The temperature was a little cool when we arrived and staff had earlier put the heat pump in our unit on, so it was nice and cosy to go in to the unit. Parking for our rental car was just outside the door. There were other people staying at the same property, but they were either very quiet or our unit was sound insulated as we did not hear them and had great nights' sleep.

We were a little surprised by the requirement to wash our dishes in the bathroom sink before departure, (not particularly hygienic) but the very helpful staff member took them away and washed them in the office kitchen sink when we queried this.

The accommodation just clean, comfortable for the price and beds are super comfy 10/10. The friendly staff is what made this stay super exceptional they really make you feel welcomed and understood that travelling with 2 toddlers can be a bit stressful.we even enjoyed having a joke about which lighted our mood. Of course travelling with 2 toddler we are bound to forget something and leave it behind the staff found the item called quickly so we could pickup after we got our coffee on further cleaning of our room they came across my husbands ear buds and contacted us they kindly post ear buds to us. I cannot fault the staff you are kind and generous we will returning to port Campbell sometime and definitely will be staying with you.

I travel to the Port Campbell area when I am hosting friends and are always happy to stay in the 2 bedroom apartment provided by the Parkview Motel, I am happy to say that I am a return customer. The units are clean and contain everything we need to cater our own breakfast and have a nice seating area in which to relax share time. Possibly a little further from the main eating areas of Port Campbell than is desirable but still walkable, or a short drive.

The Parkview provides a good package of space, quality and price in a quiet location.

The location. Quietness. Fast check in. Clean and comfortable room, toilet and beds. They turned on the heater and it was warm when we got into the apartment as it was raining and cold outside! Yes...it's winter nothing we can do about it! The best part is that they provide a...rice cooker!! First time ever in my years of staying in apartments, cabins and airb&b on holidays!! Near to Port Campbell National Park attractions!

We were late to arrive so reception was closed but everything was communicated with us on how to enter the accommodation. Very well organised. The room was amazing, spotlessly clean, comfy bed with gorgeous bedding. We both loved the area too. We met the lady and gentleman who were looking after the motel. They were friendly and helpful in regards to the area and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely stay here again. 5 star 🌟 motel.

I could have eaten off that shower screen! Very clean property. Comfortable and cosy and a good location. An easy walk to restaurants and the bayfront. Very simple check in and out (both outside of office hours) and manager thoughtfully had turned to heating on for our arrival on a cold evening. Good kitchen, comfortable beds and spacious. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Was very happy with everything!

The unit was much more spacious than we anticipated, I didn't realize it was 2 stories when I booked! So it was fantastic to be able to spread out. Location was just what we needed

I really appreciated that the heater was turned on prior to our arrival as it was 3 degrees outside. However, it took us a while to find all the cracked open windows that was letting the heat escape. Once we had those closed, then the heater wouldn't have to work so hard.

What wasn’t there to love?! The shower was large and spacious and vastly amazing, two double beds saved me from losing another rock-paper-scissors game and after a very long drive, it was amazing to be close enough to the town hub to walk down and collect dinner.

The venue was perfect. Maybe splashing out on a mini luggage elevator aha. I had to really heave my suitcase up the few steps.

I love all of it. The check in and out was fast and easy. Luckily for us, there were just only us and one group that day. The parking is spacious and we able to park right in front of our unit. The heater was the warmest from other apartment that we have stayed. The location is quiet and not hard to find. Wish we could stay longer nights but we were on the way to see the Twelve Apostle. The shocking thing is just the bed has a roller which all apartments I stayed have all of them. I think its normal for Aussie but inconvenient to us lol. I would recommend and will repeat if I have the opportunity to come back.

clean, comfortable, modern and safe location is perfect, close to major attractions and town centre. just that most restaurants close early, even super markets. Thankfully we have a small and well equipped kitchenette to cook simple food. The apartment is close to car park, making it so easy for us to move our belong from and back to the car. Would love to return for a longer stay.
