We were put in room 25, right next to the oversized parking bay at the back, which was great as we have a long car and towing a mdm/lge car trailer. Also made unpacking the car easy and less disturbance to other occupants. Also having the car close in case anyone broke in. Check in was easy, arrived after hours, got given lock box code. Comfortable bed, good pressure in the shower, good sized fridge, aircon was cold, tea & coffee etc.

The legs on the chairs are very loose, I turned them upside down before left to hint to tighten the legs 🤞🏻. Only minor things, that may have just been missed was we have no spoons for make tea or coffee. Had teatowels to dry dishes but no soap and cleaning sponge to wash dishes. The front door needs replacing, really swollen from water damage. Sometimes had to open and close without being to loud and disturbing the neighbour.

The staff at this motel are just lovely. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. The room was clean and met expectations for the price. The buffet breakfast was good quality and the dinner we had one night was fresh and service was quick. Good location for heading out of town to meetings in surrounding areas.

Room I was provided was right on the highway. I was so tired from work that it wasn't a big issue, but the motel could consider double glazing for rooms right on the highway to improve noise management.

Great value for money, especially with the kids staying free deal. Great aircon. Enjoyed the pool and the size of the room and being able to park straight out front of the room.

Room and bathroom was a bit outdated and couple of the doors were tight to open/close. Also the loud bathroom fan was a little annoying especially as you can’t turn the light on with out the fan

The chef is a master and the food was awesome Staff were so friendly Location was great Special offers and discounts were very well explained Evening meal and staff are the stars of the stay

Rooms are a bit dated TV channels aren't very good so an in room movie channel would be great There is probably room for a small couch or 2 seats to watch TV instead of trying to watch from the bed Had to ask for WIFI info may have been missed during check in and wasn't in the room Room 21 shower is leaking inside the wall which is clear from the toilet how much damage is there and should probably be attended to

Very nice rooms and very clean. Very easy check in and check out process. Layout of the entire premises is easy to navigate - no challenge in trying to find your room.

Wish the TV had access to streaming services and not just basic tv channels.

Customer service was fantastic, welcoming and warming. The staff from admin, catering and housekeepers made us feel important and special.

I would recommend a pancake maker machine! Especially for our babies and kids ☺️ (I’ve attached a photo)

All was good not perfect no toaster which is disappointing we should be able to have our own breaky in the room if we wish. Otherwise it was $30 per head for breakfast which is to the extreem.

The single bed has wheels underneath, and it would slide over when getting on or off the bed, lol

I loved my stay here. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I was able get a room without a reservation at very short notice. Room was clean and cosy, walking distance to 24 hour fuel station and beach.
