The rooms were lovely and big bed was very comfortable and big. It was clean and neat. The shower and bathroom was a little dated but once again it was clean and I really like the fact that it had fresh milk.

We had a downstairs room and the upstairs people were quite noisy all night I was disappointed to find the restaurant was not open as it was advertised to be so and we've had a seven hour drive prior to arriving there I understand staffing is a problem. There was however lots of takeaway type food in the town close by at a supermarket that you could buy fresh produce from . So not really a problem . It also advertise that breakfast was available which I assumed meant that breakfast was included but that was not the case. You could order a breakfast to be delivered to your room at an additional cost.

The location is perfect, close to the shopping centre and local restaurants, and it's within walking distance to the light show, which was the main reason we visited Swan Hill. The hotel room is spotless and very much like in the photos, friendly and efficient service, check-in and check-out with no hassle.

It was quite a hot day on the day we stayed and the night was pretty warm, which attracted so many insects to the swimming pool. When we wanted to have a quick dip in the morning, the pool was unfortunately full of bugs. Otherwise, the pool was decent in size and depth, and great for kids.

An excellent stay in a spotless motel. We own motels so are VERY FUSSY and this motel was excellent. Congratulations to the cleaning staff for a top class job. Facilities were good, position terrific to walk to local venues for meals. Quiet even though on the main road Management couldn't do enough for you. Very helpful. Highly recommended.

Owner/ manager was very helpful . Walking distance to most things. Rooms were clean and cleaning staff were also very efficient at there job.. Beds and bedding were of a very high standard.

When we booked the main reason was for the pool. On arrival we were told pool is out of order an cannot be used. This should of been on the web site as we would of booked some where else with pool.. No microwave in room also.

Great location, great sized room for family of 5. Great new renovated bathroom and large shower. Easy parking. Quick check in and out. Close to tourist stops, fuel, shops and food

The exhaust fan wasn't as strong as it needed to be for the amazing shower that was in the newly renovated bathrooms. Everything was getting wet from lack of ventilation and the vent was dusty/ mouldy

The heating worked really well and responded quickly. The bathroom was in excellent condition. The towels were the thickest I had ever experienced in a motel. The location was very quiet. Short walk to restaurants and shops. We didn't have breakfast but very convenient for those who wanted it delivered to their rooms.

Really nice location, excellent rooms, so spacious and kids could literally run around and stretch after being tired from a long journey. Amazing person at the reception and super hard working and polite, he served us breakfast in the room which was delicious and had a generous portion too. We would highly recommend this place for a motel.

Nothing - everything was amazing!

Burke & Wills is a pleasant motel which is located within walking distance of a range of shops & restaurants in Campbell St. The staff were lovely & accommodating, the room was clean & the bed was very comfortable. This is a quiet location to allow travellers a good nights sleep.

The owners were very nice. Didn't realize there was no microwave in the room when booking, but they were happy to get us a small microwave so that we could heat up food. The staff was very good and checked on us even on Easter Sunday to see if we needed anything and cleaned up the bins. No wonder the rooms are very clean.

We were in a family room, but there were only two mugs for tea coffee making although there were beds for 6 people in the room. There were plenty of glasses though.

we asked for ground floor and were pleased our request was met. The bed was very comfortable and the room very clean.

Provision of wine glasses would be nice.
