The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful on arrival. Really nice position of hotel looking over the sea and very central to town, short walk to a number of restaurants and beautiful walk-way along the waterfront. A really nice touch I enjoyed was that on arrival I was given a drink token to enjoy something from the bar. The staff in the bar were so kind and helpful. The sparkling wine was flat so they opened a new bottle for me which was delicious. A great way to spend the early evening watching the ocean enjoying a nice glass of something cold and bubbly. She also made some great recommendations for local eateries and her advice was spot on.

I really cannot complain about much, it was all so lovely. The only potential negative comment was that the parking area was a little harder to find, as it was round the back from the main street but I ended up parking in the street parking and overnight this is not ticketed, so was not a problem at all and very convenient to take my luggage in to the hotel.

The location cannot be beaten. The view from my ocean front room were excellent. Room was a little tight and the desk area was small, but still functional. breakfast was amazing and the staff are excellent.

Need better storage in the bathroom, there is nowhere to put your things at all. There were no spoons in the room and the cutlery provided were paper. Thats tacky. There was no way to get food to your room Sunday and Monday night's which is challenging. So I had to use uber eats. The bathroom was a little dirty (hairs) and the current construction made the carparking a challenge.

We chose the Ocean Centre due to its central location and was not let down. We parked the car in the hotels car park and walked to all the sites and attractions. It is 50m from the Main Street to an easy walk to all the shops and restaurants. The main mall was a 10 minute drive away. A lovely beach across the road for a swim. Rooms were a lovely size, comfortably and as always tea and coffee making in your room is a bonus. Check in. was a breeze and staff were extremely helpful. Complimentary drink on checkin was greatly appreciated. Would stay here again

It was very centrally located and the staff were very efficient. We checked in during a very busy period but Max at the deck was great and we were quickly in our room. Also, my husband accidentally left his wallet behind when we left, we immediately contacted reception when we realized and in no time Max found the wallet it in our room and the lovely helpful staff at reception mailed it to our home address. The staff were exceptional; friendly,happy, helpful, a huge asset to the hotel. The location is central and close to the gorgeous swimming beach, shops and cafes all in walking distance. The view of the bay and ocean is beautiful. Nice breakfast and bar and evening meals can be quickly ordered in. Shortage of parking spaces but plenty available close by on the street.

Did not eat at the hotel as we were visiting our grandchildren participating in little athletics so we were grab and go maccas

The free beverage was really meant for younger people. Designer beers are really not that palatable for mature people. I really think you should have at least normal beer like Carlton on tap instead of just those horrible beers. Also the mirror in our room 211 if your in bed at your husband doesn't shut thr door to go to the toilet you watch the show. I think if the mirror was on the otherside of that table it would be better a extra chair also then you could eat at that table.

The location of the hotel is wonderful, overlooking the ocean and harbour. Saw several boats come into shore from our balcony which was exciting. The hotel is so clean and the staff friendly and helpful, especially Vicki who looked after us so well with her excellent, personable customer service. Thank you Vicki and all the staff for a wonderful stay. We enjoyed our stay so much we have booked six nights after Christmas and can’t wait to get back.

Staff was amazing! Very friendly, efficient and helpful. Check-in was quick. Location is great! Rooms are big enough and the waterfront has little balconies. Beds were maybe a bit soft for us but that’s personal preference. They were still comfortable!

Parking is a bit of a problem if you have a big car. They have a secure car park but it’s very tricky. Although the room looked clean, there were hair in the shower.

Ocean Centre Hotel was very accomodating in upgrading our room when we wanted an even better view of the ocean and the rooms have a nice view and are centrally located in Geraldton. For breakfast you can eat in the restaurant or go to one of the great café's close by.

Maybe a mosquito net for the window could have been a great idea to be able to both have the balcony door open and avoid aircondition and not invite bugs inside. Elevator was working but needed maintenance.

The staff were friendly, room was clean and a great location.

The only thing that disappointed me was the fact I specifically booked a hotel with secure parking , I booked this one as it states secure parking. Only to find out when you get there that there is only 45 spots and it's first come first served and you have to park on the street away from the hotel. I was travelling and had lots of belongings , I didn't want to be lugging that up the main street. So I don't think you should advertise secure parking if that's not the case.
