We stayed for 5 nights in a 2-bed, beach front chalet (No.7) and loved it. I understand this is a newer chalet. Everything was wonderful and I would definitely recommend. The beds were so comfortable and the linen and blankets clean and plentiful. The kitchen had everything we needed and we used the stove and oven. We also used the BBQ on the front deck. Loved having a drink overlooking the ocean.

The shower had mould throughout. I went and bought mould-remover spray and it was gone in a day.

This location is stellar if you like fishing, walking and waking up to the water view with a cup of coffee. Our second time here and it doesn't disappoint if you like these things. So many things to do in and around Albany all with a 100 km radius. Day trips aplenty to the ranges or Denmark, it doesn't disappoint but remember it wouldn't be Albany without a day or two or rain. The chalet allows you to be self sufficient and the flat grill outside is perfect for all kinds of cooking. A most enjoyable time.

No real internet which makes any work related things hard, you are committed to your cell phone. Maintenance and up keep needs some work, its like the company does the bare minimum to keep the place functioning but it is manageable. Cleaning crew are super nice, if you have a problem and call the number on a Sunday with a problem like we did, no response, you have to go to the office on the Monday, very limited follow up.

The 2nd unit was lovely . Great view , and clean . My husband fixed the running toilet but overall . Great stay . The staff were very helpful moving us to a better unit . We had a lovely week there .

We had to move from Unit 1 to unit 10 . No 1 was depressing . The bathroom old and the grout dirty . We had to buy bleach to feel safe using the shower . The 2 nd bedroom bunks were wooden and not much room . Very claustrophobic. The unit had not been dusted and needed a good scrub . The hedge outside hid the lovely view of the ocean . and the wooden seat outside needed a good paint . The BBQ was yukky .

The view is the reason I booked this property, sea view 180 degree to view a Southern Arura and the stars, but this time no Arura, just amazing stars on the clear nights.

The decor could of been a bit more updated but were adequate and no internet, so could not watch paid TV. Overall it was adequate for our needs. The bed was comfortable which made up for the decor

Great location and views of the water from the cabin balcony. Nice, spacious cabin. Friendly staff. Tidy and well kept caravan park. Lots of beautiful locations close by.

No oven in cabin which was quite strange as there were ovens in all of the other cabins where our other family members were staying - luckily as we had to borrow theirs. Shower water went everywhere and very hard to dry the floor mat with the cool weather. Quite expensive accomodation for a caravan park.

Good value for money and proximity to Emu beach.

The accomodation is very basic with the bunk beds having foam mattresses, rather than an actual mattress. Some things could do with a refresh or repair, everything feels very dated. Don’t mind simple and basic, but this feels quite aged. Fridge and stove worked great though. Staff were not very friendly on check in.

Amazing location with a beautiful view of the bay. The reverse cycle heating was a welcome bonus on the cold winter days. Good close proximity to sporting clubs and the local fish and chips shop.

The lack of regular maintenance was noticeable throughout the villa, i.e. broken or missing curtain hooks, damaged spa headrest, corroded front door hinges, and a barbeque with a rusted gas bottle that appears to be out of date.

The view from the sea view cabins is unreal. Loved having the table on the verandah and one on the lawn too. The park has a lovely chilled vibe about it. Definitely glad we picked it over any of the other parks.

The units could do with a bit of a revamp, the couches and bedding is old

The beach view from our neat and clean little chalet was breathtaking. Comfortable beds. We have enjoyed a most comfortable and enjoyable week in Albany. We will recommend Acclaim rose gardens beachside holiday Park to any friends and family travelling to Albany.

We read online upon booking there was a DVD player in the chalet. We bought lots of movies to enjoy on our down time here. Sadly, there wasn't a DVD player in our chalet and so we went to ask if they hired them out, my son was told the chalets don't come with DVD players, only the deluxe chalets at a higher price did.

The beachfront view was amazing, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen was reasonably well equipped. The apartment was clean.

The villa lighting was bright fluoro so a bit stark. The shower rose pressure was quite strong so had hard jets and the water temperature kept varying.
