An exceptional place. The living room and kitchen were huge and you can easily prep your own dinner and dine with a large group of 8 easily. The bedroom upstairs has a portable aircon unit, while the 2 bedroom downstairs have standing fans to us. More than ample given the cool breeze that can enter the room if you open the windows. We were travelling as a group of 6 and the place more than met our needs. Your slot for the carpark is right outside your unit, which makes it easy to load/unload all your luggage. Having your own washer and dryer in your accommodation made it easy for us to do all our laundry. Just a short drive away, you can find many good eatery and an exception pizza and pasta place. You can also buy back to dine in since there is a large dining table in the accommodation. A really good place for anyone who wants a place to stay while your explore the great ocean road as well as the food trail at timboon.

The unit was spacious for a family of 4 and was well equipped and clean. The location was very central for day trips to the Otways, Warnambool and Port Fairy etc. It was easy to communicate with staff who were very helpful.

The WiFi signal was very weak or non-existent in our unit. Unit is also showing some wear and tear but nothing so bad that it affected our enjoyment of the unit.

rooms got really cold during our stay. the heaters weren't too effective. would be great if they opened up us to use our own hdmi devices on the TV. they had a dvd player but we haven't used dvds in years now!

The whole idea of it being absolutely isloated after 8 pm in the evening, since the staff goes away. My son and me were there for a night, and he started on with high temperature late in the evening. And i got very worried for the lack of help around. Except for few numbers that were mentioned on paper of Police, Fire etc.

Stayed here twice, so that says something. Both stays I was with family and the facilities were enough to fit us all comfortably. It's got everything we needed. Rooms were clean. Good Wi-Fi connection. Clean toilet and good hot water facilities. It's close to Port Campbell town center.

The air conditioning in the upstairs bedroom doesn't quite cool the area enough.

Quite a complex paper with terms and conditions telling you what to do or not to do. Such as the non smoking warning. If smoking odour cause the villa can not be rented out after that the customer pay full room rate each day of that room not useable. Who will decide if or not vacancy is caused by smoking smells? And I saw a man smoking outside the reception office the second day. From then on, I know those terms and conditions are just like a frog climbing on one's foot -- it will not bite or hurt you, but it makes you feel uncomfortable.

Was a bit close to the road, so a bit noisy. The bedroom curtains could be better, the light coming in was very distracting and there was a light shining through from across the road!

You are at the mercy of your neighbours with noise. This was our second stay, this time we had children thundering around until 11 pm at night - at which point I went next door and requested them to stop

Stunning property! Beautiful villa and location. Will definitely return here when we are back in Victoria. The staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly.

The dryer made everything humid, unfortunately it was cold so couldn’t open up the rest of house to provide air flow. Aside from that this property was beautiful.
