Stunning design and comfort: we slept like champions in the super-comfy bed, relaxed in the turbo-charged spa, enjoyed delicious wine and nibbles on our private deck, and chilled in front of the fireplace listening to some tunes on the surround sound system. It's such a quiet, relaxed location, in immaculately clean villas; and special mention to manager Michelle for her great recommendations and her helpfulness. Other delightful touches: the choccies and popcorn, the heated towels, and the bag of mineral salts; plus provision of great quality ELEVEN toiletries. And the free wifi was excellent.

The glass-walled bathroom was a...surprise. Even with the surrounding curtains drawn, using the loo/shower with the lights on in the bathroom meant there was little privacy - this could be a bit challenging for couples wanting to preserve some mystery in the relationship! We also struggled to prevent shower water from impinging on other parts of the bathroom, so we needed to use a towel on the floor to supplement the glass door/screen. Somewhere to hang up hats/coats etc would be helpful, as there wasn't a lot of storage space for clothes/shoes and/or to store luggage.

The styling in the room and the bed was very comfortable; drinks and coffee were great. The location is excellent, and so, too, was the kangaroo hopping past.

It was disappointing to get a message on the day of arrival that we could get an earlier check-in. This was apparently due to staff finishing early, and the management selecting a couple of rooms to allow earlier arrival. This was all at the cost of $25.00. In all my years of travel, both domestically and internationally, I have never been offered an earlier checking for a price.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel! Nestled in a beautiful forest, the surroundings were serene and enchanting, with cute kangaroos hopping around and birds singing in the trees. The hotel’s facilities were top-notch, designed for ultimate comfort and relaxation. I loved sipping coffee on the balcony while taking in the stunning views, and the comfy couch and bed made it easy to unwind. The jacuzzi was a luxurious touch, and the sound system in the room was amazing. A special thank you to the staff for organizing a birthday surprise for my loved one on such short notice—it truly made our stay unforgettable! Highly recommend!

lots to love & highly recommend! the place smelt clean and freshly disinfected. the villa was spacious, warm and cosy with lots of amenities and treats to make it feel homely. its very romantic, beautifully decorated with a stunning bathroom, open shower and huge spa bath. loved being able to watch a movie from anywhere in the villa. the beds were so comfy and balcony setting made you feel connected with nature. lovely park, nearby walks and cafe were walking distance, along with heburn bathouse which we enjoyed too. staff were lovely and helpful, instructions were clear making access easy to figure out.

only small things- there isnt much space for luggage so we unpacked and used the closet. felt a little vulnerable going to the loo, with only clear glass and sheer curtain for modesty.

There is so much to appreciate about Hepburn at Hepburn. Very clean, well kept property. There were little extra touches found inside the accommodation as well. I appreciated the microwave popcorn and the little chocolates. Although I didn’t meet any Staff due to a late check in and early check out, communication was fantastic. A pre- welcoming text asking for check in details and info needed to enter the facility and parking, and on my last day, a text with check out time, etc.

This was not the fault of the facility itself, however my first night at the accommodation one of the units played loud music until quite late at night. The next morning I received a call on my mobile phone from Reception as they had received complaints regarding the noise. It must have been dealt with as the next 3 days of my stay was noise free and peaceful.

Great location and very private. The villa had everything we needed and was perfect for a relaxing week! The bed was super comfortable and the bath was luxurious. It was so quiet and even though there are adjoining, the design means you don’t see or really hear anyone else. Would highly recommend for a couples getaway! We were there during a cold spell (-2 one morning) and the gas fire worked so well and kept the place cosy as!

Absolutely loved our stay over the weekend, the Villa was super clean, beautiful big towels and bathrobes supplied as well as some local drinks & chocolates. The bed was soooo comfortable, honestly the best sleep we have had in a long time. We came here as an escape for my partners birthday & our busy work/kids lives & it was total bliss, so peaceful & private. Only a short drive to restaurants with amazing food & beautiful scenery along the way. The lovely staff also called us to let us know we left some belongings behind, never had that before! Thanks so much for a lovely weekend.

It’s hard to fault, the mini fridges didn’t really keep our food/drinks cold, but we ate out most of the time anyway way so not a big issue.

Right from the moment we arrived at the stunning property and checked in we felt immediately welcomed and super relaxed! The Villa was stunning and very luxe and the spa is definitely an elevated feature as we were able to relax with a drink and watch a film with the sound coming through to the bathroom … so sooner relaxing! The kitchen has everything you need for a mini break and the luxe velvet lounge is so comfy. The bed and pillows were really comfortable and we enjoyed lounging in the robes. The coffee & popcorn and sparkling water were nice additions also. Such a gorgeous location with a heavily tree’d backyard and lush green landscape. We can’t wait to return!

This place is amazing !! So relaxing. Private, quiet location. Spa was a great bonus :) Nice little kitchen set up.

I wasn't a fan of the glass enclosed bathroom - I think the toilet should be separate - if nothing else if one person has to get up in the middle of the night to go to the toilet and turns the light on then it wakes the other person and there is no privacy either !! I didn't really think the speaker set up was great for watching TV in the lounge room - especially when the heater was on or we were running the water for the spa or if the bathroom fan was on - you could not hear the TV at all !!! The addition of a speaker in the lounge room or the ability to use the TV speakers would make a huge difference

The room was beautiful and had everything needed for a romantic stay, offering both comfort and coziness. The location was excellent, just 7 minutes from the heart of Daylesford. The staff were friendly and very accommodating when we needed assistance. Both the location and facilities were clean and well-maintained.

On our first night, we encountered an issue with the spa not filling, which was resolved the following morning. However, this meant we were unable to use the spa that evening. The property has since offered a solution for the first night's lack of promised facilities. While the communication during our stay was excellent, it has been lacking since we left to resolve our issue.
