Location was great, short trip to/from airport, city and very easy to navigate. Tram stop right outside, few stops away from Rundle mall if you need to do some shopping or looking for somewhere to eat. Room size was sufficient as there were 4 of us, overall a great place to stay

We hired a car during our stay, so it was just street parking and most were 2P so we did have to move car during the day, luckily over the weekend we didn’t have to pay for parking after 12pm. If you opted for secure parking you’d have to walk down and across the road, and $28 per night.

I had planned a special "fancy" girls weekend with my 6 year old. Prior to arriving I had requested a balcony suite if possible, staff had obviously taken this on board and we were in a balcony room. My 6 year old thought this was the best thing ever. The reception staff were amazing and had wonderful customer service.

The room was lovely and clean. While we were out exploring, room service did come and change our towels which was great. However our beds had not been made. As this was part of the "fancy" experience I had promised my daughter that was a little sad. But definitely not a big deal!

Everything was better than expected. The overly friendly, accommodating, professional and well-presented staff. The hotel's close location to the city centre with a free tram right outside. The high-quality bath products, the value for price, even the heated, pleasantly smelling, and shiny foyer/ground floor.

Only minor, but there were a few missed cleanliness spots in the bathroom regarding some lines of tile grout, the bottom frame of the shower door, and the TV remote. Other than that it was honestly fantastic.

My Apartment had excellent facilities, separate bedroom with plenty of closet room. A safe ironing board and iron and TV in bedroom. Kitchen had microwave, oven, dishwasher and induction hot plates Bathroom had bath with shower, laundry machines. Lounge was comfortable with seating, dining table and TV. A big thank you to the Manager Adam for his help and all staff were a credit to the Quest.

We were very disappointed to be accommodated in a connecting 1 bedroom and studio apartment instead of a 2 bedroom apartment as booked months ahead. This meant as 5 friends who wanted to socialise together we were sqashed around a dining table, had insufficient couch seats in the lounge and the balcony barely fitted 2. If we were informed before arrival we would have booked elsewhere.

explanation of carpark could have been better. i asked a few days before check in where to park and was advised to park across the road in the paid carpark. however i was not told until check in that to get the $28 for 24 hours I needed a pass from reception. The carpark only ended up costing $32 for the 24 hours however it would have been nice to advise this when I asked, as the location of the hotel / carpark means we would not have gone to the hotel before finding a park.

Fantastic quiet location with a tram stop at the dooror a short walk to the free bus to take you to the city centre There were several good restaurants, cafes, and a supermarket within walking distance The staff are friendly and polite and provided great service.

The shower over the bath. The staff were great in letting us transfer to an apartment with a walk-in shower. when it became available.

Friendly delightful staff; spotlessly clean and everything you needed, bed was very comfortable (appreciated the woollen throw to nap under) good easy location. Short walk to central market for delicious fresh food.

Only slight drawback is parking offsite - but knowing this in advance helps with planning. You offload luggage out the front of Quest, then go and park. I didn’t need my car once there, I used the free tram. So easy.

Everything was so clean and comfortable. Very spacious and the best we have stayed at in Adelaide. We have stayed at many different hotels in Adelaide and recommend spending that little bit extra to get 4 star accommodation 🥰

I didn’t like the carpark being around the corner but that being the only fault I can think of. Don’t get me wrong the distance to the carpark is okay but may be difficult for the elderly. Breakfast wasn’t included and would be great if it was an option.

It should be advertised clearer through booking.com that you require a $200 deposit upon checkin and that you can not pay cash for the reservation, this caused my daughter much distress and confusion trying to frantically get hold of me while at work nursing on a psych ward without my personal phone on me to transfer money onto her card because you wouldn't take her cash, I gave her for it. disappointing since it was her 18th birthday with 3 friends and caused her much embarrassment. Quite overpriced at $420 per night when the location isn't near the heart of the action but my daughter loved the balcony view & comfy bed.
