Booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children. The room was clean, spacious, and well set out. On arrival, which was after hours, I called through to the after-hours number and spoke with a very friendly young man who directed me to our room.

The ONLY two very small and not really inconvenient complaints I have is that the toilet cistern/ flush didn't work. Luckily, I live with a d work for a plumber, so we managed to work it without too much hassle. Also, the little lockbox where your key is located, once owned and key extracted, it was impossible for either adult to put the face of the lock box back in.

The motel was close to everything. The staff were amazing, the lady was always super friendly, we extended our stay twice and she was very accommodating. The room is big and had full kitchen facilities and there was adequate coffee, tea etc.

You could hear a lot of what was going on outside the room. Other guests were very loud, talking and walking up and down the corridor, I understand this isn’t the owner/staffs fault though. We were woken up early twice by the cleaners talking very loudly and yelling across the hall to each other. When we took a shower it flooded the whole bathroom, we had to roll up towels to stop it getting to the carpet in the room.

Frustrated with how other guests parked and left a trailer in a parking spot that could have fit a car although understand they had to put it somewhere but I feel it would have been better if an empty trailer was over by the skip bin or down the side of the other little rooms near the bin. Otherwise loved our stay, was really not a problem, I was happy to just park wherever I could fit but thought I’d mention it :)

The accommodation was very clean with all appliances working as they should. The bed was comfortable and we were able to get a good night's sleep.

The location of our room was on a busy street which was quite noisy early in the evening but which thankfully did settle down. It was at first a bit tricky to find the entrance as this comes off the adjoining street. Maybe that could be clearer when a booking is made.

The staff communicated the instructions in getting into the apartment promptly and was very accommodating. While it's an old apartment, the room is clean and suited our needs for an overnight stay. The bed is very comfortable and it has a very nice contoured pillow to support my neck, which I have never seen in the accommodation I've ever been into.

The street address was not where we need to drive in, which was a bit confusing during the night when we arrived

The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. It is honestly the best value for money hotel I’ve stayed in. Very affordable, and very comfortable and enjoyable. There is a large shared kitchen for guests and a nice outdoor bbq area with plenty of seating. We have stayed in 3 of their rooms, and they are all very clean and all of the beds are very comfy

This is very rare to come across, but for a low priced hotel, there’s nothing I can complain about.

Cleanliness, lots of character , would suit a group of friends as you have the spacious kitchen and the adjoining lounge. The rooms themselves have everything for a couple eg kitchenette . We had upstairs and a lovely balcony . Close to Port Pirie city centre. Location quiet.

I was put in a room that the air con didn't work, just a phone call and I was moved to a,different room no problem. Clean, quiet and plenty of tea and coffee supplies. Beds and pillows extremely comfortable which is rare.

Just a few little things, need a hanger in shower to put toiletries in and a face washer. A hair dryer would be handy even it was attached to the wall

It was clean, neat, well-maintained and secure for an unattended property.

It was a bit of a challenge finding the key drop off point but worked it out in the end. A map would make it easier, either in each room or one sent to the phone with the instructions.

Accessing the room without the need to deal with anyone was a very good idea and made me feel comfortable and welcome. None rushed me to checkout. The place is so quiet and clean. 4 beds in the room was an advantage.

There was no soap in the room, which is essential for anyone.
