Excellent location close to all of Geraldton has to offer. Easy to find and great access ground level accommodation with parking right outside room. Wonderful onsite restaurant which had a range of dishes including vegetarian options. Fenced pool facilities for summer (not so much in winter!) with outdoor chairs/tables to eat lunch or just relax. Room was spacious with QS and SB which was comfortable and clean. Bonus mini bar options to purchase (beer/wine/soft drinks/chocolates) and a tea and coffee station. Overall great overnight stay will definitely visit again.

Breakfast service ends at 9am, feel that a 10am close would encourage more guests to dine there. No readily accessible power points next to bedside areas - had to move bed to plug in phone charger into a powerboard behind bed head. It may have just been my particular room though.

We were looking for a Best Western hotel and being unfamiliar with Geraldton went round in circles trying to find it. Only after making enquiries did we find that we were staying at the Hospitality Inn. Your advertising does not make this clear and we were surprised that there was a complete lack of any mention of the Best Western partnership in the facility. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable and, once we found it, the location good. However the complex was not quite the standard we had expected from a facility advertised as Best Western accomodation, which I have stayed at when travelling in the UK.

Loved the really friendly welcoming team.Also loved being promoted to book in for dinner. Great idea, as it will generate great bookings and be good for your nightly business. Made it easy for me to not have to think.loved how continental breakfast was included in booking also.

My friend and I found water in jug tasted weird. Chilled water may be better at dinner. I think it's just the different towns..water tastes different. My friend had difficulty plugging in her sleep apnea machine to extension board ..but I was there to assist so those safety power boards may cause others difficulty( I liked them thogh)

We stayed here twice as we were passing through geraldton as a halfway point on our trip. We enjoyed both of our stays. The Motel is comfortable and simple, providing everything we need for a night. The pool area was lovely, it was very clean and nice to relax by. We went to dinner at their restaurant on the first night we stayed. The service style for dinner is a la carte, The food and service was lovely. It is a bit pricey, but it's clear that they put a lot of thought into their dishes with taste and presentation. We went to breakfast as well the next morning. The breakfast is a standard buffet style, the options were limited, but for a free breakfast, I can't complain. I would stay here again.

I’d rate this place 10/10 for what it is. It’s not a 7 Star resort but as a small town motel it’s excellent. Staff were totally professional, included breakfast was excellent and the rooms were super clean with tea, coffee, biscuits and milk. Just like it should have. Didn’t get to try the large restaurant as it was booked out, I’ll bet because it was also good. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Neat,clean and fresh amenities aka no dust. I travel to Geraldton frequently for work and always stay at the best western holiday inn! Love the option of room service or fine dining at the notorious emerald room ✨

First world problems, There was no reception phone numbers listed in our room so I had to walk to the restaurant to order dinner. No bus parking and was a squeeze to get out of the parking area in the morning as carpark was almost back to back with all sorts of vehicles

They have the best automatic pancake machine and that is the reason I stary there! We also asked for a quiet room and whilst #36 faced the highway, it also has a lovely outdoor view to open busy. Pool was refreshing and clean. Room was clean.

Noise from the highway can be challenging for some, but I sleep with ear plugs when travelling. Breakfast could be extended a little (currently 7am - 9am) for lazy people like me :)

Good, clean, standard room which included a good selection continental breakfast including fruit and yoghurt selection. Two of our party would have had a full English breakfast had they known it was available but were very satisfied with the continental. We had 7 stays in WA in 2 weeks, all standard accomodation but this was the best. Thankyou we shall return when next in the area.

Room 26, the bed was comfy. The room was clean. It was warm and the need to use the heating air was limited.

The carpark for the room was away from our room. The fridge was tiny not good for a longer stay than over night. Breakfast hours could be a little longer. Dim lighting, the lamp gave off more light. All small things to complain about.
