The Apartment was lovely. Very Clean and Comfortable. The gardens, BBQ area and pool was a great area to relax with Family. Parking onsite with ample room for a Jetski, Boat or Trailor.

The only thing really was just the TV Stations, not a lot to choose from and maybe a larger Smart TV would be better and that way you could log in to your own Streaming Services. Also, no WIFI was a pain as service was poor.

Very clean, neat unit. Plenty of space, good size fridge and good cooking facilities. Pretty quiet, and not too far from the shops at Barooga. I walked to the ski club in under 20 minutes.

Only knock on the place is the TV's don't get HD channels, and no streaming apps. With the price of new TV's I would think this is easy to fix.

Been staying with Kennedy Villas in Mulwala for 20 years. This was the first time in these ones and they were as expected. Comfortable and clean. We rented all 4 units in the complex and really enjoyed our stay. Location was close to town. Nothing was an issue.

Nothing to dislike except a couple of the TVs in the other villas were not working.

Very spacious clean and comfortable easy to access and the price we paid as compared to elsewhere is excellent.

Couldn’t really fault the property other than it’s a short drive from most attractions but not important at all.maybe a couple more Foxtel sports channels would be nice especially during football season.

Everything was clean,neat, tidy, cool and comfortable. The beds were so so comfy. Used the washing machine for a load of swim wear, able to take home clean clothes. Wonderful !!

Maybe a curtain or blind on the back door at the end of the hall, for privacy. Only quibble.

Good layout and all facilities in place

The TV doesn’t work properly, I.e. unable to get all channels which was inconvenient, as we wanted to watch the cricket, and we had our 98 year old Mother with us, so couldn’t just go out all the time!!

Very clean, great amenities and great area as it was quiet

Had an incident of the power tripping and as the guests we had to fix the issue ourselves but the owner was very helpful during this incident and was resolved through communication via messages + phone call

The villa ticked all the boxes for us it had everything we needed and the beds were comfy and the place was close to local shops and walking distance to the lake and was very quiet and Donna that managers the properties was amazing .we will be back soon cheers sharon welsh

Very good value for money, spotlessly clean, quiet, bbq area was spotless, plenty of room to park, on arrival on a cold day, the gas fire was on, very pleasant touch, very spacious, we only had 4 people in a 3 bedroom apartment, but there was plenty of room for 6 , would recommend it

Easy to book. Villa was big. Bed was comfortable. Not to far from ski club. Pool was awesome. Lovely BBQ area and seating. Definitely would stay there again. Don't have internet, but that didn't worry us.

No blind on bad door.
