Fabulous location for Adelaide Writers Week. Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff.

We were very disappointed to be accommodated in a connecting 1 bedroom and studio apartment instead of a 2 bedroom apartment as booked months ahead. This meant as 5 friends who wanted to socialise together we were sqashed around a dining table, had insufficient couch seats in the lounge and the balcony barely fitted 2. If we were informed before arrival we would have booked elsewhere.

location and room were comfortable and convenient

explanation of carpark could have been better. i asked a few days before check in where to park and was advised to park across the road in the paid carpark. however i was not told until check in that to get the $28 for 24 hours I needed a pass from reception. The carpark only ended up costing $32 for the 24 hours however it would have been nice to advise this when I asked, as the location of the hotel / carpark means we would not have gone to the hotel before finding a park.

Fantastic quiet location with a tram stop at the dooror a short walk to the free bus to take you to the city centre There were several good restaurants, cafes, and a supermarket within walking distance The staff are friendly and polite and provided great service.

The shower over the bath. The staff were great in letting us transfer to an apartment with a walk-in shower. when it became available.

Friendly delightful staff; spotlessly clean and everything you needed, bed was very comfortable (appreciated the woollen throw to nap under) good easy location. Short walk to central market for delicious fresh food.

Only slight drawback is parking offsite - but knowing this in advance helps with planning. You offload luggage out the front of Quest, then go and park. I didn’t need my car once there, I used the free tram. So easy.

Everything was so clean and comfortable. Very spacious and the best we have stayed at in Adelaide. We have stayed at many different hotels in Adelaide and recommend spending that little bit extra to get 4 star accommodation 🥰

I didn’t like the carpark being around the corner but that being the only fault I can think of. Don’t get me wrong the distance to the carpark is okay but may be difficult for the elderly. Breakfast wasn’t included and would be great if it was an option.

It should be advertised clearer through booking.com that you require a $200 deposit upon checkin and that you can not pay cash for the reservation, this caused my daughter much distress and confusion trying to frantically get hold of me while at work nursing on a psych ward without my personal phone on me to transfer money onto her card because you wouldn't take her cash, I gave her for it. disappointing since it was her 18th birthday with 3 friends and caused her much embarrassment. Quite overpriced at $420 per night when the location isn't near the heart of the action but my daughter loved the balcony view & comfy bed.

Across tram stops, and just found out that it within free tram zone when we were there Kitchen in the unit, perfect accomodations for small family Accomodations car park is not within the same building but building across the road (add-on)

there are 2 split systems in the unit, one in the main room, and one in living room, interestingly second room doesn't have one, so we kept the door open for air circulation otherwise its a bit stuffy

Loved the apartment style of this hotel, especially the kitchenette. This is especially good with the Adelaide Central Market in walking distance. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the gym is also good to get in a nice workout while you are on holiday.

As I was participating in the Christmas Pageant, the location close to the pageant start was excellent to setup a spot for our grandchildren. Also, the reserved car parking was close and convenient.

The occasional smells coming through the bathroom drains. Regarding a return booking for next year’s pageant, the rate has gone up by $195 per night for a one-bedroom apartment!

My flight was delayed, meaning that I would arrive at around midnight. I called the reception and Tina was very kind to explain how I could check in and patiently answered all my questions. The location is perfect, in a quiet street at the CBD, and the tram station is just one-minute walk away.
