Extremely comfortable bed, quiet room and gorgeous staff!

The room fittings were a little tired and could do with a refresh.

The people at reception were very kind, welcoming and very informative. I was upgraded to the third floor as I did not feel safe on the ground floor. The staff were very accommodating. I enjoyed a delicious dinner and breakfast the next day. The staff in the restaurant were very accommodating to my requests. The reception called a taxi for me in the morning. I've never had this done for me before.

I run hot and find the rooms a bit stifling not having the windows open. Otherwise, I had no problem.

Lovely good sized room, very clean ensuite, huge TV, very quiet, very comfortable king sized bed, plenty of "phone" charging points, comfortable seating, great water pressure in the shower. Booked for 3 and there were actually 3 coffee cups, this is quite rare believe it or not lol.

We were totally happy thanks, will be back.

Spa room was awesome as usual. Comfy bed. A/C worked well. Wifi great. Walking distance to the botanic gardens which was great. We stay here every year for the illuminate Adelaide show there. Being able to park on site and not worry about finding a spot is awesome. I will always recommend.

Staff were very nice and helpful, room and bathroom size were great, beds very comfortable, happy to have a late checkout, good value for the cost.

It would have been good to have some chairs around the table to sit and have breakfast in the room, also a light in the alcove where the kettle and fridge are located. Also it would be nice if the restaurant was open for breakfast on the weekend.

The location is fantastic as we wanted to drive into the CBD the next morning. The room was well appointed and spacious. The bathroom was functional and clean. The staff were warm, friendly, welcoming and best of all helpful.

room was big and excellent value for what i paid. will definitely stay there again. close enough to city centre without the noise of city centre.

car parking was bit small and tight but not really a huge issue.

nice place. happy people, very accommodating. nice rooms and the location is great. good beds, nice toilets and strong showers.

the fridge in the room 214 makes a strong sound e ery so often, like someone hits it with a hard wooden stick. the vents over the toilet could do with a deep cleaning, a lot of dust build up, it fell on me.

Rooms are easy to access. Everything we needed was provided. We love the location of this hotel and have stayed 2 times this year already to go to events at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre.
