Prompt replies to queries pre- checkin. We were lucky to be upgraded to a two bedder and managed to reserve parking daily. Very clean apartment, good wifi , aircon in living room, and fully equipped with like new miele brand oven, hob, dishwasher, and microwave and large refrigerator. washer and dryer worked well. Very good gym. Helpful front desk, including Mr Bobo Wan who checked us in. Excellent location, with Rundle Mall just minutes walk behind building and directly across U of Adelaide Bonython Hall. Minutes walk to botanic gardens.

Location to city centre, free tram and close to bus services.

Difficult to find late in the evening, despite using google maps to find it! Late checkin relies on visitor having phone coverage in Australia, as this was the only way to communicate for the after hours checkin. Then the person on duty was not answering the phone! Not clear where the parking facilities were located, and instructions re allocated parking space were confusing. As we were staying more than 7 days, our room would get serviced - but no indication when this would take place. Kitchen minimally equipped e.g. a water jug for the fridge would have been nice. Bedroom quite small - not much room to get around the end of the bed.

Excellent CBD location, walk to the mall, gardens, museums etc., the street access is tight, being a side street and there is no dedicated drop off zone, you need to double park in a 1 way street if there is no space available. Once you have your room sorted and if you have a car, get the access key etc, then things run ok, so long as no one has blocked the carpark access way later. The room was spacious, every thing worked, comfortable bed. Staff were very helpful.

there appears to be a campaign by the full time owners/occupiers of some of the apartments to restrict the short term apartment rentals, yes, the small lobby was busy at times, but from our 5 days there , we had no issues.

First time at Realm by CLLIX. We had booked a 1 bedroom apartment but were upgraded to a two bedroom apartment - very nice! Bedroom, lounge and kitchen were all good. And a great view of the city, hills and parklands.

No space at all in the bedrooms to put your suitcase and walk around the bed. Fortunately, the upgrade meant we had a second bedroom to use as a "dressing room". Also no bedside tables in the second bedroom, so no where to put things if you were sleeping in this room. We had booked a car space as well, which was at the very top of the car park, 7 floors up, so took forever to enter or leave - but I guess that is just the luck of the allocated spot.

We were in a one bedroom apartment on the 17th floor. Lifts were always available. The apartment was well stocked with equipment, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Netflix was available on the tv if you wanted to sign into your account. There was a table and chairs on the balcony if you wanted to sit/eat outside - plus a dining and seating area indoors. The bed was comfortable with good linen. Bathroom was a good size with great toiletries. Coffee & tea was provided. The location was absolutely perfect for attractions such as the Fringe Festival, Rundle Street & Mall, the Art Gallery and the museum and it was in the heart of the university district. We will definitely stay next time if the price is reasonable again. My husband often has to go to Adelaide for work and is hoping to stay at Realm Apartments next time he goes.

The apartment is located in Austin Street which is just a short 3 minute walk to trams and buses on North Terrace. Five minute walk into Rundle Mall through the arcade. We were upgraded to a city view room on our arrival which was very nicely appointed with all the amenities required for a long stay and included a balcony with views across to Rundle Mall and the Adelaide Hills . Staff on reception were great to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. All in all a wonderful stay at Realm Adelaide.

We found the beds were just just a little too soft for our liking, A firmer mattress would be our choice, otherwise everything else regarding the room, location and customer service could'nt be faulted.

We booked a one bedroom apartment and they upgraded us to a two bedroom. It was clean and spacious. Shower had great pressure. Air conditioning worked well as it was 39 and 40 degrees when we were there but we didn’t feel it at all in the room. Has a gym but no pool. (There is one under construction). Car parking was pre booked and we had an allocated spot so there was no stress if you were out all day. Loved the location. So close to the historical buildings like the museum, art gallery and state library. Short walk to the beautiful botanical gardens. Two minute walk to Rundle mall where there is a Woolworths and Coles. A lot of gin bars hidden around and the East End cinema is also close.

Parking can be difficult when checking in. Not many parks available in the lane. Only English breakfast tea in the room. I would have liked some green tea as well.

Location is perfect, price for the apartment for 3nights was certainly a steal at the price we were charged. Great thing about being in the CBD is you can get around easily by hiring a scooter which is not expensive at all. So many great restaurants within walking distance. The casino was a 5mins walk which my partner and I did do, the nights we stayed were nice and warm so the walk was just gorgeous in the Adelaide city. The apartment itself was modern, neat, comfortable and felt homey. The washing machine was a plus coz we were able to catch up on some washing while having time out with my partner. Overall I was very satisfied with the apartment and as far as noise goes, I really didn't notice much noise at all. The bed was super comfy as well as the pillows which is a must for me. Tick in a lot of boxes for positive.

I don't really have anything that I didn't like.. maybe just the parking situation where it's not available at free of charge with the apartment you book, so if you are staying at the apartment for more than 1 week the parking will be very expensive when they charge $25 capped per day.

Honestly couldn’t fault these apartments. We stayed for 4 nights and they were ideally placed for everything going on I the city centre. Close to university too. Really friendly and helpful reception staff. Everything was spotlessly clean in the apartment itself and it was really well fitted out.

I suppose the only negative was the proximity of the AC unit to the table on the balcony as it was constantly blowing out warm air which made it uncomfortable for eating outside. (We just turned it off I the end if that’s what we were doing ). Great for helping to dry clothes though!

Location was fantastic for us - across from the museums, gallery and a short walk from the zoo and botanic gardens. It was very clean. The staff was obliging and very friendly. Every request or concern were met willingly.

It was much smaller than expected and the balcony was unusable. The beds were small, and uncomfortable for me personally (I have back problems). We mostly walked, but rented a car at some point. The parking space we were given (Irene was very considerate) was so bad we simply returned the car after one night (and weren't reimbursed).
