The restaurant staff were friendly and excellent as were the receptionists . The choice of food on the menu was varied and catered for all needs . In addition the wine choices represented Australia and at a very reasonable price . We rated the venue.

Our only complaint was the smell of drains in our bathroom . The bathroom lacked an outside window so there was no ability to air the room other than the front door . The extraction fan was unable to cope.

Location, Dinner was excellent! The beds where new as well as pillows and the most comfortable sleep I've had in a long time. The staff all around where absolutely amazing, friendly, nice, polite, accommodating to all our needs. Also must not forget the Pool! The kids loved it! Thank You!

To be completely honest the photos make it look new, modern, etc. But it's old and dated! This isn't a problem at all because it was clean and tidy which at the end of the day that's all that really matters when you travel.

Had a lovely spa. What a nice treat after a long drive. Bed was comfy and room clean and tidy. Good WIFI and TV coverage. Breakfast that was included in the price was a typical continental: bread & condiments, cereal and coffee or tea. At an additional cost a cooked breakfast was also available. It was located just across the road from our room.

The sink looked a bit old and tired, perhaps needing an upgrade.

We were upgraded to a double room as the extra bed I had requested wasn’t available. I really appreciated this as it meant not having to share a bed with my little one who sleeps sideways!

Nothing at all against the motel but on arrival there was a very noisy clearly intoxicated group of people at reception who were behind the counter as well as in the foyer. They made us very comfortable and it didn’t seem to bother the staff

The room was a little dated and the bathroom needed some maintenance (cosmetic). There was a 'night light' directly outside of my room and, despite the curtains left the room very bright all night. I entered the dining room through the back entrance so was unable to see the 'wait to be seated' sign. The staff appeared a little annoyed that I didn't follow procedure. For breakfast I had to wait some time to be greeted. Cereal one end of the restaurant and milk at the other end. I got up to grab some toast and when I came back to my table the staff had removed my dirty plates and left cleaning gear on the table because he thought I had gone despite standing only metres away from him

I liked the room and the restaurant, meals were great. I must say the chef at breakfast was wonderful, very cheerful guy and helpful .

I just want to say if I was staying when it was warm I would rather be opposite the pool area no over across the road which I didn't realise it was a different area when booking

Convenient location, first impressions positive. Room clean and comfortable size. Bed slightly hard OK for two nights. Just missing x1 coffee mug and teaspoon. All staff were pleasant, welcoming and helpful.

Good to have a microwave in room however no cutlery or crockery to use in it?

Was value for money. Didn’t expect 5 star resort. Our room was nice and tidy. Comfy beds. Didn’t go for a swim, but the pool looked so inviting. Lots of other families made the most of the pool. Brekky each day was nice. With the room came continental breakfast. Has options to buy other types of breakfast, but what they had to offer was suffice. Highly recommend. Nice staff was an extra bonus.

Bed/pillows wonderful, Staff friendly and helpful . All in all very happy with stay. Bathroom modern . Pool looked clean and nice but didn’t use it. Nice and quiet. We were put in the quieter end of rooms away from what looked like workers who would be leaving early..

a mirror in the room would have been handy besides in bathroom. Would have preferred not to have breakfast included in the price and room a little less in price. Only 1 teaspoon in the room and that was it for cutlery .

Staff were lovely and incredibly helpful. There was an event in the function centre, staff told us a band would be playing and offered to move our room if we thought it would be too loud. Could barely hear it from our room but they were fantastic offering solutions.
