Location was ideal. Close to many cafes, the main shopping precinct, botanic gardens. It's an ideal place to stay as a getaway or if visiting Adelaide to attend an event. I loved that I was close to everything.

The clock alarm went off at 4am...left on by a previous client. Perhaps staff can check this after a client checks out. It disturbed my sleep badly....I did not go back to sleep after that.

Close to town. Like having a sofa and table in the room which is small but comfy

I think the breakfast was a bit expensive. But great range. And if you eat a lot then good value.

The location was fantastic close enough to walk to everything in town.

Need some more GF options at your breakfast. My wife is a celiac she would have loved some GF pancakes or waffles.

We had a lovely 4 days stay at the Crowne Plaza. Loved its central location and our room was very comfortable. The daily breakfast was exceptional and the staff very friendly and obliging.

There was only a very minor cleaning issue. A teaspoon was not clean on our first day and there was a peanut on the carpet when we first arrived. It was there for x 2 days before it was eventually hoovered up. (But we laughed about this - we missed the peanut when it finally disappeared... 🤭). The in room meal service was also great value and arrived with wonderful, friendly service.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail—from the luxurious bedding to the thoughtful amenities—was perfect. The on-site dining was top-notch, and the service throughout the hotel was consistently warm and professional. This is easily one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. Highly recommended!

Everything about my stay was smooth and hassle-free. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-managed. I didn’t encounter any issues during my visit, and I genuinely can’t think of anything that needs improvement. A great experience from start to finish—keep up the excellent work!

Love, love, loved this stay. I had a nice, light and modern room with a view of the Adelaide hills and the leafy streets below. A really comfortable bed, big tv and great shower and bathroom. Room service was excellent. Loved the buffet breakfast , again the view over Adelaide was lovely. This is a great location, close to the Botanic gardens, took a `15 min walk from the train station, 3 mins to Rundle mall for shopping. Staff are very helpful and smiley

second stay here - the pool is great for the kids, the staff are lovely and the breakfast buffet is really excellent quality. Rooms are good size and comfortable beds and beddings. it would have been nice to have a bath, but otherwise couldn’t fault it.

The room service menu had changed since our last visit and there was not as much variety and not as many kid friendly options. even the kids items had an Asian fusion bent to them - eg the crumbed chicken came with tonkatsu sauce and sesame seeds and Japanese seasoning. so our kids wouldn’t eat it. the pizza was pretty average too, and $72 for a steak seems a overpriced even for room service.

We had a lovely time for our wedding anniversary, the room was spacious, the bed soft but supportive, the views spectacular. We enjoyed sitting and gazing out at the Adelaide hills, so relaxing. Every single staff member was friendly, kind and helpful in a very genuine way even though it was busy with sporting events going on in the city. The breakfast was great, my favourite being the bircher muesli, chia pudding with yoghurt & toppings of stewed fruits & almond sprinkles! With the days being very warm, we discarded the quilt, asked for a sheet and used the cotton blanket provided. A bottle of still water was provided and there's a refilling station on Level 10 where breakfast was served and the Luna bar and pool were all located. We also brought extra bottles of filtered water for tea and coffee. Adelaide tap water isn't great. Street noise was faintly heard occasionally, or a siren, but not disturbing. We slept very well, and overall our experience was very enjoyable. Perfect location for walking to Rundle Mall, the Botanic Gardens, numerous cafes, the Art gallery and more. Parking straight forward and easy, right next to the hotel, user friendly & accessible during our stay. Amalfi's restaurant next door was fantastic but you need to book!

Nothing much to say here. We didn't realise there was a water filling station until the last day, just would have been handy earlier.

Location is great in the East End of Adelaide just off Rundle Street and restaurants/cafes/bars/clubs. Really like the quantity, variety and selection of towels in the bathroom. The pillows on the bed were very nice.

Pool was closed for maintenance when online it said it would be open for the duration of my stay. When an establishment having a pool plays a very large role in selecting that establishment, to find it out of use is a great disappointment. Shower could have been hotter. Could hear the next door room taps/toilet refilling?

Loved the location as we were going to an exhibition in the Adelaide Botanic Gardens. It was also close by to Rundle Street restaurants and a short walk to Rundle Mall shopping precinct. Our stay also included breakfast which was great! A wonderful selection of hot and cold options including eggs cooked to your liking and a great kids section.

The second Queen size bed in our room seemed to have a slant to it. Also, the wine glasses in our room were not clean. But, these were minor issues really. Overall I would highly recommend staying here and we will be back.
