Comfortable, quiet, good location, compact but spacious enough for two people, very comfortable bed for my then heavily pregnant wife!

Would have been great to have had more toiletries provided: mini shampoo and conditioner. And some more cooking utensils and supplies. The property needed some wine glasses and a corkscrew for instance, as well as cutting/chopping boards for cooking. It was also hard for my 38 week pregnant wife to get up and down the stairs to the apartment though, and for us to get our luggage up and down the stairs.

The location for WOMAD was excellent. We walked there and back every day. While there isn't much in the way of adornment in the room, it was spacious, super clean and the concierge were very helpful. The Aircon was essential and the room was quite. Very comfy bed!

A few nice things around the room, a painting or two to give it a bit of grace would have been nice. There was only one side lamp and a second would have been helpful. We don't like overhead lighting so two lamps would have been good.

Older facility but great location and a good size of apartment. Modern keypad on door for entry and exit. Easy to ring reception as no receptionist onsite. Comfortable beds. Free parking availability. Cleaning staff were pleasant and friendly.

Checking in was not smooth. Arrived in the accommodation after seven hours of travel by car and I was advised to put in code but I haven’t received any code or even the room number. I had to peruse all my emails and texts from them if it was actually there and I haven’t taken note of it. Mugs needing good clean, good thing I travel with my own cup. We can hear noise from above us. Room beside street so can hear people talking and cars passing by - which wasn’t too bad for us.

Drains need to be cleaned. Bathroom had a musty smell

Plenty of room in all rooms , The bath room had plenty of hot water, large room . The kitchen had ever thing we needed . Adelaide had no hire cars available while we were their. ,So we had to use public transport to go anywhere. This was a very good place for public transport . To get to North Adelaide and to the City was not a problem. We went as fare as Hahnborf the air port and Glenelg. A walk around the parks, St Peters and The Oval was no problem. Thanks

The bed needed 2 small bedside tables . The light above the bed looked like it may fall off the wall and the black tape over the switch , not a good look , The stove's clicker did not work, ( at lest you had matches to light it .) The pair of underwear and food behind the curtains ,( not ours ). the apartment would be a lot better looking if you had , paintings/ photos on the walls ( you have the hangers ) I will suggest art decko theme would be great,

Terrific location. Easy keyless access with entry code sent that morning. Near cafe for morning heart starter . Lots of parking behind and in the street.

Needed some maintenance work with screen door that was broken and numerous broken floor tiles, and it has a dated decor. The stairs to the second floor were quite steep if handicapped or elderly. There was black mould on the curtains in bedroom.

We booked for three people, and were given Unit 9. It's clearly the old manager's residence and not a hotel room, and is pretty much a three bedroom house with a living room and full kitchen. Big rooms and comfortable beds, it can sleep 6 people easily. It's literally a 7 minute walk to the Adelaide Oval, and there's a great pub and a cafe across the road.

There are scratches and dents and old carpet stains, but who cares when you've got a house instead of a hotel room?!

Good location. Value for money. Good kitchen. Car spot provided.

Noise issues. People upstairs were often loud in the middle of the night and woke us up. At 7am the next-door business generator would start and we could not sleep anymore. Ran out of toilet paper. - there was no extra stock, and with no office etc on site we had to replenish it ourselves. Rooms are dark during the day.

Clean, had everything we needed and was very close to the Memorial Hospital for our daughters surgery the day of checkout.

The window in the kitchen didn't close at the top (it was stuck open) and the cigarette smoke for the people nearby wofted into our kitchenette forcing us to close off the lounge room and bedrooms and not go into the kitchen or bathroom. The smoke was overwhelming.

Convenient location, walking distance to North Terrace and the CBD. Convenient free parking right at the property with the ability to leave the car there after check-out for a couple of hours which was hugely appreciated. The room is clean, simple, has everything you need. Quiet for sleeping.

Nothing. It suits my purposes nicely when I have appointments in the city.
