Very spacious three-bedroom apartment with secure garage. Apartment complex is gated too. Pool and spa on site looked very nice. Bathrooms and bedrooms were very large and comfortable. Staff are very helpful and able to be contacted easily. The Horizon Ball and foreshore are a short walk away. Staff have taken measures to ensure strong security systems are in place.

The apartment can host six people, however the main dining table in the upstairs lounge room only has four chairs. A smaller table downstairs has two chairs. I presume that the apartment is designed for a family to stay upstairs and a couple to stay downstairs (and hence use the spaces separately).

My young family LOVED the huge pool and hot tub! The rooms are plenty big enough, well appointed and airy. The alarms on the sliding doors is a welcome safety feature if travelling with really young kids. Location is superb too being less than a block from the beach and there’s a really nice restaurant/bar directly in front of the hotel which is a nice added bonus! Staff were lovely and would definitely stay again :)

The parking spaces are ok if you have a really small car. We were lucky we had nobody next to us with a car because if we did I doubt we both would’ve fit them (we had a 4x4) without squeezing into them or risking damaging them both so not ideal

Really clean. Had all we needed, washing machine/dryer, all items in a kitchen. Was great.

I called up before booking to ask if there was a staircase inside the apartment, as I have a 1.5yr old and was concerned about an indoor staircase due to safe. I was told that two bedroom apartments were upstairs but it was just access to apartment and I should not be concerned (I took this as meaning that the stairs were on the outside of the apartment - to access entrance door). I then booked apartment. When arriving I could see that the staircase was inside the apartment. This was obviously a communication misunderstanding between us both. We barricaded the staircase off with chairs (as it’s a huge set of double stairs). Whilst this added a little extra stress on the stay keeping our toddler away, it was a lovely clean apartment which had all we needed.

The location was great, right next to a bunch of beam scooters and extremely close to many shops and restaurant. The spa and pool was extremely nice and clean and I loved the fact that they provide many pool noodles and a floaty for free. There are also change rooms and a shower on site.

The parking was a a bit small and the rooms were a little cramped as well as some dirty showers as well as wear and tear throughout the apartment.

Location was very good. Literally across the road from the beach. Beds were comfortable although on castors, easily rolled across tile floors

The maids did not acknowledge the door hanger to make room up the whole time we were there and with 3 people and only 1 toilet roll and 3 tea bags supplied, I had to try to catch the maids when they were in other rooms to ask for supplies which they gave but reluctantly

We really liked the place it was clean modern and had a pool and spa and quite central to where you wanted to be.

It has a phenomenonal pool and spa area which is a really big selling point and was what steered us to pick this place. I would highly recommend some shade however as it gets really hot and there is literally no shaded area in the pool area. Outside our room was an intersection which we got a lot of car lights shining into the bedroom and lounge area. It would be good if you had a dark window tint to prevent the lights and heat getting through. Our room also had no balcony and outside area whereas some do.

Really enjoyed our stay, the room was clean and spacious. It was a busy weekend for the staff so I can understand the unwelcoming-ness to it all

The staff who checked us in were not welcoming at all. Housekeeping staff were friendly out the front when we arrived, but when we were being checked in they were not friendly or welcoming

The apartment was well-appointed with plenty of room for two adults and two children. Security was excellent. As the website says, the units are located a some distance from Geraldton attractions and food outlets and a car is recommended. There is a hotel close by with reasonable pub food available.

Clean, quiet, well equipped rooms. Staff were very helpful with excellent customer service. Addressed any issues promptly. Enjoyed our stay as our accommodation was just right for us. I’d probably request a ground room next time. Carrying a baby up and down stairs was hard.

Wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Comfy bed and lounge chairs to watch TV. Spacious. Well equipped.

Stayed in August, winter, and only a thin cover on bed. We were cold. Found a rug in the cupboard next morning, should have been on the bed when made up for guests. Looking a bit tired but serviceable. Eg paintwork, water leakage shower.
