Nothing could be faulted with it. Never came in face to face contact with any staff but didn't need to, they made a late check in so so easy and phone calls prior to our stay staff were so understanding as I work in disability, age care and palliative care so quiet often can't take calls but they were great to deal with. Room was spotlessly clean, had absolutely everything we wanted and needed, all facilities in the room worked as they should, washing machine, dryer etc. Will visit again and spend longer next time.

We didn't stay long enough

Friendly staff; clean; very comfortable mattresses; spacious; well appointed - we utilised the washing machine and dryer as well as the kitchen.

The air-conditioner was leaking - the maintenance guy came quickly to fix but it still leaked a little when set above a certain temperature. The washing machine was quite dirty around the rim but that’s common with a front loader if you don’t let it air (need to keep the door open when not in use).

The apartment was comfortable; well-appointed; and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Location was good.

Need better lighting above the mirror in the bathroom as the existing lighting is quite dark. Accessing and leaving the shower is quite tricky as it is a big step up into the bath; and egress is very tricky as the bath is slippery and the bath mat slides on the tile floor. A grab rail would make it a lot easier.

Washing machine and dryer was great. Bed was very comfortable. Thank you for accommodating balcony request.

Skid marks in the toilet upon arrival were not ideal. Office hours limited. Banging in the site next door all night was audible, but understandable this is not in hotel control. Cost was not in line with room type and location - especially due to bathtub shower set up. Pool not accessible.

Was great place to stay. Man on desk was awesome.

The balcony was not cleaned, spider webs and spills still all over the place and had old smoke buds still in the ash tray. Bed was amazing, if I didn't want to cuddle my partner but he was probably happy about that!!! Pool was great!!

Lots of room, location was in the heart of Whyalla. Pool was great wish it was heated though.

No room service, beds were uncomfortable could feel the springs.

Very comfortable and clean room with roomy kitchen. Reception was very easy to talk to and worked with us to make our late check-in go smoothly. The room ungrade was unexpected and greatly appreciated, meaning our daughter had her own bedroom, much to her excitement. Location is just around the corner from 3 grocery stores, so food shopping was easy. However, a grocery delivery service was also an option that I had not seen before, and thought was a great idea.

The room was beautiful

My kids fell through the pool fence which needs to be fully replaced. It was not immediately fixed, tape was just put around it which I feel was unsafe. My daughter hurt her ankle during the fall.

The location was great so close to where I needed to go each day, the place was clean and tidy the staff were amazing from the moment I arrived until I left especially Sarah she was amazing and friendly I can’t praise her enough definitely will stay again at the Quest I value great customer service I definitely got that ..

Extremely quiet, comfortable and spacious rooms. Also in a great location.

A little pricey. Borderline value for money. I wouldn’t say I didn’t like the charge rate … but it is at the pricier range.
