a limited range on the all inclusive booking. It appeared as though cost cutting was a greater requirement than customer enjoyment. During a three day stay the coffee machine offered a limited choice due to it not functioning properly and showed no signs of repair and mistakes were made with breakfast orders being incorrect. Many staff seemed under trained in customer care such as prioritizing, approaching customers and reacting to requests which is a shame as there were also some delightful staff.

This hotel has lovely finishes. I quite like the boutique hotel feeling that it has going. The staff are always lovely. The room is always clean. I like the style of bath tub they have in the room but I have got nothing to complain about. The rooms are always very clean. I’ve come to this hotel before on three other occasions and I’ll keep on coming back whether it’s for business or leisure. It’s a great reliable hotel whether you’re staying for a couple days or just a night here and there in between flying for me.

No complaints from me

Having stayed in a few other hotels on this trip, what I really appreciated was the sense of space. There was a lot of storage and hanging space. The room was a little bigger than other places. The bathroom was lovely... well designed and plenty of room. And there was a little balcony (not a place for sitting and relaxing, but the sense of a little more space and access to fresh air). I felt relaxed in the room. I enjoyed the breakfast in the restaurant down stairs.

I've stayed here before and I know there are better rooms but honestly it suited me perfectly this time.

The booking process through Booking.com was smooth and efficient, Reception staff friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Although we were allocated a room next to a lift there was absolutely no sound emanating from the lift. Lifts were prompt and fast. The room, a basic double was beautifully appointed with a quality Asian design. Twin beds super comfortable. Access to the adjacent carpark via the rear of the building. Restaurant staff were pleasant and the meals, although limited in range, were well presented and more than adequately servings. The Rooftop Garden is a kind of BYO outdoor lounge.

Although there is very limited onsite parking we were not given the opportunity to use it despite being prepared to pay for it. The Wilson Car Park at the rear of the hotel is $30.00 per day, a very tight but typical CBD car park but at least the ticketing system worked well and entry and exit to Rundle street quite straightforward. I think that the TV stations should have included Foxtel, we were unable to project our Foxtel to the TV.

I was really glad that I was able to check in after hours, as my flight came in a little late, I didn't check in until 11:30 PM. The room was surprisingly nice, it had an elegant Japanese ryokan feel to it, especially the bathroom which could be separated with sliding doors. There waws a Bluetooth speaker which I was really happy about and quite a bit of furniture that I was able to make use of. The hotel is in one of my favorite parts of Adelaide, I'd gladly stay again.

The light bulbs in the bathroom were a weird blue colour which spoiled the ambiance of what was a very nicely designed bathroom. I'd recommend changing the bulbs to a warm orange to complement the wooden doors and brown floor.

The staff were very helpful and courteous. When I asked if there was possibility for late check out, they were quick to check and let me know straight away. I appreciate the efficiency and professionalism they showed. There is staff available 24/7. The facilities are clean. The room was spacious and had lots of natural light from the window and balcony. The balcony was enclosed. Great water pressure from the shower and bath. A well-stocked bar fridge and the items were cold - great on a warm day!

There wasn't anything not to like.

The stay was very pleasant altogether, except for breakfast (see below). Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location.

Breakfast was the only thing I didn't like, but had it twice it because didn't have time for anything else. On both occasions I had some kind of toasted bread with scrambled eggs, the first a bit heavier with avocado etc, the second with bread only. Pretty portions but didn't taste the way they should. Either the pots and pans were dirty or the oil/fat used had gone bad so there was an unpleasant extra taste. While in Australia according to my experience everybody is extra friendly, it was not so in this breakfast room. That's why I didn't take the time to mention this to them. The roof garden was not open, but it is understandable because this was off season.

Wonderful staff, always happy and helpful and they remember you! Good sized fairly modern room, with nice decor, good size bathroom, and nice marble tiles. Good choices on TV and free wifi. In great spot, surrounded by good quality food venues and 5 minute walk to the mall. Most willing to deliver food to the Hotel. I had appointments in Grenfell St, which was an easy 10 minute walk. Also Norwood & North Adelaide, both a short uber trip, so very central. Car park opposite the Hotel if required. I will return here for sure.

The Restaurant has limited opening days, but local food venues will deliver, no problem. Hotel open for breakfast.
