The cabin we stayed in was very well set up and comfortable. I was surprised that there was a well equipped kitchen and that the cabin itself was so spacious. I was expecting a cramped 'caravan' type experience but was pleasantly surprised. As a bonus, there was a koala in a tree just above our cabin!! The managers were very helpful in recommending somewhere to buy dinner and we enjoyed walking along the clifftop and taking in the views. The park appeared to be extremely well maintained. It was early in our trip so we didn't use the laundry etc, and of course had our own en suite, but all of the facilities looked to be in good order.

Everything was pretty good actually. As we were travelling as a couple, we used the spare room (with bunk beds) to store out luggage. If we'd been a family that needed to use both rooms things would probably have been a bit cramped (i.e., not many places to stash suitcases etc out of the way).

Location was lovely. Bed was comfy. Linen was soft too. It was spacious with a nice undercover front porch. There was a steel barbecue on our own porch, though we did not use it this trip. Maybe next time. Car park was right behind the unit so that was great.

The bathrooms as in shower and the seperate toilet was really small. I mean, One had to squeeze right to the side of the pot to close the door to the toilet and then do the same again to open the door. I don't think they planned that too well. Similarly, when stepping into the shower area, it was a bit of a struggle to really side step to close the shower door. The rest of the 2 bedroom unit was so spacious and we loved everything else, but I just wish they had planned these 2 doors better. It was neat and clean otherwise.

We loved this caravan park! And when we arrived, to our surprise we were told we had been upgraded for free to a nicer cabin which was double the price of the one we had originally booked. This was such a nice surprise and the cabin we stayed in was fantastic. It had access to a walk that took you to the beach and a nice view of the lighthouse. We really loved our stay!

Location was fantastic. Cabins were clean and provided all I needed. However, I was a single traveller. The double bed was very small for a couple and the bunk room claustrophobic and only suitable for small children. Sone of the pillows were too bulky and hard. However, I enjoyed my stay and staff were incredibly helpful and friendly :)

Location was excellent, cabin layout and views were excellent, cabin cleanliness was excellent, reception staff were above excellent and outstanding with welcoming and text farewell too. I love your park.

Maybe an electric blanket or small tv in smaller bedroom with single beds. The Tv connections were in the wardrobe, but no Tv. only a small suggestion.

The fully refurbished cabins at NRMA Portland Bay Holiday Park are clean and tidy. We checked in after office hours, and the staff thoughtfully arranged all the information and keys in a safe box, highlighting the key details. The cabin's kitchen utensils were all brand new and easy to use. We even had the luck to spot a koala in the park during our stay. It was a fortunate day, and the park's comfortable cabins made our stay even better!

The location was great and the lady we met on arrival, I think her name was Michelle was fantastic. She showed us some (lots) of places to go and see and was very knowledgeable about the area and very enthusiastic in her recommendations of things to see in what we found is a very nice town. Very welcoming and great location and we will definitely be back.

Great location, short walk into town. Fish and cjp van which came to the caravan park meant we could eat in on one night which was perfect after a day's hiking.

Our cabin was located next to the dump point which wasn't ideal.

Great location being close to the water and the town. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. If I could take the bed home I would as it was incredibly comfortable. We would stay here again.

The only negatives were the internet was dropping out quite a bit when we were trying to watch shows. (next time I would bring my own movies to watch). We used the BBQ which was provided but there were no BBQ utensils to use like tongs for instance. Salt and pepper would have been useful additions as we actually went out to buy salt from woolworths when we sat down to eat our meal and there was none.

I found this holiday park on an instagram account, it was very easy to book a cabin for my stay. Cabin was very clean, more than I expected. Facilities within the park were easy to access, clean and in good working order.

A few pot holes but to be expected with so much traffic within the park. Otherwise I was very happy with this park and my cabin.
