The room had plenty of space even with a double & two singles. Standard motel quality with effort. Good for the price paid. Convenient location, fasta pasta & other venues bellow, close to transport options & right up the road from a fairly good park. Loved the shower & water pressure & the options of bathroom amenities. Along with the kitchenet, tv had netflix & YouTube which made the night easy to settle in with. Love the foor security lock features. Despite the few minor things we could inconvenient we will definitely be staying again.

There is no reception, all done online or over the phone & there was no elevator, not very convenient for elderly, disabled or familys with young children/infants. We made it work but it does add an element of inconvenience. I injured myself at the park with our child & it was difficult to get up the stairs when we returned. Room is not very soundproofed, can hear other doors shutting.

Loved the no fuss check in . They were prompt and efficient in getting the information to me to make a smooth on time check in . The hotel was super quite and peaceful and close to everything I needed .

The carpet was very old and stained , but really was insignificant and didn't effect my stay any . Also no access to balcony . But it is a old building and the new owners are renovating . I do understand that . The price does reflect that too and was great value .

great bed clean room a/c very good. If you just relied on public transport and knew the schedules it would be an ideal inner city stay. Surprisingly quiet as well

did not like using AI to have to get in. The fact that there was no human contact made it very hard to get in as I am almost deaf and could not hear the phone calls required to get in due to buses and other traffic. The lack of off street parking was an unexpected detail too. Some TLC on entrance carpets would be good too and the stair steps are too narrow for elderly people taking their luggage up.

Early check in helped after the fatigue of flights to Adelaide. Pretty quiet facility. Reasonably priced considering the current market & the lack of alternatives in the correct price range.

Bit of a smell of paint or something near the room I stayed at, however this is due with their on going refurbishments. No cutlery or plates to start off with. For a couple of days the tv had only audio, but then out of the blue it turned on by itself working fine. Air con working at limited capacity regardless of any buttons pressed

King Room 216 size is awesome, comfy giant bed, good size balcony in room 216, good street view, locations ok, easy access, its good but needs a good reno, has a smart tv with netflix & youtube, i like it, great price too, get on it & go for the king room, microwave & fridge,

There was a giant blue noisy fan in the hallway, the shower tap was dripping, the balcony was flooded, the aircon/heater makes a loud vibration when running, no private parking, old & out dated, needs balcony lights fixed for safety.

There was no breakfast included as this is an unmanned hotel. I found the bed too hard for my liking and there was a stale smell to the room when I first walked in. However, the room was spotless and a little air freshener provided by the very friendly staff member was enough to remove the smell. The staff on the end of the phone were also helpful and friendly whenever I needed to call. The hotel was also well situated, I walked most placws and the public transport was conveniently close.

The hard bed was the only thing that I didn't like about the room. Although sometimes the traffic noise was a bit loud. Double glazing on the doors out to the balcony could help with this.

Cheap and simple to get codes to get in.

Some things need repairing and painting. Could do with a good Reno, but still great value for money. Could use some disabled parking, they have two car parks out back but they will tel you that you can’t use it, not sure who it’s intended for. Was initially told I could use it, then was told I can’t.

Located next to a park and it's a 20-25 mins walk to city centre, which is not bad for its price. Bed is huge and comfy and shower is good.

No lift in the motel and you'll need to carry your luggage and walk up a floor via stairs. Not a big deal for us but not so friendly for some. We saw there were poster saying they're doing a make over so hopefully they will get lift access to people who need it.

Good walking distance from the center. Fair price for what it offers. No breakfast included but there are some biscuits, coffee and tea. Complimentary soap provided too.

Parking is the only thing a bit annoying: there is a free parking on the street but for 1 or 2 hours only, which it means that if you wanna walk and leave the car, you’re kind of stuck with these restrictions.

Great value for the price! The king-sized bedroom has everything you need. 12minute walking from the CBD and plenty of parking around it.

The bathroom hasn't been cleaned much but I am sure that must have been a mistake as the rest of the room was perfect
