Clean, accessible, close to the 12 apostles and loch and gorge - 15 minutes. Main town Center with supermarket, eateries are at a walking distance of 5 minutes - supermarket. Amenities- electric kettle, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, smart tv are there. Enough power sockets. The bathroom was clean with the amenities and clean linen. No kitchen sink was there so have to use bathroom sink. Bed is comfortable and room temperature was fine in December last week. Enough parking space. Small garden, barbecue unit and, small pool are common amenities. The staff was there to check us in. On Christmas most eateries were closed but there is a petrol pump cafeteria that provided amazing food. 24th dec we had nice pizzeria rest cafe that was great - this is nearby. Timbopn food trail is nearby. The town also has a small dock and harbour for a stroll.

Almost a 10 out of 10! Large room, with excellent amenities, including washing up supplies, large screen tv, table and chairs, and sitting chairs. Plenty of surfaces to place things, a microwave and well equipped bathroom, with a great shower and soft, fluffy towels. Plus, electric blanket on bed and block out curtains.

Bed was a disappointment. Although lovely clean sheets and bedding, the Queen bed mattress was not comfortable and too hard. A comfy mattress pillow topper (eg. super sleeper pro) is what is needed to give this place a 10/10!

I liked the position of the motel and its proximity to town.... although it was too windy and wet to walk into the town centre. I also liked the one-way entry and exit, parking was roomy, the rooms cleanliness, and the ability to be able to make our own breakfast. The spa in our room was pretty good, too!

The tv reception on analoge was grainy to watch is my only complaint. (Only because we wanted to watch the Afl final and we don't have a subscription to a sporting app.)

Motel rooms were nicer than the pictures in the booking. the rooms were clean and the bathroom reno was great.

Swimming pool was not good. Small and not a very nice pool. Only motel in town with a pool and total let down by it. If I knew it was so bad I may have booked in other location.

I loved the top quality sheets and pillow cases, along with the quality bits but like Dilmah tea and enough milk for 5 people for a night's stay. The room I was alloted was no.12 and the room is as top quality as the photos depict. The bathroom was spacious, clean and above my expectation. You can tell that the owners are serious about the business and in keeping their customers happy. There were crockeries, a microwave, hair dryer, toaster, rice cooker, iron & board. Lovely surroundings with parking right at your doorstep. When I asked my family, they really loved the fact that it was really clean for a motor inn.

Mattress was sinking, my brother didn't like that. There was dust above the cupboard but that was about the only place I found dust. If it weren't for that, I would given it a perfect 10.

It was spacious, clean and located close to town. The room was lovely and quiet, apart from the aircon that was so noisy we couldn’t sleep with it on.

The room was advertised as having a kitchenette- this consisted of a microwave, a jug and basic plates and cutlery. We had a loaf of bread but no way to cut it…….. dishes had to be done in a plastic tub.

As in the survey it was clean, fresh and great location, easy walk to the shops cafes and beach. Good value !

A small thing but I’m always disappointed when there is no one in the office to great you or especially when you are checking out to accept the key back and reassure there is nothing owing and all is well. And the staff should be able to speak an acceptable amount of English .

The double room unit was spacious and well-appointed. It was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable and there were two lounge chairs as well as a small table for dining. The bathroom was luxurious with heat lamps and an adjustable flow shower head. The kitchenette had no sink but a plastic bowl was supplied for washing dishes. There was a laundry available with a small charge - $4 per wash/dry. There was a nice garden view and outdoor seating. Very good free Wifi connection. A small swimming pool was available for guests. There was ample, easily accessible parking. The staff at reception were very helpful and friendly.

We were hotel hopping down the Great Ocean Road and this was the best hotel we stayed in. The spacious room was out perfectly set out in that the bathroom didn’t open directly to where the beds were and you could have the light on without the fan (fan wasn’t noisy but many hotel fans are). the large bin was good for our two night stay and we appreciated the well equipped kitchenette. aircon also excellent. TV reception was not good but didn’t bother us as we only turned it on for a quick news update. I left some things in the room and they were posted to my home (in a different state) within 3 days!

Well equipped for both a short or longer stay. The Inn benefits from an outdoor communal barbecue area with all the requisite utensils plus a small swimming pool which is ideal for children. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, all within easy walking distance of the town and beach.
