We booked room 29 with the spa. The reception staff were lovely on arrival. We also had an under cover car park right next to our room. The aircon had already been turned in in our room which was a welcome surprise on a very hot weekend. The complimentary wine, bottled water and snacks were also appreciated. We enjoyed the pool and that was just a few steps from our room. Spa bath in our room was deep and had nice powerful jets, the brand of shampoo and conditioner ect smelled really nice with quality ingredients. Oh and the foxtel made the difference with great shows/ movies on the telly. We loved our visit. Will stay again next time we are in town even for an extra night or two, very good value!!

We would like to try the Angus and Co dining experience on site but it was shut so will look forward to trying that next time.

i was late and i called afterhours on-duty manager - it wasn't a problem, and was sorted out very quickly and easily. Very happy with the service.

1. It was probably my fault, but i thought/presumed the restaurant would be open. It was a Sunday and i didn't think, Wasn't your fault though. 2. I missed the entrance from the main roads, silly i know, i got there in the end. 3. I came in on Sunday evening which was quiet - but i don't know how difficult/awkward the car parking might be if the place was a little busier and the cars a little larger.

Easy to find and close to the edge of town. The staff were so friendly! I had a very warm welcome and felt immediately relaxed and safe. The room itself was spotless, spacious, and great value for money. Nice big, comfy bed that was very warm. The welcome drink and snacks were a lovely touch that left a strong positive impression. I had dinner in the restaurant and it was delicious. A perfect short stay (just one night on my way to Adelaide) that I would have been happy extending if I needed to.

Late arrival.. Remote check in was a breeze. Loved the unit self contained, spacious lounge room with small dining table. Bathroom with spa was very nice. Complimentary wine and snacks was a nice touch. King size bed great. Very Clean and Updated living with large TV and plenty of channels to watch. Keep coming back to this place. It's amazing.

Bed was a little bit firmer than what I am used to.. It's a shame the restaurant and bar were closed this time.

Beautiful brand new unit with super comfy and clean bed with snow white sheets and towels. Unit was the perfect size with great lighting for work and so quiet and peaceful after a long day. The staff were super helpful and friendly and went out of their way to get me checked in quickly. I would highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely make it my home away from home for my country trips.

Honest could not fault anything.

Everything about our room was fantastic - the bed was super king size, sheets crisp & clean & to sleep in an extremely comfortable bed after a long journey was heaven followed by a great hot shower in the morning - we were blown away by the complimentary gifts that were in our room on arrival - Wine - Water - Kit-Kats & chips - we were en-route to home therefore we only stayed the one night I wish it was longer...

Absolutely nothing.

The beds were super comfortable which was great after a 2 day drive from Queensland. The pool was clean and tidy and had a BBQ inside the pool gates so we could cook lunch while watching the kids. This hotel is close to town so everything you need is only minutes away. The dinning area looked amazing but we did come at Christmas time so they were not cooking during our stay. Our room was a bit out dated but we honestly didn't mind we have kids so it's best to not have super new rooms. They do have new looking rooms at the back of the facility. They provide you a complimentary mini bar with wine,chips , chocolates and waters which was nice. We also had a pretty stocked fridge with milk. The kids loved the spa bath which helped getting them ready for bed. We had an issue with our fire alarm but management got it sorted quickly nothing was to hard for them they were always happy to help and were always so lovely. We were in Port pirie visiting family and we will book again on our next visit to Port pirie.

This is not a dislike but rather feed back :) It would be better if you could leave the Wi fi pass word available in the room for us. I walked over to reception after hours to ring through to get it. In saying that, the lady who took the call at reception was so lovely and gave it to me with no hesitation. :)

Spaced out occupants so no direct neighbors. Clean and comfortable bed. Generous welcome pack with wine, chocolate, potato chips etc. Parking right outside the door. Leave key in room on check out made it easy for early departure.

Toilet paper was on the last square on the roll had to hunt for a spare roll. Wifi password didn't work. Bedside lamps had dodgy switches which didn't work well.

The location is very convenient on the edge of town. It was just a stopover for us.

The advertised breakfast was a choice of two boxed breakfasts. You could have fruit or cereal, not both, and there was no bread to toast, but a cake instead. We were assured there were good cafes in town, but nothing more precise. In fact there is an excellent roadside cafe just as you start on the road north out of town.
