Great location and facilities, there is a pool, gym, games room and 'camp kitchen' available onsite. The onsite restaurant the Royal Turban Indian restaurant was excellent. We didn't try the onsite cafe next to reception but it's good there's one available. Very comfortable bed, sheets and pillows. Central location close to town and it's nice that the entrance of the hotel is off of Albany highway and being sunken down from the road a bit it was quiet. The shower had very good water pressure. Overall a great stay, would recommend.

The internal doors tend to bang in the wind, it kept us up on a particularly windy night. We didn't mention it to reception as we didn't think there was anything that could be done and we just put our bags against the door overnight anyway which helped dampen it a bit. More toiletries would have been nice however I imagine we could have asked for more if needed. The aircon was very noisy when in operation, it would vibrate against the wall and sound like a car or jet engine at times. Thankfully we didn't need to use it often, and it did work well. These are very minor things though! Didn't spoil it at all. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely return in future.

We liked that there was an excellent Indian restaurant on site, the food was delicious. We were pleased with how clean it was. There was sufficient space for us .. it's position was great, convenient to shopping and central to sightseeing. The bed was comfortable and warm. The provisions of tea/coffee items were great.

It was quite dated in the shower, tho clean, the water didn't drain well. The toilet seat needs replacing as it is disintegrating and no longer smooth for cleaning/poor hygiene. The aircon was the old-fashioned hole in the wall type, which clunked terribly as it cut in and out. So we didn't use overnight.

Whilst we were happy to drive it would have been good to have been a little closer to the centre. However, we were really happy with the accommodation. It was clean, the bed was comfy and the shower was great. We didn’t use the pool or gym but they are really lovely. The pool in particular looked very inviting. If you plan to eat in your room you need to bring forks and plates as only knives, teaspoons and saucers are available. There are tumbler and wine glasses as well as mugs though.

Reception was very friendly to us, and the room was well-serviced. There were many facilities in the compound like the pool, bbq pit, gym, laundry room but it's a shame we did not have the time to use them as we were just staying a night. There is an Indian restaurant that opens for dinner and it might have been the best meal of our WA road trip. Located around 2-3 minutes drive from the city centre.

The double bed was a little high, so my elderly family members were slightly worried. We had some trouble locking the door from the outside but it was not a big issue. There's partial shelter on the stairs up to the second floor but it doesn't really cover the entire width of the stairs.

The room was spacious, clean and provided everything we needed. Having a sofa in the unit was a bonus and the bed was very comfortable as I find that most accommodation, we have stayed in usually have high beds and hard mattresses. The shower was wonderful and much appreciated after a long journey.

They had a restaurant on their grounds, but unfortunately it was Curry only which did not suit us. Perhaps they will consider extending their menu to other tastes which would be beneficial to those of us seeking a quick meal at night without having to go out to find place to eat, which for us was very difficult as most eating places in Albany were very busy and waiting times for meals very long.

Room. 22 Sat 15th Feb 1 night Not a welcoming receptionist on arrival. Room smelt strongly of cleaning materials, so we turned on air-conditioning & left the door open, which worked to clear the smell. Swimming pool is lovely we didn't go in, but did sit on the loungers & read. Comfy bed. An ok stay for one night. They don't do breakfast at weekends 😒 🤔🙄

Spacious room, small but adequate dining table with chairs, good beds, friendly helpful staff. Excellent laundry.

The aircon is an older style in-wall unit. It was very noisy operating as we had it on all night with outside temps above 30 degrees most of the time. The room could do with a modern (quiet) heat pump. Small opening windows limited natural ventilation when more modest temperatures allowed. The is no kitchen sink so dishes had to be done in the bathroom hand basin - not the best arrangement. Some of the buttons on the TV remote did not work.

The staff were warm and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean, tidy, and well equipped. The food at the on-site Indian restaurant was fantastic and reasonably priced. We would certainly recommend this property.

The only slight downside was that the room furniture was somewhat tired and had definitely seen better days. Having said this, it was perfectly functional.

We walked into the centre although it might too far for some people. It took around 25 minutes. The pool area was much appreciated but the weather wasn’t great so we never swam. The staff were very friendly, helpful and pleasant. The little gym equipment look well maintained although I don’t think it was used much. We ate twice at the Royal Turban which is in the complex. The food was excellent.

The room was clean, spacious with tea and coffee facilities. The beds were comfy. The bathroom was great with the shower not able to wet the floor. We were given a downstairs room as requested.

Stepping into the shower was a little difficult due to the fact the "step" allowed the shower to turn into a bath.....if a plug was available. No microwave or toaster meant we couldn't make our own breakfast. We had to park and walk around the building with all our gear.
