Had 2 restaurants onsite. On arrival welcome drinks in room, excellent after a long drive with kids. Location was good and quiet. Coffee machine with pods supplied big tick for tired mums. Pool for the kids and great open hours!! Pristine and well maintained golf course.

Beds were creaky too noisy, slightly uncomfortable. Very dated look. Staff were hard to find but helpful when needed. Website for food had incorrect date of when kids ate free. Asked for room service, received last night of stay. Would have been better had we received fresh towels halfway through our stay and rubbish emptied. Had to find a rubbish bin onsite to empty 3 full bags of rubbish from shopping and eating out.

The Motel was situated at a great spot for attending the convention we came to be part of as well as exploring the Riverland region. The room was a great size and the beds comfortable. Dishwashing items were supplied and the soap, body wash and shampoo smelled amazing. Grocery shops are close by. This is definitely a place we would consider for our next trip to the Riverland.

In our case a toaster and a microwave would have been great, as we ate many of our meals in the room in between sessions.

The room was clean The bed was comfortable Parking was great The pool was just right The snacks and drinks (including the Great Northern Beer) were welcomed and added to our evening picnic sitting outside. The chairs outside of the room were good The grounds were just lovely and I was pleased to be able to walk to the tavern on site.

It will be even better when they update the bathrooms. The wooden picnic table outside could use a little bit of tlc The check in was a bit confusing had to go to receptionon other side of golf course not self check in which was near our room?Same with checking out not sure what to do with key so left it in room

The surroundings of greenery and swimming pool was a big hit with our child. The OTR pretty much across the road was convenient, & the river at Berri & Renmark were easy enough to get to by car. Having the Earth restaurant next to our sleeping area would have been convenient, however public holidays interrupted us being able to go and not realizing breakfast was served between 7 & 9am we missed it, so thanks OTR for being our savior!

Would be good if the Earth Tavern had slightly longer hours for breakfast. A microwave would have been convenient in the room.

With the price A$130/night, compliment chocolate, chips, beer, apple cider, coke it was an exceptional value given the price of Australian atandard. The room and facilities were quite outdated (like 30 years ago) but everything in the room was well thought. I have been to many countries now and am impressed with the number of switch outlets they have (given that the building is around 30yrs old). Many newly built hotels don't have as many convenient switches. Everything was clean. Plates, cups, glasses, cutleries were all there. Coffee and milk too. With that price, in Australia, it was really a bargain.

maybe the aircon? It was a little noisy but not to the extent to complain. Nothing much to eat around the area

The room was open and not crowded and was well facilitated with great amenities The room were very clean and tidy The staff were extremely helpful, polite and courteous.such a a great location close to town Such a hidden gem,. I Would most certainly like to dine in the restaurant there in future .Whole location had great atmosphere.Best of all I enjoyed the welcoming gifts the wine and snacks were well received. Made for such a warm and welcoming experience.I was very comfortable whilst there during my stay and was very good value for money.

Room, bed and bathroom were pretty good for 3 star and not cold or noisy so must've been pretty solid?

Check-in on the other side of complex by the bar staff who weren't very helpful. They only gave us 1 card entry per room (1 between 3 for 1 room!?) and we were all moving about separately. It seemed to be a problem when we requested extra cards after constantly being locked out? It took me more than 10 mins to drive around get an extra card and drive back...not very convenient! Room servicing was good.

We were very happy with the room and felt it offered great value for money. Staff that we interacted with were very friendly. The room was clean, there was a selection of complimentary tea and coffee and they offered snack and drinks for a price. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Couldn't fault the accommodation at all.

I found the bed a little hard for my liking, but that was just personal preference.

The staff were friendly, the room was a decent size and was clean and comfy. The facilities of the hotel were great and it was peaceful and quiet overnight. The a la carte breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices on the menu. This was by far the best place we have stayed on our road trip from Perth to Sydney and is great value for money, bonus, all the items in the minibar are complimentary!

absolutely loved it easy to find very peaceful. cosy room will go again. loved the gifts they gave u very happy restaurants both close and easy to get to

room was great . there were a couple of things but it didn't spoil our stay. outside light didn't work passage light didn't work 1 side lamp plug broken air con worked when we got there but later that nite stopped heating and wouldn't turn off. but none affected our stay but it's good to let them know so can be fixed spoke to staff this morning
