Staff were very nice and helpful, room and bathroom size were great, beds very comfortable, happy to have a late checkout, good value for the cost.

It would have been good to have some chairs around the table to sit and have breakfast in the room, also a light in the alcove where the kettle and fridge are located. Also it would be nice if the restaurant was open for breakfast on the weekend.

the fridge in the room 214 makes a strong sound e ery so often, like someone hits it with a hard wooden stick. the vents over the toilet could do with a deep cleaning, a lot of dust build up, it fell on me.

We were desperate for a room for an extended period of time and on discussion with the young lady at the desk she was able to provide us what we needed in fact she was more than obliging to help. The room was ideal for our needs, very clean, a very comfortable bed and plenty of area. We needed to extend our time there and unfortunately the Gather round caused full bookings so we will have to vacate and rteturn after and to arrange continuous accommodation we were helped with the manager, also very willing to help. We get relatives from interstate and I will certainly advise them to also get accommodation at the Royal Coach. Very impressed. Thanks.

I dont have any issues other than a very noisy neighbour one night but that is just how it goes sometimes. When I spoke about it just in conversation I was advised that there is a communication to the motel via phone at any out of hour reasons.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Stacks of room for myself and my 2 children. The usb plug-in ports were very handy. Alex on the front desk was amazingly helpful, and the cleaning ladies were really lovely. The motel is walking distance from Rundle Mall, which we spent a lot of time at. And it was only a short drive to other attractions we were interested in.

Our room was on the front corner of the motel so we did get a bit of road noise. And just a personal thing for me, but I think the bathroom needed a hook for the hand towel. We used all the spots for hanging towels with our bath towels. Aside from that, we would happily stay there again the next time we're in Adelaide.

It was close to bus stops , the pool was great and the restaurant was fantastic .

Our first room was facing a construction site and we were woken up by diggers and rumbling very early, but I asked the staff if we could move rooms and they were great and changed us straight away. Whilst the restaurant was there on site we were far away from other food options so we did learn how to Uber food in so it wasn’t that bad .

We had an amazing room, I stayed with my son, the room size was perfect and the bed comfortable.

There was a conference on one of the nights and I had gone out for dinner when i got back there were no parking spaces left for myself. I had to park out on the street. No restaurant open on the day i arrived. after a long travel day the last thing i wanted to do was go out for dinner. I was recommended the botanical hotel just down the road which was a nice meal. would have rather got room service.

We stayed for one night, it was more than adequate, staff were friendly we knew the area so we didn't require any tourist advice, we were offered Free WiFi, however we didn't use it; in addition parking was free.

The position of the hotel is sited in an awkward position, they were also undergoing hotel upgrades, this led to confusing signage also the bar and restaurant was closed "due to unforeseen circumstances" therefore they offered a breakfast box which was limited.

My stay was an extra bonus due to the closure of roads before the Adelaide 500s so the street was extremely quiet. Room was comfortable. Had everything that was needed. Walking distance from the city

It wasn't a deal breaker but the restaurant and bar are closed on Sunday nights. And also not a deal breaker, due to the road closures, road diversions to access could confuse some people

Excellent location near Adelaide CBD, in front of a beautiful park. Public transport (buses) available at the doorsteps. Friendly reception staff who were very quick to help/sort out queries. Punctual and efficient room cleaning service. Ample parking space for the cars. Room allocated to me was more spacious than I expected. Can avail Uber eats and other services to deliver food items from many CBD and surrounding hotels at nominal delivery charges.

This is just a suggestion about the breakfast option (from the in-house restaurant Angus & co) to extend to all days in the week.
