EVERYTHING! the 2 bedroom chalets were amazing, spacious and contained all the essentials like kitchen utensils and pots and pans etc. Michelle made the check in experience with her humour and just being relatable. then the location was away from the hustle but also close enough to access town and nearby food places.

Nothing major - but the dryer Facility could do with an upgrade instead of loading the coins. I thought 1 coin would set the dryer for its full dry cycle but only to realise that 1 coin is only for 3mins of drying. which I didnt mind that you would need 10 coins to get 30mins of dry time, but the inconvenience came when you had to walk back to reception for more coins. if it had the same cardless tap function as the washers it would be fabulous 👌

Lovely, helpful, respectful staff, very welcoming. Our room was comfortable, we had plenty of space, good size ensuite. The BBQ area was ideal for cooking meals, very clean. The pool was crystal clear and the hot spa a great way to end the day. Black kangaroos grazing on the grounds a treat. It was close to pub and restaurant, a byo restaurant on the grounds. Chinaman's Beach was within walking distance. I'd stay again, next time for longer. The town and national parks absolutely stunning.

Great property in the quieter port region of Geraldton. We booked an ocean view apartment and it was excellent - overlooks the road and ocean, and not looking at anyone else. Lovely clean and comfortable living areas and beds. Truly excellent and fully appointed.

Crime in the town is up. Sign warns you at park entry, verbally mentioned to us at checkin and then, when checking out, an elderly couple had been robbed overnight. It’s a reflection more of Geraldton than the park itself, although some cameras etc at the main entrance might help. Internet was woeful but hey, it’s a caravan park and it’s by the sea.

Staff at check in were amazing, were recommending podcast for our long drive to Tom price post leaving our accommodation with them. Amazing! Everything can be said for the small things such as communication, especially when you're travelling for work day and night 5300km up and down the cost. Highly recommend them.

Nothing! Aircon swing function was broken so was ticking like crazy, but managed to stop that myself - just a small thing, but nothing that impacted out stay.

It was an absolute delight to stay here. It was the small details that made the stay more enjoyable .The admin rang prior to confirm check in times and when we checked in the aircon was on in the unit. My daughter loved that the pool, jumping inflatable and playground were close by. With the beach across the road and the location of the park being close enough to town but far enough away to feel away from it all adds to the relaxation of the place. We only stayed one night but it was a great place to refresh before the next days drive. We will definitely be booking again.

If I had to say anything negative it was the clock ticking during the night on the wall in the unit... I did remove the battery and reset the next day.

Excellent service, cabin was fantastic, very comfortable, would defiantly recommend to anyone to stay there. We got in late and the late check-in procedure could not have been easier. We traveled 1000kms that day and woke fresh.

A bit disappointed that the children's things close at 1800, our daughter is a quite kid and was disappointed she couldn't blow of some steam after sitting in a car for 10 hours. There were few people around and with the wind howling no one would have heard a thing, also in the morning they don't open till 0900 so she was disappointed twice when she couldn't play on them in the morning either.

happy with the accommodation location and room set up

I was very disappointed when I read one of the instruction letters stating that all dishes needed to be washed dried and put away on one hand l get it but on the other no l don't for the price l paid for the room for 1 night if the cleaners had to wash a couple of cups surly what else would they do to that room other than empty the bin and replace the one blanket l used and replace the towels probably worse than that l tried to rebook the room again for 1 night on my return journey and was told that would not be possible because it would be school holidays and l would have to book for a minimum of 4 nights it has been over 45 years since l was at school so what has that got to do with me very disturbing

I have stayed in many caravan parks travelling throughout the Northwest and never have I stayed in such a new, sparklingly clean and spacious 2 bedroom cabin. Even the cookware was good quality. The grounds are neatly manicured, the front office staff delightful and it is located right across from a beautiful park, playground and beach. I'd give it a 10 out of 10 if there were a coffee machine in the cabin or a cafe nearby.

Distance to a shopping centre.

It was large as we booked two rooms to be able to use one for bags and dressing room 😁 The double bed was really comfortable. Had everything we needed in the kitchen and lounge

Unfortunately right beside kids playground, but saying that it wasn’t too bad and we’re all gone early and didn’t start again till after 8am

The location was okay the unit was clean, neat, and tidy on arrival layout of the unit was very nice bed was very comfortable.

Didn't like the retic sprinkler coming on at 3 am in the morning waking us up at first, I thought it was a water leak but when checking out the bathroom found no water leak. I saw earlier in the day that the retic {garden sprinkler or drippers attached} was connected to the tap at the end of unit 21 with a timer. The noise of the water hammer was very loud causing us to be wakened up at 3 am. The water ran for about 20 minutes before turning off Did leave a message on the questionnaire in the room to get the maintenance man to adjust the timer, so this doesn't happen again.
