The location was great. Easy walking distance to shopping centre and town. Lovely big TV even though we didn’t use it. Free wifi. Free use of washing machine and dryer. Found Doona too heavy but one word to reception and it was replaced with a lighter bed cover.

Unfortunately we had to put up with an a/c on all night in the next unit. Made it difficult for us to sleep. The portable oven was old and ready for retirement I think.

Great communication for afterhours check-in. Large fridge for snacks and drinks. Bed and pillows were comfy. Nice and clean

Shower- No cold without turning off the hot and no hot without turning of the cold. Nearly burnt myself. Sunday Check-Out - Check out is 10am but no one was in the reception on a Sunday until 1pm. Luckily I was able to leave key in the same safe that I got my key for after hours check-in.

Common kitchen fully equipped with microwave, kettle, ovan, stoves, pots and pans, knifes and dinning utensils. Free biscuit, tea and coffee provided. We were given the only one ground floor room near to the registration counter. Thanks to the hotel management for consideration due to our problem in climbing stair. The toilet is big with separate toilet bowl, shower area and cabinet. Hair dryer was provided.

Washing machine not available as expected

Location was excellent with easy access to the places I needed to go. The apartment was clean, spacious and pleasantly appointed. My stay was brief so I did not use the complex facilities. The lady in Reception was friendly, efficient and accommodating.

Power board/USB ports for charging devices next to the bed would have been better than having to disconnect the bedside lamp and digital clock to access the power points. I managed to lift the stove top cooker down from the top of the fridge but struggled to put it back, so would have preferred that it was left on the benchtop.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable, air-con worked well. Shower pressure/hot water was great. A couple of bottles of water and chocolates in the mini fridge were a lovely touch. All the staff I encountered were extremely pleasant and helpful.

It IS an older place and some fixtures etc are probably nearing the end of their life, but it was obvious that it was well cared for and clean.

The size of the room was huge. Especially for Geraldton. The room was very well presented. From the bottled water to the chocolate in the fridge. These sorts of things make you feel welcome. Will definitely be staying here again. Even though our room faced the road, we didn't hear any road noise.

Good location, plenty of parking. Room was clean and tidy, and more than comfortable enough for a one-night stay. WiFi worked fine. Large, well-equipped communal kitchen and dining area, which we got to enjoy for ourselves since occupancy was light on the night we stayed. In case you need it, the on-site laundry facilities were a lifesaver for me as I was about to run out of fresh clothes, and even better the reception lady kindly provided laundry powder for free.

The room was a bit small and facilities aren't the newest, but can't really complain for the price. The communal areas help offset this somewhat.

Very clean room. Everything needed was in the room. Good sized cups for tea. Especially loved the towel creatures.

Only complaint (had to think long and hard) - not a fan of a communal living area/kitchen. (That's why we were happy with the room because it had all we needed in there.)

Lovely clean rooms. Comfy pillows and bed, as well as lovely couch. rooms were quiet. Loved the size of the fridge so we could unpack our esky. Staff were really friendly. Thankyou for the recommendation of dinner at Skeetas, that was also great!

Kitchen and bathroom needs updating, but for price of room it was great.

Comfy beds, liked the kind gesture of milk and water in the fridge plus a little chocolate!

There is a small step up into the bathroom which you easily forget about as very unusual! My husband stubbed his toes on a couple of occasions and one toe is bruised and still painful!
