Did not have breakfast. This was a quick overnight stay for a conference next day. The room was extremely comfortable and had a desk and chair so I could use my laptop for some work. They even had a small desk lamp which helped. It was a cold night, so the air conditioner was on first thing in the morning and warmed the room up nicely. Overall value for this stay was excellent.

They have a six-digit room code rather than a key. It is a bit cumbersome entering the code; needed a torch to see the keypad at night (the phone torch came in handy). A four digit code might be easier to remember and punch in.

Lovely room, very comfortable bed, secure, door with code, the pool an added bonus since we were there on very hot days. Nice to have inner sanction where we sat for our breakfast at round table and chairs. (Inside had desk one office chair and 2 stools under bench) Aircon worked well. Didn’t use restaurant but it looked popular on weekend.

Couch not that comfortable. Room could do with refreshing and outdoor furniture around pool could be improved. Inner garden looking dry.

My grand daughter loved the pool. I loved the seating area around the pool with adequate shade . Our tv didn't work so they happily moved us to another room. Our grand daughter doesn't like alot of people so ordered room service for dinner. That was extremely fast to be delivered and so so devine! Staff very friendly and efficient ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I didn't like my pillows, but that really does come down to personal preference and you can't please everyone. Also the shampoo conditioner up too high for kids that are able to shower themselves (mine is 7)

Good sized room with outlook over a desert garden was nice. Room included microwave, sandwich press and mini oven with cooking element . This was a nice surprise as it was not advertised on the booking. Lovely reception staff.

There was a slight smell of sewerage near the bathroom. Not sure where it originated from. The advertised included breakfast was actually a takeaway pack with cereal, milk, muesli bar and juice pack. This didn’t really bother us but some people may find this misleading. Tv was a little small . Not enough cutlery for 2 people. The hot water took ages to come through and felt like I was wasting a lot of water.

I liked to room and the facilities in the room. Room was clean and comfortable.Worth for the money. Every thing working and met my expectations.

In the booking app facilities description, is says the pool is heated. But the pool area needs to have more attention. It was NOT heated as mentioned. Not much facilities in the pool area

I loved the friendly receptionist and the cleaning ladies, all very polite and friendly. The rooms were spacious and the pool was great, also had a fan and air conditioning.

I didn’t like that there is no toaster or any sort of cutlery. The pillows were also very uncomfortable but I guess that’s expected with a hotel.

We organised checkin via telephone /internet as we arrived late, doors required access codes, not keys. The room was clean, tidy and roomy. We were there only one night, but the bed was comfortable enough for a longer stay. There is a restaurant onsite and the meals were generous.

Staff very friendly. Room was very clean and roomy. Email explained everything I needed. Easy to locate as I didn’t know Whyalla. Quiet location. Dinner was high quality and staff very efficient and helpful.

Only comment was if milk for breakfast could be lactose free but just a minor point. The gluten free cereal was lovely.

King bed room was super comfy Laundry facilities $ Pool was good but a little chilly The Resturant food was yummy The snitzel was huge The 2 entrees were very delicious, pork bites and beef satay sticks. All the staff were very nice

The Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and the bed was great, both in size and comfort. The food at the restaurant was excellent, with the size of meals being great value for money.

The height of the shampoo and conditioner bottles attached to the wall in the shower could be lower for short people.
