The property was excellent, the room was newly refurbished so modern with many comforts like usb c charging points in the power points, tv that is linked to the hotel showing menus etc, comfy and clean room, the ensuite was clean and modern with plenty of complementary soap, washes, toothbrushes, shaving kits etc. The mini bar was full stocked also which is good for a change. The staff were excellent, very helpfull and accomodating, the hotel food was delicious as was the ‘Pantry’ cafe located onsite also for all your breakfast needs. The ONLY negative is that there is no secure car parking.

Great for overnight stop, only needed accommodation and meal. The staff were exceptional. Extremely friendly and helpful. In particular Michael (I think I have the name correct) who went above and beyond to help us. In particular we needed some ice blocks frozen overnight for our chilli bin and he made sure that happened. We were also supplied with extra crockery for our room which was perfect. All staff a great asset to the venue. You have a good team!

For an overnight stop it really was quite sufficient. The hardest part was having no lift to get our luggage up to the room. However, the room was perfectly comfortable, the room and ensuite looked new. Maybe there is just no convenient place to put a lift. Still we managed.

It's the second time I've stayed in one of the tiny rooms. The bed is extremely comfortable. There are USB ports on either side of the bed which beats having to find powerpoints. The TV is big and you can sign in to Netflix if you want to. The bathroom is modern with everything you need for a comfy stay..even spare toothbrushes if required. The room is compact but furnished in such a way that it makes the most out of the space. Dinner at the restaurant was great, and the staff were really friendly and provided our group with excellent service. The cafe downstairs also had lovely staff, and my breakfast was delicious! I even had a sneaky breakfast espresso martini.

Rooms had everything we needed just for 1 night quiet small but comfortable nice & clean good shower & nice size TV. Bed was comfortable to .

I booked 2 rooms one for my partner & I and the other for his parents. We didn't know about the stairs to get up to the rooms his parents are in their 80's & they couldn't leave their room due to the stairs luckily it was only for 1 night. So mabey let people know there is stairs & no lift . The rooms weren't very sound proof either it was quite noisy.

The decor is quite smart having been updated recently. The floor plan is efficient on space and the provided bathroom toiletries were generous and upscale. It was good to be able to have meals in the hotel dining area downstairs, which didn’t disappoint. Whilst our room is called ‘the shoebox’, it was perfect for our short stay. We would definitely stay here again, and recommend it highly.

Nothing critical to say, only that the rooms are one level up from reception. Be prepared to carry luggage up a wide flight of strairs.

Well located across from petrol station. Room was very clean and had everything you’d need including bathroom essentials and hair dryer. Big TV, block out blinds and comfy bed and pillows.

The hotel parking was just normal parking with all the other patrons to the bar, beer garden, restaurant and gaming. Being trivia quiz night, the carpark was full, had to wait for patrons to leave to gain a closer parking spot to the hotel. Would be nice to see allocated marked parking spaces for hotel guests.

Was a hassle to check in. No clear instructions before arriving that check-in was in the games room after doing a lap around the hotel. Didn't get to done in-house either due to kitchen closing before advertised time or not enough seating in the little cafe.

Nice and clean I love the style but just little small that’s all, staff nice and friendly and I have a change to chatted with the head chef next morning as hope I can work there to show the skill I have been working for all my life and only if u want me to and I promise to cook and serve my food to every single customer enjoin my food and tell other to come to your pub,,,

Was asking to rebook extra night but half hour come back and the hotel reception said no room left when I was request early and she said yes …why change?

We liked everything about the Eyre Hotel. Very friendly check in staff. Room was clean with a comfortable bed, nice and neat, nice bathroom with lots of shampoo, conditioner, etc. Great mini bar. Good restaurant on premises and easy to find.

There was nothing we didn’t like. We stayed in a standard room that was a little small for 2 people but it was fine for one night. Maybe it’s best to upgrade to a bigger room if staying for more than one night.

Upon arrival the staff at check-in were very friendly. The room, albeit cosy, was newly renovated and although there was limited space, everything has been well thought out and it was exceptionally clean. We also had lunch in the bistro where the food was amazing, staff were super friendly and the outdoor area was a great place to sit and enjoy our lunch. Before departing, we had breakfast at the Eyre Pantry, which was fantastic and again the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend staying here and would visit again if we were ever back in Whyalla.
