We stayed for 5 nights in a 2-bed, beach front chalet (No.7) and loved it. I understand this is a newer chalet. Everything was wonderful and I would definitely recommend. The beds were so comfortable and the linen and blankets clean and plentiful. The kitchen had everything we needed and we used the stove and oven. We also used the BBQ on the front deck. Loved having a drink overlooking the ocean.

The shower had mould throughout. I went and bought mould-remover spray and it was gone in a day.

This location is stellar if you like fishing, walking and waking up to the water view with a cup of coffee. Our second time here and it doesn't disappoint if you like these things. So many things to do in and around Albany all with a 100 km radius. Day trips aplenty to the ranges or Denmark, it doesn't disappoint but remember it wouldn't be Albany without a day or two or rain. The chalet allows you to be self sufficient and the flat grill outside is perfect for all kinds of cooking. A most enjoyable time.

No real internet which makes any work related things hard, you are committed to your cell phone. Maintenance and up keep needs some work, its like the company does the bare minimum to keep the place functioning but it is manageable. Cleaning crew are super nice, if you have a problem and call the number on a Sunday with a problem like we did, no response, you have to go to the office on the Monday, very limited follow up.

The 2nd unit was lovely . Great view , and clean . My husband fixed the running toilet but overall . Great stay . The staff were very helpful moving us to a better unit . We had a lovely week there .

We had to move from Unit 1 to unit 10 . No 1 was depressing . The bathroom old and the grout dirty . We had to buy bleach to feel safe using the shower . The 2 nd bedroom bunks were wooden and not much room . Very claustrophobic. The unit had not been dusted and needed a good scrub . The hedge outside hid the lovely view of the ocean . and the wooden seat outside needed a good paint . The BBQ was yukky .

Great location and views of the water from the cabin balcony. Nice, spacious cabin. Friendly staff. Tidy and well kept caravan park. Lots of beautiful locations close by.

No oven in cabin which was quite strange as there were ovens in all of the other cabins where our other family members were staying - luckily as we had to borrow theirs. Shower water went everywhere and very hard to dry the floor mat with the cool weather. Quite expensive accomodation for a caravan park.

Good value for money and proximity to Emu beach.

The accomodation is very basic with the bunk beds having foam mattresses, rather than an actual mattress. Some things could do with a refresh or repair, everything feels very dated. Don’t mind simple and basic, but this feels quite aged. Fridge and stove worked great though. Staff were not very friendly on check in.

Amazing location with a beautiful view of the bay. The reverse cycle heating was a welcome bonus on the cold winter days. Good close proximity to sporting clubs and the local fish and chips shop.

The lack of regular maintenance was noticeable throughout the villa, i.e. broken or missing curtain hooks, damaged spa headrest, corroded front door hinges, and a barbeque with a rusted gas bottle that appears to be out of date.

The beach view from our neat and clean little chalet was breathtaking. Comfortable beds. We have enjoyed a most comfortable and enjoyable week in Albany. We will recommend Acclaim rose gardens beachside holiday Park to any friends and family travelling to Albany.

We read online upon booking there was a DVD player in the chalet. We bought lots of movies to enjoy on our down time here. Sadly, there wasn't a DVD player in our chalet and so we went to ask if they hired them out, my son was told the chalets don't come with DVD players, only the deluxe chalets at a higher price did.

It's a special place there at Emu Point - you want somewhere uplifting, and that's the quality that that area has, especially when compared to Albany itself. While Middleton Beach is awesome, I personally find Emu Point uplifting and restful. other stuff: Now it of course would be helpful if the council would 'renourish' that adjacent beach in the groyne area, where the 'rock road' has been revealed after last years storm (?). Maybe the 'rock road' should be removed, or maybe it would help 'lock in' what 'beach is still there, but most certainly, it needs to be restocked with sand - QUICKLY; its current condition 'devalues' the area. And the previous renourishment seemed to last for the last 6 or 7 years that we have been visiting Emu Point. Love the Emu Point Cafe, though I felt that this year their standard was down just a couple of notches - just a couple [and that's only MY opinion :) ]. If - a big 'if' - I would like to buy an area like Rose Gardens, - like, I said :) - and do an over-a-period-of-time upgrade to include some more special chalets to give 'disadvantaged' folks/families short term retreats - maybe like that place over the road and down a bit that serves disabled people :) - but this wouldn't necessarily need any special equipment; I'm just talking like 'houses/communities of refuge' - but on a short-term basis. This is because it would be uplifting and lovely for folks to have a little 'retreat' from their normal lives. So Thank You oh ye lovely staff at Rose Garden - see you another time, hopefully for a longer stay. Gregg Thorn

Great location, close to the water and only 10 to 15 minutes from town and stores. Great café down the road and excellent fishing off the rocks. A path to walk or ride that goes all the way to Middleton beach. The morning cups of tea overlooking the water are most excellent.

Not much, all was great. A little better direction on how to use the A/C and heater in the chalets.

Have been here a few times before, love the location. Very quiet and relaxing location right on the seafront. You can walk across the road and drop a line in the ocean to fish.

The fishing was a bust. The worst thing is absolutely no wifi. Forget net4 it does not work and who pays for wifi on holiday. Nearly all other holiday resorts I’ve been to has free wifi that works. Please fix.
