Not that great ok but feel it could be a lot better

We aren’t new to the mantra I would just change yr breakfast area back to what it was before and the food was once great at the mantra restaurant back in the day

Easy to find. We were in room 326. It was at the back of the level away from the elevator. Rooms were very comfortable and nice. Air conditioner was a bit noisy. We were a party of 2(sisters) so we had a room each. Might be a little squishy for 2 couples. IT was close to shops, free tram, and restaurants, rundle mall. We did like to walk everywhere. There is a bar downstairs but it closes at about 9 pm. so there isn't any noise from that while you sleep. But if you were on the lower floors at the front of the property overlooking the park in the morning, people were outside on the street tables for breakfast, and you may hear that.

It was a little noisy in the Mornings as all the floors are open with a large void that connects every floor. But acceptable as you are sharing a hotel.

Room, space, amenities, location, cleanliness

The lady at breakfast was having a very bad day - made us feel very unwelcome, lots of "for f***cks sake" muttered, made it very clear that us asking for coffee's was unwelcome, continued to snap at other staff throughout breakfast. Both mornings that we were there, all of the available tables hadn't been cleared and we had to wipe down/clear ourselves, and both mornings our paid for barista coffees got forgotten.

Very spacious suite with a lovely park view. Unpretentious and relaxed bar downstairs. Friendly and helpful staff. Great central location with easy walk to good restaurants and supermarket. I'd stay here again for a short visit.

Bed was a little soft and pillows too bulky. Sofa was hard. TV reception was very poor with no extra channels. Would have been nice to have the option to stream a good movie. Air con was hard to regulate and no opening windows. Had expected a suite with a balcony. It was nice to have the small gym facility during my week long stay but there was no way to mute or change the TV screen dominating the exercise room. Credit card surcharges not adequately disclosed.

No problems everyone was friendly and helpful. Nicky and Liam looked after us at breakfast every morning, seeing their happy faces was a treat and nothing was too much trouble for them. It was a great start to our day every morning. Cleaners were courteous and accommodating

The air conditioner in our room was quite noisy, and the tiles in the shower were a little slippery under foot. That was our only complaint. Very enjoyable stay in a primo locality for Fringe.

Great location close to activities, loved the buffet breakfast. Our room had a great view overlooking the park.

We have stayed at multiple mantra hotels and this one hasn't quite lived up to the standards other mantra hotels have provided. Fan didn't work in bathroom, facilities seem a bit outdated and old. We had a kitchen and only 1 pan and 1 pot to use, didn't have any basic cooking essentials like oil or butter Only limited parking on site, was offered an alternative but being from interstate that was an obstacle we had to try an overcome. They should alert guests when booking whether they will have on site or off site parking so they can make appropriate arrangements.

Bed and pillows were really comfy, best pillows I've had in a hotel. Room was good, staff were exceptional very friendly and helpful.

THE CARPARK!! should really stipulate upon booking that the car park is only appropriate for small cars. We were literally 1cm off the walls coming out front and back corners of car, we were only driving a camry.. thank goodness we were not in a land cruiser or something of adequate size

Well located for events at the Adelaide Festival and access to trams and major pedestrian shopping street. Excellent views for apartments overlooking Hindmarsh Square to the hills beyond. Reception staff well-trained and helpful Air conditioning effective and easy to control.

High stools at 'kitchen bar table' worked well and lounge for TV is expected by most people but I would have appreciated a regular sitting chair in my 2 bedroom apartment. Taps need servicing: dripped because too hard to turn off & shower hot tap fell off several times. Floor lamp wobbled with a lean. Erratic room servicing over long stay: nothing (including bin emptying) for first few busy days (then excessive towel changing at end). The lifts and surrounds always seemed to need cleaning. Underground garage entry from street down steep narrow tunnel was difficult at both ends, with evidence of previous damage.

Location was very central and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The room was larger than we expected and very comfortable. What you don't see in my photo is the sofa and TV space at the bottom of the photo. We were able to stream our Netflix from my iPad, which was extremely convenient, or watch Free-to-air TV,

There was a lift out of action, and they were limited to 4 passengers. This meant that there was a wait for access (or you could use the stairs). The basement car park was convenient, but VERY tight to access - we were made aware of this upon arrival when we booked the car park option and there is another car park available for larger cars.

Liked very convenient location. Chose option with buffet breakfast which was great. Nice to have small kitchen. Great to have room to relax.

Appreciated accessible bathroom but suggest you note how wet everything on the floor becomes (I think this wetness actually increases risk for people not using a chair!). Sadly we found this out through experience. Also accessible bathroom shouldn't mean second-rate and it wasn't equivalent spec to the other non-accessible bathroom in our family unit.
