A very nice, spacious villa in a convenient location for sightseeing and/or surfing. Meets all the expectations expect - there is no single wardrobe there. We only stayed for one night, so living out of suitcases was not a problem. All in all - I loved it. Can wholeheartedly recommend.

There were no wordrobes of any sort, unless I somehow missed'em.

A great place with all you need - in a particularly beautiful place. Booking, arrival and departure were seamless. The villas are perfectly located for exploring Peterborough. a lovely hamlet with a most spectacular golf course. We stayed only 3 days but the villas are perfect for a much longer stay - we will certainly be returning.

Even the weather was perfect.

I appreciated that the towels, tea towel and linen were of a good standard. The villa (#4) was a good size, clean, tidy and the decor not dated. Lovely yard to sit in and enjoy a wine or two at the end of the day. Small town but central to all the awesomeness of the Great Ocean Road. Great base if you’re Skydiving 12 Apostles.

No negatives. No complaints.

A great place toe stay, and suitable for a whole family. The villas are set up like a home with full kitchen, dining, laundry and outdoor spaces and comfy beds to go with the lot. The staff were very friendly and accommodating for us, had a lovely welcome, and were left to enjoy the surrounds and the local town.

gravel driveway was a bit tricky for motorbikes, but otherwise a fabulous place to stay!

Very cosy, clean, comfortable. Convenient check in/out. Good location to the many sights along great ocean road, we felt very welcome and at home. Lovely interiors and aesthetics.

Slightest lack of privacy in which windows to bathrooms and toilets especially didn’t seem opaque enough - can be seen through from the outside, although there is a private driveway and unlikely to be a high traffic area. Just also noting some knives were blunt and the tap water couldn’t be drank directly as it tasted metallic, but overall not a dealbreaker.

The comforter on the bunk beds are a bit soiled. Also wish there was extra bedding provided for the sofa bed. By the time we arrived, the office is closed and we cannot request for more bedding.

The hotel is located at a sweat spot offering tranquillity as well as 10 mins drive to Groto and other spots. The houses are well equiped,spacious and make you feel home away from home.

The internet speed was dismal and won't help people looking for work from home option from the hotel.

I can cook and have dinner during my stay.

Although they provide heater for us, I personally don't like to use heater when sleeping at night. The weather is cold and I did not sleep well with the amount of blanket provided.

Spacious two bedroom cottage with full size kitchen, dining and lounge. Quiet location. Comfortable beds. very clean and well appointed.

property is great, but dining options are limited in Peterborough. You can easily self cater in the full size kitchen but bring groceries with you. Port Campbell has good dining and grocery options 10 mins away. Peterborough has a small general store with bottle shop

Excellent location. Villas are located in Peterborough which is a good location for stay to travel to both Port Campbell area and Warrambool. Great place for trips with multiple families.

Mosquitoes were bit of a worry, Couldn’t sit in the outdoors.
