The staff were very welcoming, friendly and the hotel was pet friendly. I had a dog bed ready in my room for my pet with a biscuit treat for my dog which he enjoyed The room was decent size with a few beds there to choose from which were comfortable to sleep. There was an outside area which was perfect to let my pet outside when needed and had a good view of the airplanes flying directly over heading to the airport. The garden area outside was nice, good privacy hedge from anyone being able to see in from the street. I definitely recommend this place for pet friendly stay for people travelling with pets and also a pet dish was provided with bed.

Not much I could complain about, maybe a small bit of grass to walk on outside would of been good instead of all concrete.

We had the family size adjoining rooms, which were perfect for our needs and actually much bigger than expected. Location is brilliant just a walk to so many restaurants along O'Connell. Staff were friendly and welcoming. We would stay here again.

During our stay we awoke to no water - toilet, taps, showers ...which with 4 children wasn't ideal. Needs to be mentioned that this affected the entire Hotel, in fact the entire street and was out of the control of the Inn, however, it did still affect our stay as we had to leave in the morning and remain out until late afternoon when the water was back on in order for the kids to be able to use the toilet throughout the day.

Location is ideal and close enough to walk to the city and far enough away to miss the hustle. The staff are friendly and helpful

The shower. Just when I thought that the temperature was right it got colder, once I adjusted for that it got colder again. I accepted tepid showers as I did not wish to waste water and it got frustrating continually adjusting the temperature. Not so happy to return to the Inn to find a car parked in my payed for reserve parking. My reading of the email advised not to park in bays signed as reserve so I guess that someone did not read their email. The staff member on duty was very helpful but it took some time to resolve this.

Location is great, limited skeleton staff over Christmas but Chloe was incredible. Being able to bring our dog with us made our Christmas complete. Children received a Christmas Lolly Stocking Xmas day which was a lovely bonus. Parking was easy and communication with the hotel was clear.

Limited pool hours meant we couldn't return after a day of exploring and relax in the pool, which was what we had hoped to do when we booked. We also would have liked longer breakfast service hours, but again this was possibly restricted due to the skeleton staff working.

This accommodation is very well located with convenient public transport if required. The rooms have been re-furbished over a period of time but keep the style of the original building. Good breakfast options. Very good onsite parking rate.

The aircraft noise has to be understood, but night curfew makes it acceptable. Not a problem for this stay but be aware of the reception hours.

We love staying at the Adelaide Inn and will continue to book there. The location is excellent. Close to Adelaide Oval, restaurants, bars, and the famous O'Connell St 24 hour bakery is pretty much next door. It's family friendly and having breakfast included is a bonus for us. The staff are excellent and give it a welcoming feel.

The decor in the rooms could definitely do with an update, but they're always clean and comfortable so it's not really worth mentioning. The whole place has a bit of a retro vibe so I just look at the decor as in keeping with the rest of the Adelaide Inn.

Great location and very central. If you don't have a car there is a public bus service right out the front. Very close to a lot of eateries. The breakfast was included and it was very nice. The room is nice and clean. I liked that they had fresh fruit (whole) available to visitors.

Breakfast on week days was only available for 1 hour, where as weekends it was longer. Also you need to check that if your breakfast was included otherwise you will be charged. Parking is available at an additional cost.

Breakfast was included in the rate & it was a menu full of great choices. The staff on duty at breakfast were outstanding. The staff at reception were extremely helpful. The room was a great size & very comfortable. Great convenient location in North Adelaide, close to many restaurants & not far from the city centre. The reserved parking was a welcome option as it is a very congested suburb with regard to parking.

Only minor thing, was the air conditioner was a floor mounted one, so cooling the entire room took a while. Mind you we were visiting in a week of high 30 degree weather, so it likely did quite well in the circumstances.

Brekkie was simple but amazing. Spa and sauna are always great. However the spa was out of order this time around. Rooms are always clean and staff are always willing to help with anything.

Absolutely loved my stay here at Adelaide in, only booked a 1 night but man I wish it was longer, the free breakfast included was lovely, nice little dining area. The pool and spa was fantastic, I could've stayed in there all day. The staff were all so lovely and welcoming. My room was nice and the bed was comfortable, the location is great, close to everything. I will be back to stay and more then 1 night next time.

I couldn't fault a thing. It's Beautiful place to stay.
