The room was quiet, street noise was minimal, apart from slamming doors i didnt hear any noise inside the hotel. I loved the cleaning service, it didn't seem to matter when I left the room or came back, housekeeping swooped in and refreshed my room. I loved the clean towels, every 2nd day. The staff where approachable and made my stay stress free. the location was an easy walk to the city. awesome little cafe "Tiba" just down the street.

Other guests slamming their doors, wish their was a slow closer on the doors. Other guests on my floor gathering in the hallway and talking at loud volumes.

Set Breakfast Menu, not allowing choice as we are used to a Buffett Breakfast. Pillows flat and difficult to lie on. We arrived back in our room later in the day on New Years Day and found that none of the used glassware had been changed. When we told the male staff person at reception, he didn’t seem too interested and offered no apology. After some prompting ( which we shouldn’t have to do) he arranged the replacement. We were not very impressed with his attitude or lack of attention to us. Other days during our stay, staff were great.

- Extremely accommodating for early check-in. Brought bags up to our rooms for us. Even kept some things in the fridge and brought them up to the room’s fridge, too. - Very convenient location, 2 blocks from Rundle Mall, most great restaurants, botanical gardens and very close to Fringe’s Garden of Unearthly Delights and Gluttony. - Very reasonable parking price: Roughly $10 for the day, and $25 for day/night, with unlimited entry and exit. By comparison, Hotel Indigo charges $50 per day/night with only one entry/exit permitted per day. - Staff were extremely helpful pointing out local places to see and experience, and also the check-in/check-out process was very efficient and professional.

The room was lovely and modern and clean. Had a coffee pod machine in the room which was great. Small gym but just what you need for a work out. The Thai place across the road served incredible food Von Thai

We had issues with our air conditioning, the front desk had to adjust and control it for us, they did send someone the next day to check the fan. Pool was tiny and realistically only couple people could be in there at a time to have a comfortable swim. When offering the coffee pod machine, it would be nice to have a milk frother or option of warm milk otherwise you can only have an espresso, due to small call milk supplied

I’d like to start by expressing my gratitude to the hotel for accommodating my request to postpone check-in by a day due to personal reasons. That level of flexibility is truly appreciated. That being said, the hotel itself is otherwise fantastic—clean, well-maintained, and with no other issues. If the service attitude could be improved, it would have been a flawless stay.

However, my experience at check-in left a very negative impression. The female staff member at the front desk, who I assume is the manager (as she was seated inside working on a computer most of the time and only came out when the male staff couldn’t keep up), had an incredibly rude attitude. She behaved as though I owed her money, and her demeanor was unwelcoming and unprofessional.

The hotel is easy to find and staying on the weekend meant after 12pm on Saturdays we parked on the street for free. Otherwise there is secure parking around the back which we were offered but only staying one night we didn’t need it. The lady at the desk gave us all the info we needed and was so helpful. Our room was clean and on floor 14. Love the modern styling and the two shower heads. The bed was so comfortable to sleep in and being a king size bed nice and big. Tv was a decent size as most hotels have tiny tvs but this wasn’t. So clean and well kept and the view was absolutely beautiful. It’s in a quiet part of Adelaide when events aren’t on but I don’t think you would hear much anyways and the aircon worked fantastic which it was already put on for us prior to getting there due to the hot day. The breakfast the next morning had a great selection and we had the brioche bacon and egg buns, omg they were perfect. Nice and hot and cooked to perfection well worth it. The coffee I had was just perfect as well and I’m a picky coffee drinker so the staff got things spot on and they all explained things clearly for us and it was brilliant service. Upon checking out the two lovely ladies made it quick and easy and even took a minute to ask our plans for the day which gave the feeling of care from the team there. Definitely would stay there again if we have another event in the city or even for a couple nights to attend things in the city considering we live in the Barossa. Thank you for a lovely stay.

A very very minor and preference. The pillows were very very soft but we got back late and didn’t want to bother anyone for alternative pillows so we problem solved ourselves but that is literally it.

Staff were lovely, and very helpful. The room was spacious and well set out. There were plenty of plugs and great lighting. The bath in the window was luscious and deep. It was a great location, easy to walk around central Adelaide. The Carpark was a good price as you could come and go as many times as you like for the $25/day, it was just behind the hotel. The Storehouse restaurant on the ground floor was amazing, the included breakfast was divine! Would definitely stay again.

It was difficult to open/close the curtains around the bath. If you open the window for ventilation the front door whistles. You can hear every time someone comes/goes on your floor because when the door slams shut it rattles your door loudly. Anytime the room above uses the toilet/shower/bath you can hear it through the pipes in the walls/ceiling. The swimming pool is outside and not very heated, not ideal if it rains the whole time of your stay. None of these were deal breakers but for the price its worth being aware of.

The location was great, and everything we wanted to see was within walking distance - Adelaide is such a good city for walking. The view over the city to the Adelaide Hills was lovely. As a bonus, there's an amazing Thai restaurant next door.

I'd skip the breakfast - we tried a local cafe on our first morning, and the hotel breakfast on the second. The cafe won hands down. They say you can tell a lot about a chef by how they poach an egg - whoever is poaching the eggs in this kitchen needs retraining.

The very entry to the place, the frendly and super top notch helpful staff, the beautiful room, the trendy bathroom, lighting up bathroom mirror, a thoughtful greeting card awaiting my my arrival as i walked in with a sirpeise I will not ruin, you will experience yourself but am super satisfied with the thoughtful ideas this hotel has to offer and the above nd beyond their scope to make your stay as memorable as possible. The lovely warm pool, the clean and well equipped gym, the amazing food to die for in their restaurant well worth trying especially the combo of the meal that had local mushrooms combined with steamed veggies, i was totally full and pushed myself to stuff the remains down didn’t want to skip leave any on the plate just to enjoy it as long as possible. This place is trully amazing and so worth the price, I would say even under priced for the amazing time I spent here and only for one night.

Overall, a good experience at the hotel. Nice, clean, modern room, central location, 24/7 reception. Everything you would expect!

Cleanliness needs to be more thorough. It is overall clean but some minor details were overlooked! For example, the staff forgot to clean the bathtub during daily service, or there are big red (blood?) marks on the duvet. It is these small details that drag down the experience. Nevertheless, the staff are friendly and helpful and I am sure they will fix that for you if you let them know!
